La camera grande ma da rivedere perché datata e non era quella che abbiamo scelto!!!con un condizionatore rumoroso la pulizia e il rapporto con la clientela da parte dello staff lascia molto a desiderare il ristorante italiano assolutamente NO

Hôtel familial de milieu de gamme avec un personnel très sympathique et aidant. Nourriture en abondance et bonne. Nous avons eu la chance et merci beaucoup pour cela d'être dans une suite vue mer au lieu de la chambre double vue mer réservée. Si je devais revenir à Marsa Alam c'est avec plaisir que je reviendrai dans cet établissement.

Pour l'instant le centre de plongée de l'hôtel est fermé ainsi que la salle de sport. Mais ceci n'est qu'un details

My sister and I came from Italy and had an amazing time at this resort. The place is lovely, clean, and very comfortable, but what made it really special was the people. Everyone was extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. A big thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it!

Ubytování bylo pěkné, pokoje čisté, na přání nám byla doplněna ještě jedna postel. Bazén čistý s více úrovněmi, což je dobré pro děti. Jídla dost na snídaních, obědech a večeřích. V mezičase pouze malý bufet, to by mohlo být lepší a pestřejší. Personál velmi přátelský a ochotný, pokud jsme něco potřebovali, pomohl reception manager, Mr. Abdo.

Відмінний персонал, менеджер завжди був на звʼязку, миттєво вирішувались всі питання, які були. Дуже смачна кухня. Великий вибір страв, є веганські страви. Були різні типи страв і на вогні і печена і смажена. Багато фруктів. Поселення відбулось завчасно, номер був готовий. Пляж щоранку приводили в порядок, анімація на пляжі гарно працює.

Le personnel est serviable et très sympa. Les animations sont accessibles sans être dérangeantes. Les piscines sont belles et mention spéciale à la piscine chauffée qui est vraiment chaude ! Les repas sont bons et variés au cours de la semaine, nous n'avons jamais mangé la même chose. Les fonds sous-marins sont de grande beauté merci aux lifeguards qui ont toujours su faire en sorte d'ouvrir à l'accès au snorkelling dès que les conditions le permettent. Hôtel reposant, un séjour très agréable. Je vous conseille la sortie snorkelling ou diving en bateau, lamentins et tortues sur un bateau au top.

Le ponton mériterait une restauration complète mais il est encore fonctionnel, pour le moment...

Buonissima relazione qualità-prezzo. Punto spiaggia tra i migliori di tutta Marsa Alam, con una spiaggia molto ampia adatta alle famiglie,e un lungo pontile dove è possibile fare snorkeling. La cosa migliore di questo resort è sicuramente il personale, sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Ringrazio Mohamed Abdel Rady e Mohamed Saber della reception che ci hanno aiutato tantissimo. I ragazzi del diving center sono eccezionali, proponendo le loro attività senza essere troppo insistenti; grazie specialmente ad Abdul che ci ha aiutate con la programmazione delle escursioni. I ragazzi del punto di ristoro sono fenomenali, molto servizievoli e gentili. Consiglio anche di non perdersi “la tenda” di Musty, con i suoi buonissimi tè che hanno fatto guarire me e la mia amica dall’influenza e ci ha svoltato tutte le serate nella desertica Marsa Alam. Tornerò sicuramente!

Penso sia necessario cambiare gli asciugamani della spiaggia, si vedono un po’ vecchi e alcuni avevano delle macchie.

Il Resort in generale si presenta bene, con grandi aiuole di verde, fiori e palme, la spiaggia di fine sabbia, bassa profondità del mare sino alla barriera corallina. Le strutture comuni sono pulite e ben servite, il personale e gentile e disponibile e gli animatori coinvolgenti. Infine la stanza doppia (2 Persone) con poggiolo vista Mare

il cibo discreto, ma poco vario, c'è comunque la possibilità di cenare alla carta, a base di pesce, sulla piscina ma non l'ho provato.

