Beach safari nubian resort

La posizione è favolosa, in riva al mare con la barriera corallina a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. L'architettura ispirata allo stile nubiano dà a tutto il resort un carattere unico e in sintonia con le tradizioni dell'alto Egitto antico piuttosto che ai classici mega hotel di cemento e vetro. Gran parte del personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, pronta a venire incontro alle esigenze più diverse. Spiccano in particolare il manager Gabriel e la receptionist Sara. Le camere sono spaziose e offrono piacevoli viste sulle varie piscine e/o il mare.

La struttura dovrebbe essere un po' più curata nei dettagli e nella pulizia. Il fatto poi che siano in corso lavori di espansione con camion e trasporto materiali non è piacevole. Il servizio bar dovrebbe essere migliorato introducendo eventualmente drink a pagamento. Sarebbe preferibile avere più varietà di frutta fresca e cibi più indicati al clima caldo del luogo. Offrire patatine fritte e hotdog nel pomeriggio a bordo piscina sembra completamente fuoriluogo. Infine, il resort dovrebbe poter offrire anche WI-Fi nelle camere e non soltanto intorno al ristorante e alla piscina. I bagni andrebbero più curati, in particolare le docce.

Viemos para este Resort porque queríamos mergulhar. O recife em frente ao Resort é fenomenal! Diria que os funcionários são excelentes, sempre muito simpáticos. A localização é muito boa, seja pelo recife de coral ou pela zona onde se encontra, perto de outros locais para mergulhar fantásticos. Por fim, o ambiente do Resort é muito bom, com muita animação dos funcionários e, mesmo os restantes hospedeiros, muitos que voltam ano após ano, são muito acolhedores.

A diversidade de comida está muito em falta, mas os restantes serviços do hotel superam este pequeno defeito.

our stay at the hotel was truly a wonderful experience in every sense. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, creating a perfect environment for relaxation from the very first moment. The staff are exceptionally friendly, polite, and professional, always welcoming guests with warm smiles that make you feel genuinely valued. The room design is beautiful, combining elegance and simplicity in a way that brings comfort and tranquility. The restaurant is well organized, and the quality of the food is very good. However, the dessert selection could use a bit more variety The hotel’s beach is sandy and clean, with easy and safe access for swimming, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sea. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would gladly repeat.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this employee Mohammed Abd Elbaset. He put me in uncomfortable situations several times, whenever I was at the beach, he kept staring at me, constantly tried to force programs on me, and even asked for my phone number because he wanted to take me on a date. I refused him multiple times, yet he still wouldn’t leave me alone. I recommend everyone to avoid him because of him, I couldn’t enjoy my holiday as much. However, thanks to the Animation Team for the good experiences. They were very kind and helpful, especially Sheko, Mark, Meg, and Asmaa. I’m very grateful to them for the good memories and for making my holiday better.

We had a very nice time at the hotel. The hotel manager Ibrahim was very kind and helpful such as Emad the diving center mgr. Also the animation team and staff were so kind too. We do recommand this place!

Resort looks OK. But the extremly loud music around the pool area spoils the holiday. You can here the stupid music everuwhere in the resort.

Location,rooms were nice

Staff is not welcoming ,very aggressive and upset .Failed to coordinate surprise birthday to my friend. However I asked for this before arrival !shortage staff as well.Food is not that good but enough to keep u alive.hotel put sign that they are responsible about swimmer’s however it’s open sea and one day lifebuoy was broken and they change it middle of day however a lot of kids were around

Mi experiencia en Nubian Resort fue pésima y no lo recomiendo a nadie. El servicio en el bar frente a la playa fue lo peor: el camarero fue grosero y desagradable, como si estuviera haciendo un favor en lugar de atender a los huéspedes. Las instalaciones están limpias, pero eso no compensa la mala gestión ni la sensación de que solo quieren sacarte propinas a toda costa. Además, te cobran cargos adicionales absurdos, como un extra por pagar con tarjeta, lo cual me parece un abuso. El restaurante es repetitivo hasta el aburrimiento, casi nunca cambian la comida, y los snacks son de pésima calidad. Todo esto deja claro que el hotel funciona más como un chanchullo que como un verdadero resort. La ubicación es otro desastre: está completamente aislado, sin nada alrededor. The dinner was good and i had the chance to meet very lovely people

