I would like to thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay. It was truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Cairo. From the moment I entered, I felt at home — as if I were among my own family. I was welcomed with a warm smile and a delicious drink, and even though I arrived before the check‑in time, I didn’t have to wait. The hotel was extremely clean and beautiful, and all the staff were professional and kind — from the security team to the reception, the restaurant, the spa where I had a great massage, and even the taxi service. I would like to give special thanks to Ms. Riham and the driver Mr. Adel for their exceptional service. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I travel to Cairo, Inshallah.

تجربة ممتازة وبجد ناس محترمة جداً" الصراحة الفندق جميييل ومريح، والنظافة عندهم 10/10 والغرف واسعة وفيها كل حاجة محتاجها. بس أكتر حاجة عجبتني هناك هي المعاملة.. ستاف الفندق كله بشوش وبيخدم من قلبه. حابب أشكر يوسف بتاع الاستقبال، أول ما وصلنا خلصنا على طول ومتاخرش علينا وكان ذوق جداً معانا. وكمان أستاذة ريهام من قسم علاقات النزلاء، كانت كل شوية تطمن علينا وتشوف لو محتاجين أي حاجة ومش سيبانا خالص، بجد أسلوب راقي واهتمام بالتفاصيل يخليك ترجع المكان ده وأنت مغمض. التجربة كلها كانت حلوة وإن شاء الله مش آخر مرة أنزل عندهم.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ تجربة استثنائية من أول لحظة لآخر لحظة في فندق أزال بيراميدز مش عارف أبدأ من فين والله، بس هحاول أوصف الإحساس اللي عشته في فندق أزال بيراميدز. من أول ما وصلت وأنا حاسس إن فيه فرق كبير عن أي مكان تاني نزلت فيه قبل كده. الاستقبال كان أكتر من رائع، والأستاذ يوسف بالذات كان له دور مش هينساه حد. راجل محترف جداً، مبتسم طول الوقت، وحاسس إنه فاهم احتياجات الضيف قبل ما يتكلم أصلاً. كانت الرحلة دي مناسبة خاصة جداً بالنسبة لي، كانت رحلة زواجي، وكل حد عارف إن رحلة زفاف بتحتاج كل حاجة تكون مظبوطة مية بالمية من غير أي توتر أو مشاكل. والأستاذ يوسف بالذات اتأكد إن كل تفصيلة صغيرة اتظبطت من الاستقبال للغرفة، وحتى لو حصل أي استفسار كان جاهز يحل أي حاجة في ثواني. كمان لازم أذكر ريهام، اللي كانت متابعة معايا طول فترة الإقامة وكانت دايماً حاضرة لو احتجت أي حاجة، بابتسامة وذوق راقي في التعامل. الغرفة كانت نظيفة ومرتبة بشكل ممتاز، والموقع قريب من الأهرامات وده كان حلم بالنسبة لي. الفريق كله كان متعاون، بس تحديداً الأستاذ يوسف وريهام كانوا الفرق الحقيقي في التجربة دي. حسيت إني مش مجرد نزيل دافع فلوس واستنى الخدمة، إنما ضيف حقيقي محاط بالاهتمام والرعاية طول فترة إقامتي. من غير مبالغة، فندق أزال بيراميدز يستاهل الخمس نجوم دي بجدارة، وبالذات بفضل الخدمة الراقية اللي قدمها الأستاذ يوسف وريهام. لو حد بيدور على مكان لمناسبة خاصة زي الزفاف أو حتى إجازة عادية، أنصحه بيه من غير تردد. شكراً لكل فريق فندق أزال بيراميدز، وشكراً خاص للأستاذ يوسف وريهام على تجربة هتفضل في ذاكرتي لفترة طويلة جداً. 🙏🌹