Abbiamo avuto una bellissima esperienza, lo staff è cordiale e molto disponibile. Il manager, il signor Kilani è super disponibile per ogni richiesta o necessità. Avevamo bisogno di fare il check in un pò prima e ce lo ha fatto fare tranquillamente, si è rotto l'asciuga capelli ed ho scritto a Kilani che mentre eravamo a cena ha mandato lo staff a sistemarlo, 2 giorni dopo si è rotto nuovamente e in mezz'ora ha mandato lo staff che lo ha sostituito con uno nuovo. Parla abbastanza bene italiano ed ha sempre il sorriso in faccia, come tutto lo staff, se avete bisogno di qualcosa chiedete al signor Kilani. Il resort è per chi vuole rilassarsi e godersi la quiete, è più per famiglie e coppie, ma anche per amici che vogliono un ambianete confortevole. Il cibo è buono, un pò ripetitivo ma noi abbiamo assaggiato tutto e niente mal di pancia o roba simile. Il resort è un pò datato ma è carino nel suo stile, non serve portarsi gli asciugamani da mare, ti danno delle card e lasci quelle ai punti towels e poi quando li restituisci, a fine giornata ti ridanno le cards. Gli ambienti sono puliti, a parte le lenzuola con qualche macchia, che poi ci hanno cambiato, tutto vale quello che paghi. Do 9 su 10 perché quando siamo andate a port ghalib eravamo in 5 e ci hanno fatto entrare in macchina in 5 più l'autista, in 6, avevano detto che c'era il pulmino ma evidentemente per 6 persone non lo hanno chiamato perché costa di più, e poi, perché al super safari, ve lo consiglio, è molto bella come esperienza, visto che eravamo le uniche due italiane non è venuta la guida che parla italiano che ci avevano promesso, forse perché non conveniva dare la percentuale alla guida per 2 turisti, quindi al villaggio dei beduini c'era solo una guida che parlava il polacco, erano tutti polacchi, il Super safari si fa con altri turisti di altri resort, erano tutti polacchi.

Das Personal wahr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei jeder Kleinigkeit wurde einem sofort geholfen. Es gibt viele Angebote die man auf dem Gelände in Anspruch nehmen kann. Auch die Auswahl an Buffet wahr sehr überzeugend. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen und vielseitigen Aufenthalt.

Empfangsaperitiv war lecker. Upgrade des Zimmers auf Meerblick. Nahe am Strand und Riff zum Schnorcheln. Das Abendrestaurant Mongolian war lecker, welches man einmal pro Woche nutzen konnte! Zimmer waren recht sauber, bis auf den teilweise staubigen Boden. Relativ nahe am Flughafen und somit kurze Fahrtzeit. Check In war unkompliziert und schnell, Checkout genauso! Mitarbeiter an Rezeption und Zimmerreinigung freundlich.

Teller und Gedeck waren oft schmutzig. Tische waren schmutzig. Essen war meist nicht überweltigend. Die Löffel für Marmeladen schwammen in den Marmeladen, anstatt dass jemand diese etwas gereinigt hätte. Kellner waren unfreundlich (mit einigen wenigen Ausnahmen). Cocktails waren extrem süß und mit schlechtem Alkohol, total ungeniesbar. Das Bier war schlecht, und hatte einen üblen Geruch. War wahrscheinlich abgelaufen. Man konnte sich aber Bier in Dosen kaufen, welches gut war, allerings ist das für uns dann nicht mehr All-Inclusive. Man bot uns 2 Dosen gratis pro Tag als Entschädigung an, was aber das Problem nicht löst. Der Steg zum Riff ist in einem schlechten Zustand.