The sea was very rocky it had so many rocks and corals i couldn't enjoy it at all i even got two stones in my feet had to surgicaly remove them the breakfast was not the good the crew was not super friendly i didn't like the way they treated me

Wifi utilizzabile solo nella reception e una qualità del segnale scadente. Bar poco forniti: quello davanti alla reception aveva poche bibite, quello a bordo piscina solo 3 e il bar in spiaggia era fuori uso. Chiedere un cocktail era impossibile. Dalle foto è mostrata una palestra ma gli attrezzi sono tutti arrugginiti. In generale la struttura è poco curata. L'addetto alla reception quando chiedevamo qualcosa ci diceva di attendere e poi non ci chiamava mai per darci aggiornamenti: se non andavamo noi a chiedere non diceva nulla. Insomma ci sono resort con servizi decisamente migliori

The diving and snorkeling location is superb. We saw rare fish; Stingrays, Turtle, Lion fish, Baracuda. The sea is very clear and the corals are very well reserved. The food is very tasty especially at dinner. The design of the hotel is nubian, very unique domes and it has spectacular sound reflection.

The water supply gets cut off and i needed to call the reception twice to ask for water to return to my room.

The place needs better maintenance and management stuff. Not as professional and definitely not convenient to pay such amount for the service received. The location is great, the room was very good in size. Food’s quality and options are so weak, as well the professionalism with stuff is dissatisfying

Il Beach Safari Nubian resort è una struttura in stile nubiano che sicuramente ha il suo fascino. Alla sera l'illuminazione ad hoc la rende ancora più bella. Nel periodo nel quale sono stata io (prima settimana di marzo) era ancora soggetta alla manutenzione stagionale e stavano sistemando anche l'accesso in acqua in una parte della spiaggia. Lavori sicuramente migliorativi. ha una bella spa nella quale abbiamo usufruito dei massaggi. Ottimi. Il personale è gentile e disponibile anche se era ancora in forza ridotta e la sensazione è stata che qualcuno dovesse ancora "imparare". Cucina molto buona e anche se eravamo in pochi non ci è mai mancato nulla. Possibilità di fare bellissime passeggiate e raggiungere delle piccole baie. 35 minuti circa dall'aeroporto. Presente un diving. Se lo si frequenta non in alta stagione lo consiglierei più per coppie, vista la tranquillità.

