Cardina Resort

The coral reef in the beach was so beautiful

Staff

Everything is excellent 👌

Everything is very well 😌

My recent stay at Aurora Bay Resort Marsa Alam was absolutely exceptional, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were met with the most wonderful staff. The reception guys, in particular, were incredibly helpful, supportive, and super friendly, making the check-in and out process a breeze. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The hotel's facilities are super amazing. The pool area is fantastic, and the beach is simply beautiful, offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning views. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The entire team made our stay truly memorable. This is a must-visit hotel if you are looking for a relaxing getaway with outstanding service!

The staff were very welcoming and cheerful The food was delicious majority of the time The sea is wonderful ...so many great fish types amazing for snorkeling The hotel itself is not huge so distance between rooms, pools, and reception or restaurants are close

The rooms facilities are very poor ...the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not even working well All phones in rooms are not working and the hotel are aware of this so if u need anything you have to go to the reception physically The room has millions of mosquitoes which is extremely annoying specially we had kids Cleannesness of the rooms is not the best we found a wall geckos in the room on the couch The food varieties is not the best

The stay was amazing and the restaurant food was awesome especially chef Ziad Ali who does the pasta. Also Mr. Sayed Hamada in the reception is one of the best staff in the hotel with his continuous smile and warm welcoming. Also the housekeeping was very good especially Ahmed. When a problem happened in the hotel with an electricity shutdown, the hotel general manager Mr. Ahmed Eraky intervened to solve the issue immediately. Also the man who helps in organizing the way from the hotel to the sea on the other side of the road was very helpful and did his job greatly.

Every thing was great the Room was super from all aspects

The Beach was disappointing as the water was so shallow and not suitable for swimming The Restaurant of the main meals could not contain the whole number of guests at one time, they need a bigger place for the Restaurant

Food variety and quality perfect Staff very friendly and helpful Beach full with amazing fishes for snorkeling, take a good mask and beach shoes 👟 to enjoy more and avoid stepping on 🪸 reefs. Animation team are friendly and do their best to create activities Kids area with nanny and games for kids (check opening times) Big thanks for the receptionist heros for their support and flexibility especially Mr.Kareem Mekkawy and Mr.Ahmed Attalah

WiFi available only in the lobby with extra charges. Snacks bars are only 3 , one inside lobby, and only one covering all pools area, and one at the beach this one was very good (food and drinks) The snacks times were short alittel bit. Launch time only 2 hours, not good compared to 3 hours breakfast and dinner. It would be great to make some lifejackets available on beach either for rent or for free to make the snorkeling experience much better.

Amazing

Nothing

Beach, cleanliness of the rooms , space of the rooms , staff availability, and always ready to assist, pool, food was good with varieties. The room service guy was so professional, helpful, and honest.

Room phone was not working, so it was not easy to contact room service. Parking space is limited, and need to be more shaded places because of high temperature Night show event could be better.

One of the Greatest Value for Money Resorts in Egypt. Very good Food. Nice and clean rooms. Very Helpful and Friendly Staff. Great and Joyful Animation Team. Many Pools With Quite Ones and Other with Music for Different Tastes.

The Beach Was Not So Good With Very Shallow Water and Some Stray Dogs Wondering Around. Espresso and Turkish coffee was Paid Not included in All inclusive. But They Have Other Options for free like: Nescafé, Moca and etc.

Very good staff specially Mr. Karim Mekawy he made a free upgrade to me and my friends, he is very helpful and too nice The hotel is good for family and couples The Food has many varieties breakfast, lunch, etc.. Room service are very good The animation team are great and friendly

Outstanding staff, really couldn't do enough for us specially Mr. Kareem in the reservations and Mr. Sayed in the reception.Room was awesome, food was incredible and very reasonable priced. location is a real puls with the incredible reef. It the best positioned hotel in Marsa Alam. reception

All the air condition at the room is not working at stuff trying to repair but not working It is very old equipment

Some of staff are friendly.

Disorganization, unclean food, poor maintenance of pool chairs, unprofessional staff, and other things.

Spiaggia privata molto accogliente e barriera corallina speciale.

It was a great stay

Staff, grandezza delle stanze, organizzazione

Cibo sempre uguale e ripetitivo, posizione spiaggia

I'm currently on vacation with my family, and the hotel is quite nice. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the beach is wonderful, especially with its sandy shore and a free snorkeling area. The food is decent, though it could use more variety; however, it tastes great. **Location:** Amazing. **Hospitality:** Exceptional, particularly from Mr. Ahmed (Hotel Manager). A special thanks to the staff, especially Mr. Haikal from the food and beverage team also the animation team is very friendly and professional. The rooms in groups other than luxury groups 1 and 2 are adequate, but they could be improved with better lighting and larger TVs. **Conclusion:** We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return many times!

Food Quality: The food is excellent, especially the pastries and pizza. The chef responsible is one of the best in Marsa Alam. The pasta chef is also outstanding. Pool Service: Hesham, the staff member at the pool, is very polite and provides excellent service. Security: The security staff are cooperative and deserve appreciation. Management: The hotel manager and the executive chef are doing a great job and deserve recognition. Bar Service: Good overall – rated 7/10. Reception: Acceptable service – rated 7/10. Facility Notes: Rooms: Air conditioning works but is not at the best performance level. Beach: The beach is rocky and suitable only for snorkeling. However, there are sandy beaches nearby that are more suitable for swimming and snorkeling.

Negatives: To reach the beach, guests must cross a public road, which may be inconvenient for some. However, there is a dedicated, professional staff member available to assist guests in crossing safely.

Tutto molto ben organizzato, staff aiuta in qualsiasi bisogno, siamo stati qui già altre volte. Cibo vario e buono. Animazione ottima. Escursioni ben organizzate. Ottimo diving.

The animation team wooooow beyond imagination they are friendly, helpful and they are so much creative .. really I enjoyed my time with you all Mr.Gamal front desk manager was very helpful trying to solve any problems we had ... big thanks for you Mr.gamal .. all the front desk staff are friendly and helpful... Beach ⛱️ is great Thanks again wish you all the best

The Food wasn't the best but it's okay... Some of the staff were very aggressive with the Egyptian guest but big thanks to Mr .gamal front desk manager he solved the issues so quickly