Siamo stati due settimane in questo albergo con uno staff eccezionale. Possiamo fare i migliori complimenti al capo ricevimento signor Kilani e al receptionist Mohamed Saber che hanno seguito tutto il nostro soggiorno aiutando sin da subito a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema, un servizio impeccabile. Il territorio dell'albergo è molto bello ed abbiamo apprezzato molto la cura per il verde. Nell'albergo c'è una nuova gestione, abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che lo staff stesse sistemando alcune parti dell' hotel rendendole più belle ed abbiamo notato il cambiamento durante la nostra permanenza. L'hotel presenta quattro ristoranti, il ristorante principale rispetto ad altri hotel 5 stelle in Egitto è molto meglio perché benché non abbia un'ampia scelta il cibo è sempre fresco ogni giorno. Ci sono altri tre ristoranti: italiano, mongolian e di pesce a pagamento; da italiani abbiamo molto apprezzato il ristorante italiano che presentava piatti italiani cucinati bene (per i turisti italiani non siete in Italia e non ci sono i nostri prodotti, cercate di apprezzare), siamo stati tre volte nel ristorante a pagamento era ottimo, pesce di ottima qualità e servizio eccellente abbiamo avuto la possibilità di avere due cene romantiche sulla spiaggia, davvero romantico, i maitre Amani e Ahmed Mahmod hanno saputo regalarci un ottima esperienza. Le aree dell piscine sono due con alcune piscine più piccole all'interno, molto pulite e piacevoli. La spiaggia ha la sabbia molto bella, sembra di essere alle Maldive, gli asciugamani per la spiaggia sono forniti dall' hotel. Un pontile collega l' hotel ad una fantastica barriera corallina abbiamo visto una grande varietà di pesci e persino la tartaruga. Il bagnino del mare signor Sabry è semplicemente super sempre pronto ad aiutare nell'ingresso e nell'uscita dal mare e a dare consigli e suggerimenti per l'esplorazione della barriera corallina.

Tutto perfetto! In particolare il front manager Kilani sempre disponibile a rendere la vacanza fantastica!

I had a really lovely stay at the hotel. The place itself is beautiful, and the atmosphere is very warm and relaxing. The staff were amazing — very kind, polite, generous, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The spirit of the hotel is wonderful, and the food was also very nice. Overall, the vibes were great and made the experience even more special. Inshallah, this won’t be our last time here. We will definitely come back again! 😊

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo resort. La struttura è molto curata e pulita, e si percepisce grande attenzione ai dettagli in ogni ambiente. Il team è sempre presente, disponibile e pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. La nostra stanza vista mare era fantastica. La spiaggia è bellissima e il mare semplicemente stupendo, perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi appieno la vacanza. Un posto che consiglio sicuramente a chi cerca tranquillità, comfort e un ambiente ben organizzato.

Ho soggiornato al Protels Crystal Beach Resort per alcuni giorni. Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza, soprattutto considerando il prezzo più accessibile rispetto ad altre strutture simili. Lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Ho apprezzato la cucina egiziana, mentre i dolci erano più di tipo europeo e personalmente avrei preferito qualche specialità locale in più. Le camere sono un po’ datate e potrebbero beneficiare di un rinnovamento, ma la vista sul mare è molto bella e il servizio di pulizia è stato buono e regolare. Nel complesso una struttura con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Struttura grande ma ben organizzata, posto strategico su una spiaggia ben curata. Accessibilità anche volta all’utilizzo di carrozzine e diversi punti dove i bambini possono intrattenersi sotto stretta sorveglianza. Decisamente un resort ben pensato per single o per famiglie! Kilani il manager dello staff é stato eccezionalmente gentile e attento ad ogni bisogno e dettaglio, dimostrandosi un punto forte della struttura sul quale poter contare in caso di necessità per qualsiasi cosa. Decisamente consigliato per chi vuole vivere vero relax senza pensieri e staccare! Ci tornerò.

Lo staff di questo Resort è estremamente gentile e disponibile, soprattutto il Sig. Kilani alla reception e Sultan che organizza escursioni e risolve sempre tutto.

