It was close to the airport and had the best tapas restaurant for lunch. Rooms were big and comfortable.

Location in respect to being next to a very busy highway

Location was perfect. Francisco (the manager) was very helpful and the hotel staff gave us an excellent service.

The room has a little humidity smell

Todos os funcionários sem exceção são educados e simpáticos e o atendimento é muito bom. O Pablo que nos recebeu, e gostamos muito da recepção. A piscina é muito boa, tem vários cadeiras para descansar e ficar na piscina. Quarto grandes e espaçosos para quem vai ficar muitos dias.

Sentimos um pouco de cheiro de quarto fechado, com mofo, mas mudamos para outro quarto que não tinha esse cheiro. As tomadas não aceitaram adaptador e tivemos problema para carregar nossos celulares. Também não gostei muito porque tem que rodar alguns milímetros na rodovia para acessar a entrada do hotel. O café da manhã não é buffet, e as meninas trazem algumas coisas mas não tem muitas opções então não gostamos muito.

La habitación era bonita y espaciosa.

La presión de la ducha era muy baja y mala. La cafetera tenía moho dentro. Se coló una cucaracha en la habitación.

Nos gustó las instalaciones del hotel piscina , gimnasio, sala de coworking, etc

No nos gustó : Que al cenar nos sumaran los impuestos y la propina sin saber importe antes de consumir . Tal y como te figura en booking precio + impuestos en la carta de comida debería figurar lo mismo y no debería estar incluida la propina . El desayuno por ser un hotel 5 estrellas es bastante escueto , deberían dar más opciones . El gimnasio está en buenas condiciones lastima que permiten que la gente entre con el torso desnudo y se ensucian todas las máquinas, no hay toalla o papel para limpiarlas. La habitación estaba limpia pero le faltaban artículos de vajilla y artículos de aseos. Para nuestro gusto no tiene las condiciones de un hotel 5 estrellas .

No es muy accesible, es decir, no se puede caminar a ningún lado. Es necesario un vehículo, taxi o Uber.

We have booked this hotel late in the evening due to flight cancellation. On arrival we were surprised how nice the room was. It felt very clean and cozy. The food in their lounge was amazing, we had a fantastic lunch and complimented the chef. it was european high standard food

The only thing we didint like was the loud music outside from another place which disturbed sleep. Window installation was not great

Quarto exatamente como na foto , porém não tinha utensílios na cozinha . Tudo novo e bem cuidado. Os funcionários todos muito educados e atenciosos .

Os passeios são vendidos 30% mais caro do que se pode comprar no local . Por exemplo pagamos 95 dólares para ilha Saona pois falaram que era um pacote diferenciado e exclusivo . Chegamos no local e as pessoas haviam pago 70 dólar para o mesmo serviço que nós . Coco bongo tbem vendem a 85 dólares e lá na hora você compra por 64 dólares .

Zufahrt zum Hotel sehr schlechter Zustand. Am Pool sind alle Sonnenschirme defekt und zerrissen. Liege aus Holz schon länger defekt. Frühstückpersonal träumt und kann kein Englisch und es hat lange gebraucht das das Frühstück aus der Küche kamm und schmeckte dazu nicht gut, es gab auch keine Auswahl und der Rest musste teuer bezahlt werden. Putzpersonal kann englisch.

Man findet einen schönen Pool und moderne Zimmerausstattung und ein freundliches Personal vor. Für Kurzaufenthalt aber völlig ausreichend.

Frühstück sehr einfach und die Lage zwischen zwei Bauruinen ist nicht einladend.

El servicio del restaurante es muy lento y muchas de las cosas que están en la carta no estaban disponibles. El personal, siendo que habla español, no retenían los pedidos había que pedir varias veces las cosas.

Beautiful pool, room was bougie and to high spec, staff were friendly

Loads of building works going on, as well as right next to the main road so was quite noisy/not great atmosphere, poorly signposted if coming by car.

Schöne moderne und große Zimmer. Großer Pool. Leckeres Abendessen in der Bar mit sehr freundlichem Personal im Gegensatz zu morgens.

Küchenausstattung wirklich schlecht. Gab nicht Mals eine Gabel, einen Kochtopf oder ein pfannenwender. Ebenso kein Mülleimer, es gab nur einen Mini Kosmetik Eimer im Bad. Finger weg vom Frühstück. Kleine Portionen zu überteuerten Preisen und der Kellner bei uns morgens war auch eine einzige Katastrophe. Ewig gedauert bis wir mal eine Karte bekommen haben geschweige denn dann das Essen trotz dass nicht viel los war. Bei der Lage muss man sich halt bewusst sein dass sie an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt.

The rooms and pool was amazing.

Had to wait until after 4pm to get room ? Didn’t get room we booked ? Cupboards were almost empty even though they stated you can cook meals. One cup One plate One set of cutlery . No pots or pans.Two glasses ? A room for 2. A few things needs sorting and then it would be a lovely short stay.

Great location, nice pool, clean rooms, good value, ample parking, secure rooms, good restaurant.

Kitchen was not that well equiped but it was ok. The hotel was undergoing some maintenance so there were a few areas where they were in the middle of fixing things. It was not noisy or anything, just unsightly.

Das Personal im Restaurant. Wir sind zwei Frauen 22 jahre und waren für drei Nächte dort. Man bekommt sehr viele Blicke im Restaurant wurden auch nach Instagram gefragt und zu fest dazu „gedrängt“ mit ihnen was in der Freizeit zu machen. Haben nur noch aufs Zimmer essen bestellt. Auch das essen an und für sich braucht EWIG! Es hatte meist keine oder max zwei Leute im Restaurant und trotzdem mussten wir für Pasta 40-50minuten warten… Die Leute an der Rezeption waren super!!