I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and what makes a hotel memorable isn't just the room or the facilities—it's the people. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. A special thank you to Youssef, who made the check-in process smooth and effortless. He was always smiling, courteous, and ready to help with any request or question. His positive attitude made me feel welcome from the very beginning. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Reham. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. She regularly checked that everything was going well and was always available whenever I needed assistance. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression on me. My thanks also go to Mr. Hazem and Mr. Hamed for their professionalism, hospitality, and the way they lead such an outstanding team. It's clear that everyone works together with the same goal: making every guest feel comfortable and valued. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ من أفضل تجارب الإقامة التي مررت بها. منذ لحظة الوصول شعرت بالترحيب والاهتمام، وكانت إجراءات تسجيل الدخول سريعة ومنظمة. الغرفة كانت نظيفة جدًا، مريحة، ومجهزة بكل ما أحتاجه، كما أن مستوى النظافة في جميع أنحاء الفندق كان ممتازًا. الخدمة كانت احترافية على أعلى مستوى، وجميع الموظفين كانوا متعاونين، مبتسمين، ويحرصون على تلبية أي طلب بسرعة وكفاءة. الطعام كان متنوعًا بجودة ممتازة، والمرافق كانت منظمة وتوفر تجربة مريحة وممتعة طوال فترة الإقامة. أود أن أتوجه بشكر خاص إلى يوسف وريهام على اهتمامهما الكبير، واحترافيتهما في التعامل، وحرصهما على التأكد من أن كل شيء يسير على أكمل وجه. لقد أحدثا فرقًا حقيقيًا في جودة تجربتي، ويستحقان كل التقدير. كانت تجربة تفوق توقعاتي من جميع النواحي، وسأوصي بهذا الفندق بكل ثقة للأصدقاء والعائلة، وبالتأكيد ستكون وجهتي الأولى عند زيارتي القادمة.

We are a doctor couple who went to Giza for exams. The reception team was superb despite our check in that happened at 4AM. They did contact us a few days before our trip to reassure everything was in place. During our one week stay we found the staff very responsive to anything at any time. The willingness to help impressed at each area. Special mention to the Guest Relations personnel Miss. Reham and the reception team. Our driver Mr. Aymen arranged through the hotel was like a man on a mission responding to our messages round the clock through our stay in Egypt. If I go Cairo/Giza again, I won't have any second thoughts on where to stay. Well done, and best wishes to Azal Pyramids Hotel.

This is probably the best hotel in Giza / Haram, besides perhaps Mena House. The rooms are configured in such a way that you are completely insulated from the noise from the streets. Pool was fun

من النادر أن تجد مكانًا يجعلك تغيّر خططك بالكامل، لكن هذا ما حدث معي خلال هذه الإقامة. كنت أنوي الحجز لمدة يومين فقط، إلا أن مستوى الخدمة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل وحسن الضيافة دفعني إلى تمديد إقامتي عدة مرات. منذ لحظة الوصول شعرت بالترحيب والاهتمام الحقيقي براحة النزلاء، وكان فريق العمل دائمًا متعاونًا ومحترفًا في التعامل مع أي طلب أو استفسار. شكر خاص للأستاذ يوسف على احترافيته العالية واهتمامه المستمر ومتابعته الدائمة للتأكد من أن كل شيء يسير على أكمل وجه. هذا النوع من الخدمة هو ما يصنع الفارق الحقيقي ويجعل الضيف يشعر بالتقدير والراحة. كانت تجربة استثنائية بكل المقاييس، وأوصي بهذا الفندق لكل من يبحث عن الراحة والخدمة الممتازة. بالتأكيد سأعود مرة أخرى.

We stayed a week during Eid and we were welcomed very warmly from the moment we walked through the door. Staff are helpful and ready to help. The room is clean and tidy. Customer relations checked in with us a few times to see if we needed anything, that was a nice gesture. Were going again in March 2027 so we're looking forward to that.

I think the only thing that could be better is the breakfast. The food wasn't as great as I'd expected it to be.