Hello, dear friends, like-minded people and travelers! I want to share my impressions of my 34th holiday in Egypt. The first time we stayed in Marsa Alam at the hotel "Beach Safari Nubian Resort 4*", system "all inclusive". I chose a hotel based on reviews and for the first time encountered the fact that reality does not match the reviews. After 3 days I changed hotel and it was absolutely right. I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon. I was greeted very kindly at the reception, and was immediately checked in. The room was on the second floor, with a side view of the sea. The room was large, cozy and very beautiful, in the Nubian style. But almost everything did not work properly: the door to the balcony did not close, the hairdryer barely held on to one nail, the safe did not open, the refrigerator did not freeze, the entrance door to the room was very difficult to open, the shower did not work well, there was almost no hot water. It was easier to change the room than to ask for everything to be repaired. I was given another room, in which everything was also not in order. But here at least there was soap in the shower and hot water appeared after 5 minutes of waiting. I decided to stay in this room. The next day the lock broke and I couldn't get into the room. The hotel staff had to completely dismantle the lock, but they could only get into the room through the adjacent balcony. I waited for about 1 hour. I couldn't open the safe, which is why my silver chain got lost somewhere. The hotel area is tiny, there is nowhere to walk. The style of the buildings is oriental, in white and blue tones, Nubian, very beautiful. But there are almost no plants. For the first time I see such bare and dry flower beds. A very sad sight. A lot of construction debris has been thrown near the buildings. There is a swimming pool and a pool bar, but the bar was not working, although it was fully equipped. Food: the choice of dishes is very small, but they cook normally. The hotel is definitely not suitable for gourmets, but you will not stay hungry. There is a small selection of vegetables and fruits. I do not know where the reviews about the "excellent cuisine" came from, but this is definitely not the case. There is only one all-inclusive bar. The choice is also small. I only tasted red wine, it tasted normal. I was satisfied with the coffee. The sea. As you can see, without visiting the hotel, it is very difficult to assess what the underwater world is like there, the reviews are very subjective. It is because of the sea that this hotel is categorically not suitable for people like me. Scuba diving is my number one priority during a vacation in Egypt, I am a swimmer with very extensive experience. The reviews write about the rich underwater world near the hotel and about excellent snorkeling. My first swim from the pier of this hotel turned out to be the last. Moreover, for the first time in my life, I almost drowned, although I am a very strong swimmer. On the first day of my stay at the hotel, I went to the beach, took a towel from the lifeguard and asked if I could swim, because there were waves in the sea. He said I could. I had swum a lot in the Red Sea and even in the waves, if there was no current, it was not scary. I put on a mask, got off the pontoon and swam along the coral to the south. The reef was gray, the underwater world was uninteresting, there are much better places for snorkeling in Marsa Alam. When I returned to the pontoon, the wind had picked up and the waves were even bigger. I swam with all my might against the strong current, but the current turned out to be stronger. They picked me up and started to carry me out into the open sea, I took off my mask and started screaming, but there was no lifeguard on the pontoon or anywhere nearby, although he knew that a person was swimming in the sea now. I had already said goodbye to life in my mind, but I tried not to panic so as not to take on too much water. A huge wave threw me with force onto the coral cover. Fortunately, the cover turned out to be dead and not very sharp, and I only slightly cut my toe. It is very important in such a situation to get out of the water quickly so that the smell of blood does not have time to attract predators. All 3 days of staying at the hotel there was a very strong wind, it was uncomfortable on the beach, and the sea was very stormy, I didn't dare to swim anymore. Someone will say that it all depends on the weather, but my experience shows how important the location is, in Marsa Alam there are hotels where the beaches are well equipped with windbreaks, and the entrance to the sea is a bay where everyone can swim all year round, regardless of the season. Service is a very weak point of the hotel. The lifeguard is often not on site, you have to wait a long time to get a towel. The service at the bar is very reluctant and with such an expression on his face that you don't even want to approach him anymore. Again, the bartenders are often not at work. The animation at the hotel surprised me. The animation team is present, but they do almost nothing. The main animator in the evening just sits at a table with the guests and just chats with them, or shows card tricks. Once I saw a fakir show performed by the animation team, the level is quite weak compared to the shows I saw before. But if you need a taxi, the animators will organize it for you, this is their income. To summarize: the hotel has a very bad location for snorkeling, a small, bare and dry area, many problems with equipment and plumbing in the rooms, mediocre food and rude service. The hotel is very sad and there is absolutely nothing to do there. The only plus is the very nice design of the buildings and rooms. But the price for it is very high and absolutely does not correspond to the quality of the vacation. I don't even know what category of tourists it can be recommended to. I have been to Marsa Alam even in a 3* hotel and I liked it much more there and the prices are lower. What was especially unpleasant was that the hotel management probably orders reviews to artificially increase the hotel's rating instead of investing money in the area and service. I have never encountered such an open lie. This hotel is one of the worst in Marsa Alam, there are many hotels with beautiful bays, better service, more diverse cuisine, greener and larger areas that cost less. I changed the hotel to a 5* one without extra charge and have never regretted it.

The Resort is very quiet and beautiful. It’s all inclusive and the Staff is so kind and friendly. I loved this place so much, if you’re looking for tranquility, piece of mind, and to unwind. This is the perfect place to come and enjoy your stay in Marsa Alam.

The amazing architectural style of nubian domes and the spacious rooms is comfortable and distressing & recommended for anyone who seeks luxurious simplicity.

Expect water & electricity to go off for max. 10 minutes per day, which was no problem at all for us.

Very good trip, super spots for Diving with a wonderful staff. Even the food is a little bit not varieted, I spent 9 wonderful days with calm and pleasure. Thanks to all the staff for its kindness and disponibility. I recommend this hotel to all the persons who want to try something out of the traces ways.

The hotel is simple and nice, the staff is kind and supportive specially Gameel, Emad, Sameh, Saleh, and Ahmad. The hotel is a good destination for relaxation. Also, there is the diving center to who’s interested in the diving activities.

The staff were very hospitable. Go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Made my 66th birthday very memorable.

Not much to do on the property besides just walking around. It is designed for snorkelling and diving. There were only around 15 guests at the time. The food was satisfactory but nothing to get excited about. Breakfast everyday was the same. Many items that interest no one.