Non mi è piaciuta la visita all'infermiera del Resort dove c'è un medico a disposizione della clientela che ancor prima di guardare cosa avessi mi ha chiesto se avevo l'assicurazione sanitaria.

Siamo stati due settimane e ci siamo trovati molto bene! La posizione è eccellente. Spiaggia privata di fronte alla struttura. La camera vista mare aveva un balcone che affacciava direttamente sulla spiaggia. Meraviglioso! Abbiamo fatto ogni giorno un massaggio e lo staff era molto preparato e gentile. Mona la massaggiatrice per donne è una ragazza meravigliosa con un grande cuore che si è presa cura di me ogni giorno. Grazie Mona! Spero di rivederti un giorno! Tutto il personale era molto gentile e il direttore della reception sig Ali è stato molto accogliente con noi.

Questo è ormai il terzo soggiorno al resort e ogni volta ci conferma perché lo scegliamo: piccolo, accogliente e in ottima posizione, con una bellissima barriera corallina. Un ringraziamento speciale a Gerges, del negozio di spezie e profumi, che è diventato ormai un nostro caro amico e dove si trovano prodotti di ottima qualità. Apprezziamo moltissimo anche la struttura e la cura dei dettagli. Un grazie particolare anche al ragazzo che puliva la nostra stanza, gentilissimo, simpaticissimo e sempre attento a ogni esigenza. Resort perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità, bel mare e un’atmosfera familiare.

Spiaggia e posizione eccezionale, barriera corallina di facile accessibilità e bellissima. Serata di capodanno molto divertente e piacevole organizzata con grande cura e bellissima scenografia, ottima musica e bravissimi cantanti. Staff sempre molto cordiale ed efficiente In particolare il Receptionist Manager Ali Atef sempre attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con simpatia e sorriso. Cene di pesce in spiaggia e ristorante Mongolian di ottimo livello.

Нам сподобався відпочинок в готелі. Розташований близько до пляжу. Гарний піщаний пляж, для дитини було дуже добре. На території готелю багато пальм, зелені і квітів. Номер звичайний, є чайник, холодильник. Щодня оновлюють запас води, чай, кави. Їжа в готелі сподобалася, була смачна. Є басейн з підігрівом, дитяча кімната. Вдень і ввечері проводять міні-діско для дітей. Ввечері є шоу-програми. Персонал дуже привітний. Особливо сподобався адміністратор Gabar на ресепшені, завжди радий допомогти гостям по всім питанням

отличный, чистый отель, хоть и не новый, прекрасная команда анииаторов и рецепшн, поили, кормили и развлекали, как могли, и ночью недорого отправили в следующее путешествие в Луксор, каждый день давали пр иглашения в ресторан a la carte, больше всех запомнились девушки- вниматоры из Туниса и менеджер итальянского ресторана, им отдельный респект и уважуха

I was happy with the location. It has a busy and a quiet pool. The beach was always quiet and very well maintained. There are a lot of service persons who help you in case of need. Beach towels are provided and can be changed whenever you like. The sea at the beach is shallow, excellent for small children. If you like to relax this hotel is an excellent place. If you like entertainment, then you can go the the activity pool. If you like to snorkel you can reach the deep sea via a jetty bridge (350m). There is a life guard and even life wests are provided in case of need. However the terrain is not an excellent snorkeling area, there is not much to see, there are nicer ones in the red sea. Of course you can book snrkling tours to go there. I was quite happy with the place. About food: There are a lot of options, but you should not expect hot food. It is never warm. For me this is not important, but some people do not like this.

Cleanliness of the glasses needs to be improved. Several times a got a wine glass with lipstick of the predecessor on it. I never use lipstick, so I could easily show this to the barkeeper and got a new wine glass. The hotel needs renovation. Environmental protection is still not well developped in Egypt. Sorted trash goes into the same blue bag in the end. At least the management confirmed to me that the trash goes to a reliable company in the end. I very much hope this is true. I found worse proof of trash of a very famous, bigger resort in the desert.