I had a great stay at Azal Pyramids Hotel in Cairo. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well organized. The staff were extremely helpful and professional throughout my stay. The front desk team was especially friendly, respectful, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming.

Las instalaciones son muy amplias y el personal muy amable

El colchón de la primera habitación estaba dañado, adicional me dio alergia, al siguiente día tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación.

The staff was genuinely nice. On a second day, all of a sudden, I got a call from their Guest Relations Manager Reham, who got concerned by my complaints about poor quality of hotel breakfast. She invited me for a conversation; as we talked, I mentioned it was my wife's birthday, so she sent a massive cake to our room free of charge. So thank you for the effort. The man who checked us in and out(I believe his name was Abdul Latif) was also very nice and did his best to accomodate our last-minute requests. Upside about the location: it is very very close to the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum.

1. The breakfast was terrible. Nothing was fresh, nothing really was inviting about it. On top of that, the selection of food offered was rather questionable: they had some staples like western style beans, eggs, some fried rice, cereals, some fruit, a salad bar and a whole lot of pastry. Going to Egypt, I expected something more like Egyptian/Turkish/Middle-Eastern style breakfast, with fresh bread, fresh spreads/pastes like hummus, baba ganoush, etc. Turkish sucuk-like sausage. The coffee they had was either filter coffee or instant coffee - I wouldn't know for sure because I didn't try it, but it was served in huge thermal pots and looked like dirty water. Speaking of dirty, the plates and the cups were very poorly cleaned, we ended up wiping them with tissues, because there also wasn't staff at the moment to address the issue. When I told that to guest relations manager, he tried offering us a dinner free of charge(obviously on the hotel). His argument was: "we have a great a la carte menu with best pizzas and pastas."(words of the gentleman in charge of guest relations in the hotel, unfortunately I don't have his name). I literally just said I was not interested in western style food. I declined the invitation and said I'd be happy to get the money back for the remaining 3 breakfasts I had either to my card or in form of hotel Spa coupons. That comment got completely ignored. Upon the check out they asked me to go to the guest relations desk again, where Reham asked me if we did go to that dinner. I told her we didn't. She gave us cookies. The cookies were good. 2. The hotel overall is not terrible, but it is very old, and while most furniture is in ok condition(mind you, "ok" means "average", right on the borderline of acceptable and unacceptable), the bathrooms are trash.

I left a negative review because I was very dissatisfied with my stay. Since then, the public relations department and the front desk consultant I complained to have been harassing me in a completely unprofessional manner. They even threatened to fire hotel management employees if I didn't remove my review. You are not only unprofessional but also very disruptive.

The taxis that you booked from the hotel desk are very expensive you are better to book with Uber or Booking.com

Un hotel dall'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e vicinissimo alle piramidi. Struttura di ottima qualità e buona disponibilità di servizi. Il personale è molto professionale e disponibile. Il cibo a buffet buono, ma non con ampissima varietà.

Le stanze non sono proprio insonorizzate perfettamente. Si sentiva la musica che c'è la sera nella zona piscina per intrattenimento (anche se non finisce tardi e quindi non infastidisce). Certe volte, inoltre, nel silenzio della notte, quando venivano spostate valigie nei corridoi, si sentiva abbastanza forte da svegliare.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. I really like it here. The hotel is a good tourism base, its location is close enough to the Giza plateau, also not too far from Cairo downtown, mosques and markets. Nice rooms, large comfy bed , always plenty of bottled water left each day. Breakfast was a good varied buffet selection but I didn’t stay here for evening dinner. I found reception and doormen all to be very polite and friendly. Reham in guest relations was always making sure everything was ok. I will be sure to stay here again and would certainly recommend this hotel.

I can’t really say there was anything that I didn’t like.