I did not like anything in this place the place is new. However, is a huge failure when it comes to the management and what is provided, Facilities and Maintenance I checked out early and preferred to travel back a 9 hours' drive home than to stay there

1- They charged me for a sea view (gave me garden view) 2- They charged me for all inclusive (they provide only 3 meals no snacks & 1 bottle of water each per day) temperature was around 47C 3- Food was disgusting that I didn't eat anything during my one day stay.. Looks awful the waiter uses the food with his pair hands .. portion was tiny and the quality of food was sooo low that I won't feed it to my dog 4- The staff was polite. However, was not helpful at all and not professional and has no idea of how to host a guest. 5- The room had no phone to reach the reception. 6- There was cut in water (when tried to take a shower and when the water came it flooded the bathroom ad there was no one to clean it till the morning) 7- They only provide 2 kinds of local cheese in the breakfast (Romy / white) 8- Beverages provided (Machine soda)

We chose the hotel because of the location near to our Diving Center. The staff is very nice and we were in general happy with the stay. We liked the food and massages. We also appreciate that the hotel is not very big.

We were disappointed that the gym was unusable even if on Booking it is written that it is available. All equipment was broken and rusted. Also in the room, there were some things broken (safe, leaking shower) and the cleaning could be better.

The resort is newly built so everything is neat and good. I loved the Nubian style houses with red domes inside. Food is well prepared. The staff is particularly friendly, making you feel warm like in morning sunshine. Thank you all for making this place an Eden for guests. This is a vast area that offers various venues for sports. A wooden walkway streches to the coral reef, you can do snorkeling there.

No WiFi in rooms, only in reception and pub. More houses are under construction, so expect a little remote noise.

My wife and I had an amazing time. Clean, quiet, great food, amazing snorkelling just off the jetty. All the personal have a smile on their face and attentive to our every need. Gréât pool with a slide too.We also did 2 snorkelling outings with the on site diving Center. It was amazing to see about 30 dolphins at Sha’ab Samadai, Sanctuary. One of the dolphins did a serie of jumps and saw a baby feeding on mummy while under water. Great 4G cellular phone signal on the beach and jetty

They know nothing about privacy, the room service will just enter your room without even knocking and they will enter without you being in the room and without you asking them to clean up the room. The sheet’s smelled like somebody’s sweat and the towels never smelled good, could have been much better

The buffet was generous. The room was clean and nicely designed. The jetty is a lovely place to relax at sunset. Emed at the dive centre is a lovely human who made our Red Sea dreams come true. Pool was very refreshing.

The bar had limited supplies of drinks. There was no wifi in the rooms. The staff at reception aren’t very friendly. The kitchen staff stole my apricots 🤣

We had a pleasant and calm stay at this resort. It has a lovely ambiance and is not overcrowded as those big resorts. The food is great and varied, drinks are inclusive. The hotel is beachfront with a beautiful coral reef! You can also book diving excursions at the neighboring diving center. The staff is kind and very helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing and nature-focused trip.

it’s a small boutique hotel, quite secluded from main city but perfect for what we wanted. quiet, relaxing and the staff made it all about us because there aren’t a million other people there. also the resort literally looks like something out of Greece… the grounds are beautiful and the buildings are too! the staff are so polite! some of the most respectful and accommodating I’ve come across this trip. very clean hotel (one of the only ones I didn’t have to request a bed sheet change). food is average but nothing to complain about, just quite repetitive (good quality meals). beach is perfect for snorkelling, pool is also lovely to relax by.

“all-inclusive” means everything but fresh juices, coffee & redbull. read the fine print on what’s not included before you book.

Sind mit eigenem Taxi angereist am besaglichen Tag. Das Hotel ist leer-geschlossen!!! Leider bei der Buchung kein Hinweis darauf erhalten. Nur Reisekosten für nix gehabt. Stattdessen hat uns ein ehemaliger "angeblicher ehemaliger Hotelmanger" gleich nach der Buchungeine Whats App geschickt. Er hat ein Hotel und würde uns dort gern sehen!! Wieso hat er unsere Buchungsdaten. Wir waren auch bei Ihm dann, Waren ja extra 300 km gefahren um ein paar Tage in Marsa Alam zu verbringen. Diese sogenannte Hotel von diesem Herrn war eine billige Absteige-ringsum nur Baustelle-kein Zugang zum Meer. Für uns war die gesamte Buchung ein reiner Betrug.