More bins in the apartment would have been great. A tissue holder in the bathroom too

La ubicación y el tamaño de las habitaciones

El desayuno es ridículo. Sería mejor que no lo ofrecieran porque es penoso y tardan muchismo en servirlo. Solo son dos rebanadas de pan, un café, un zumo y un poquito de fruta. El primer día se olvidaron el zumo y ya tuve que irme, el segundo no traían la fruta ni el pan y me fui a desayunar lejos. Sería mejor montaran un pequeño buffet , se ahorrarían varias personas y el coste sería el mismo. Me gusto mucho el hotel pero no volveré porque alguien que va por trabajo el desayuno es fundamental.

The restaurant services were lacking. Some products or items from the menu were not available or had run out, and the breakfast service staff was not courteous with the guests. They barely looked you in the eye and seemed to ignore your presence.

The hotel room itself was absolutely amazing, the facilities available were great, we organised a trip to Saona island through the hotel which was one of the many highlights of the trip. The room was clean, spacious and modern. The room service and cleaners did a great job each day cleaning the room when we had left.

We had breakfast included however some days it did take quite a while to be served. One of the waitresses at the restaurant always seemed to be in a bad mood.

Espacios de las habitaciones, iluminación, la implementación de electrodomésticos, el diseño, la limpieza. Los baños amplios. Perfecto.

La señalización. Para llegar al hotel tuvimos que dar tres veces la vuelta porque no veíamos el ingreso. Para salir a pie debes pasar por parte del monte y bajar unas escaleras del cerrito. Práctico pero incómodo.

Room layout was great and nice staff

There was a cockroach in our apartment, we didn’t have sheets or blankets for the sofa bed and when we asked the first night as well as three times the second night. It wasn’t until the 3rd time we asked on the second day that we got sheets. When we checked in the first night, it was around 6PM and our room was still not ready for us. We had to wait to go to our room

Es un nuevo hotel, es hermoso, habitaciones cómodas que aún huelen a construcción. La pileta es amplia y es solo para adulto Destaco cocina , baños super cómodos y lava ropa.

El desayuno es fatal La atención es mala, no es amigable. La camarera del restaurante odia ese trabajo. La limpieza de habitaciones es deficiente No volvería.

Clean and quiet

To come and leave by foot to the downtown was challenging. Completely, the hotel was designed to come by car and leave by car. The downtown is just 500 meters away and at the same time you can’t walk because of lack of pathways.

It was quiet and for us great location - quick drive to beaches, close to shops, easy pickup for day tours. Staff was nice, pool was big enough not to get crowded and lovely to chill after full day.

We stayed for 7 days so kitchen was main reason we booked it but it is missing some basics like utensils and pot. There were just 2 pans but no utensils so it made cooking anything very challenging. No pots or kettle so boiling water wasn’t easy either. Housekeeping could be improved a bit as we had to call for towels every day.

That you have your own suite. They also had a driver which at the time their restaurant wasn’t available so the driver took me to their partner restaurant at the beach. The pool is well maintained, however at the time there was some maintenance so the gym wasn’t usable.

You have to uber or get a taxi to go anywhere. The shops are over the road, however, it’s almost like a motorway and impossible to cross by foot.

El desayuno es muy simple por no decir casi nada, deberían de agregar huevos o algún embutido. Solo te sirven dos trocitos pequeños de pan, un vaso de jugo y una porción pequeña de frutas. Solo hago esa observación

The roon was lovely, bathroom was spacious and staff was really friendly.

To arrive at the hotel you would need to take a u-turn that is a 3km ride back and forward which made it a total of 6km to take the u-turn to arrive there. Would have been nice if there was an easier access.

Great experience at Hotel Faranda. Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, and very attentive service. Housekeeping was spotless throughout the stay. Special thanks to Jose, Pablo, Jaikol, and Francisco for their kindness and outstanding support. I would definitely stay here again

Everything in the hotel works smoothly, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. The service staff, especially the waiters, were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. What truly makes the difference, however, is the people. A special thank you to José, the General Manager — his leadership is clearly reflected in the professionalism, harmony, and warmth of the entire team. You can feel that the hotel is run with care, vision, and genuine respect for guests. At the reception, Jaikol, Francisco, and Pablo were always helpful, polite, and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the very first moment. Stacie, with her natural kindness and warm presence, adds a subtle touch that makes the experience feel even more personal and memorable. Nothing at all.

Its in a bad location. Have to cross very busy roads to get to the shops. Given facilities to cook yourself but no utensils. Literally in the middle of a building site. My balcony view was of a construction site. Over priced.

Que hayan cambiado el menú del desayuno incluido en el precio de la habitación , esta fue la segunda vez que me hospedé , y el desayuno era solo fruta y pan , en la anterior estadía había opciones para elegir desayuno

The location was OK. The representation was that we were staying in a hotel with Hotel type services, which was not true.

Unfortunately, they had a fire in the main office, so there was no service there for four days and the restaurant didn’t open for seven days until the night before we were leaving. We paid top dollar for the room, but realized that these were timeshares. The manager was very nice, but he left for three days because he had smoke inhalation. Those are unfortunate issues. Nobody had control of. Room cleaning was very slow to nonexistent we had to continually ask for it. There was no attempt made to satisfy their inadequacies due to the fire so we paid full price with half the Services.

Quarto grande, com bastante lugar para guardar suas coisas. banheiro espaçoso. funcionários muito atenciosos, hotel novo bastante limpo e tranquilo. Ar condicionado e todos demais itens funcionando. Recomendo.

Acesso apenas de carro e/ou Uber, que chegavam sempre bem rápido e não tivemos problemas. Não há como se locomover a pé para outros locais pois fica localizado em uma rodovia, assim como outros hotéis na cidade.