We had a wonderful stay at Azal Pyramids Hotel in Cairo and would highly recommend it. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service. We would also like to thank Sara at the reception for her kindness, efficiency and excellent support throughout our stay. La atención fue impecable y muy profesional. Quiero destacar a Reham, quien fue extremadamente atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar en recepción, haciendome sentir siempre bienvenido durante mi estadía. El hotel es muy limpio, bien cuidado y con excelentes instalaciones. El desayuno fue muy bueno, variado y con excelente calidad. Sin duda recomiendo este hotel y volvería a alojarme ahí sin duda alguna.

We were very happy when we entered the hotel, but there was a dark-haired, curly-haired gentleman at the reception. Since we didn't speak the language, we were trying to communicate through translation. He was so grumpy and sullen that our mood completely vanished the moment we entered the hotel. It wasn't a good experience for me.

We wanted to check in early and Reham at reception was very sweet and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location and you can go everywhere with Uber. Breakfast was sufficient.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the food was excellent. We had both breakfast and dinner there, and everything we tried was really nice. None of us had any stomach issues during the stay, which made the experience even more relaxing. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful — from the housekeeping staff to the waiters and receptionists. They all genuinely do their best to assist guests and make them feel welcome. One thing I particularly appreciated was how attentive the hotel staff were when transportation arrived for guests. They would often check whether the driver or transport service was reliable to help prevent possible scams. The hotel also offers its own transportation service, and it’s possible to arrange a driver for day trips, which is very convenient. The rooms are slightly older in style, but this didn’t bother us at all. Some parts of the hotel are already being renovated, and despite that everything is kept very clean and tidy. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness, great food, and especially the warm and attentive staff made this a very enjoyable place to stay.

Wi-Fi signal was weaker in rooms, which is a bit pity. Also, the sound insulation on the balcony doors is not perfect, so when there are events near the hotel pool you can hear it from the room. However, the hotel makes sure that events end by midnight, so it doesn't become too disruptive.

El personal muy atento, los encargados de la limpieza, los trabajadores del restaurante, la señorita Reham muy agradable y atenta, en resumen todos muy atentos.

Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Hotel has a nice front lobby area, but the interior is very old and in urgent need of renovation (looks like they are doing it). A lot of dirty places in the room, beddings are old, carpet is not clean, and toilet leaks badly It probably was a great hotel in its glorious old days, but not now.

Real budget hotel

Facilities in the room, shower in the bathroom wouldn't mix hot and cold water, 4 visits made by various people but not fixed. Power sockets and bathroom shower need to be upgraded.

La propriété, la grandeur de la chambre, la qualité de la literie.

Le bruit. La cour intérieure résonne beaucoup. La piscine n'est pas chauffée. Il n'y a pas de salle de fitness. Tous les extras sont hors de prix. C'est vraiment trop trop cher. Je vous déconseille fortement de réserver une excursion avec l'hôtel. Il vaut mieux appeler un taxi à la sortie de l'hôtel. Les taxis s'arrêtent facilement. Il est difficile de sortir à pied de l'hôtel. Il est dangereux de traverser la route. Les habitants du Caire roulent dangereusement.

Buffets at breakfast and dinner are ok, but not more than that. Some nights however it's à la carte and that's TOTAL CHAOS, with staff quarreling among them all the time, nothing happening, no management, what would life be wonderful without customers. Desserts served first and starters never coming: to be avoided ! The management under Mr Mohamed at breakfast however is really ok and he's very attentive all runs well. His evening counterpart tries to excuse with a free dessert, appreciated and kind but that's NOT how you run an à la carte restaurant properly...

Poolview an 'upgrade: no because you have an acoustic soundbox making hefty noise from 0500 till 2400h. Other views: yes, the slums around. Why can't the breakfast crew work silently ? Bathrooms are becoming a desaster: they're only just fresh anymore, but taps are serving anything between 15 and 65°C and that in following shockwaves. Roomstaff do what they can, but with limited means. This hotel needs a thorough renovation, ongoing already on floors 6&7, until then: don't go there !

You can hear people sitting by the pool talking when you are on the second floor, annoying until 3 am!