Hotel it’s good, we have fun with animation team, hotel is really nice and there is a nice coral beach, but the treatment of people is not equal for different nationalities, this is not good. Overall 3 out of 5 stars.

The hotel makes a very pleasant first impression: well-kept grounds, plenty of greenery, and clean, unobtrusive architecture. The whole place feels like it has real potential for a calm and comfortable stay. The rooms are also a strong point – clean, tidy, refreshed every day, with towels changed regularly and housekeeping that genuinely takes care of everything. When it comes to food, it’s tasty and gentle on the stomach, but after a few days you start to feel that it’s a bit repetitive. It’s good overall, just lacking a bit of variety or a memorable “wow” moment during a longer stay. The animation team deserves special praise. They are genuinely the heart of the hotel – cheerful, positive, and naturally engaging without being pushy. They know how to brighten the day, lift your mood, and make you feel truly welcome. It’s clear they enjoy what they do, and their energy is contagious. The biggest downside, which was impossible to overlook, was the noticeably different treatment of guests based on nationality. Polish guests were treated worse than German guests – less attention, less friendliness, and at times even a noticeably colder attitude. It created unnecessary discomfort and a feeling that some guests were being prioritized over others. In a place like this, especially for the price, equal treatment is the bare minimum one should expect. In summary, the hotel has plenty of strengths, especially cleanliness, its overall appearance, and the fantastic animation team. Unfortunately, the unequal treatment of guests significantly affects the experience and leaves mixed feelings. If this issue is ever addressed, the hotel could truly be an excellent place to stay.

L accueil est au top. Ahmad c est super bien occupé de nous. Il nous a traité comme des VIP. La mer est magnifique. Le restaurant de poisson est au top. Le personnel est super gentil. Massage au top aussi. Je reviendrai

Resort dalle dimensioni contenute, tutto era a portata di mano! Adatto specialmente alle famiglie in quanto molto tranquillo, io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene. Rispetto alle tante recensioni negative mi sento invece di lasciare un recensione positiva. E' vero si che qualcosina potrebbe essere migliorato, ma nel complesso lo trovo un buon compromesso. Animazione presente ma non troppo insistente, mi sento di ringraziare Aurora, animatrice Italiana carinissima e gentile. Per quel che riguarda il mangiare, noi abbiamo sempre mangiato bene, cibi non troppo speziati che è sicuramente un punto a favore!! Forse un pochino ripetitivo..ma fanno anche troppo!! Mare molto bello, barriera corallina spettacolare, il mio compagno è riuscito a vedere anche una tartaruga!! Siamo stati molto bene!! Per quel che mi riguarda è stato un soggiorno piacevole!

Nel complesso ci è piaciuto tutto!

Good pool

we had to wait up to midnight to get our room due to an electricity blackout (they said). Next day when leaving, the receptionist wondered why we had this room and not another (better one?) Food wasn‘t good, fresh orange juice you had to pay extra. Beachfront is nice, but the water is 200m up to the deep sea too swallow (only 30cm deep) to swim at all.

Le buffet était bon mais pas très varié. La piscine et les toboggan ont besoin d'être rafraîchi. Il faut prévoir de rester dans l'hôtel car pas de ville a proximité et taxi très cher Les billards a changé

Ottima location, distribuzione perfetta degli spazi all'interno della struttura (ristoranti, spiaggia, servizi igienici, ecc.), staff sempre molto disponibile, cordiale e professionale. Area relax in spiaggia perfetta per il relax. Animazione soft e staff gentile e propositivo. Super consigliato per una vacanza all'insegna del relax! Ci tornerei volentieri!

Le camere superior avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione interna (bagno, infissi, arredamento); la pulizia potrebbe essere migliore. Qualità del cibo discreta e con poca varietà, ma abbiamo sempre mangiato senza problemi :-)

I had good stay in this hotel. I liked the program in the evening. Big thanks to animation team they made my holiday better because they made me smile and laugh all days long.
