Very close to PUJ airport, this place has a bar/restaurant and a very big pool. The reception is on the first floow by the bar - that was a bit tricky to find at first, but of course there is an elevator. The room was spacious and well maintained and clean. It is a modern property, so everything was in very good condition. The team doesn't speak much English, but was very friendly and communicative and with the help of Google Translate we had great conversations. The restaurant offers good quality food, and the drinks were very tasty! I can recommend this place.

No sign for PROBAR at the entrance. But it was still know to the Uber driver and once I knew it was on the first floor, I found everything easily.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, ebenso das Badezimmer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist bequem.

Zuerst haben wir bei unserer Ankunft die Unterkunft etwa eine halbe Stunde lang gesucht, da weder an der Straße noch am Gebäude ein Hinweis auf „Probar Suite“ zu finden war. Der Abend unserer Ankunft war absolut chaotisch – wir hatten kein WLAN. Nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten, da wir es beruflich dringend benötigen, und darum gebeten hatten, mit dem Manager zu sprechen, wurde uns lediglich gesagt, dass wir das Hotel verlassen könnten, wenn es uns nicht gefällt (um 23 Uhr!). Den Manager haben wir übrigens nie gesehen. Das im Preis inbegriffene Frühstück war lächerlich klein portioniert. Es gibt 5–6 Gerichte zur Auswahl, von denen man nur eines wählen darf – so kleine Portionen habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt (etwa wie für ein eineinhalbjähriges Kind). Außerdem ist das Essen sehr eintönig. Veganer oder Personen mit einer Ei-Allergie würden hier definitiv hungrig bleiben. Was den Zimmerservice betrifft: Wenn die Reinigungskraft ins Zimmer kommt, nimmt sie die Handtücher mit und bringt sie nicht wieder zurück. Uns war die tägliche Reinigung nicht wichtig, sondern lediglich frische Handtücher und Hygieneartikel – allerdings gibt es weder Shampoo noch Duschgel. Eine WC-Bürste sowie ein Haartrockner sind ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Die Liste der Mängel ist lang. Fazit: eine überteuerte Unterkunft, die nicht einmal die Hälfte des bezahlten Preises wert ist.

Soba je velika, prostrana, cista, kuhinja je ogromna, iako je nismo koristili. Krevet je jako udoban. Osoblje je jako ljubazno.

Doručak koji je bio uključen u cenu smeštaja nije bio preterano obiman. Doručak a la cart uključuje izbor između 5 opcija, a svakako podrazumeva kafu i sok od voća.

Todo, muy buenas instalaciones, ubicación (aunque la entrada confunde un poco por las edificaciones y calle en proceso de construcción), confortable y amplio, buen desayuno, buenas atenciones del personal, muy amables y atentos, principalmente Bryan y Ada. Me encantó el lugar, volvería a repetir.

Me gustó todo, pero sólo unas observaciones como oportunidades de mejora, llenar los dispensadores de productos de aseo (gel de baño, shampoo y acondicionador), habían unos pequeños embases con estos productos, pero si son dos personas compartiendo habitación no alcanza. También pienso que la mampara del baño debería ser más extensa porque queda muy abierto y se escapa mucha agua. Por lo demás excelente.

I WAS NOT WELCOMED PROPERLY BY MY HOST I ARRIVED AROUND 1 AM WHEN I ARRIVED NO ONE WAS INFORMED THAT I WAS COMING NOR WAS ANY PREPARATIONS BEING MADE FOR ME TO STAY . THE FRONT DESK WORKERS HAD NO IDEA OF WHERE PRPBAR SUITES WAS , I HAD TO BOOK AN UBER SEARCHING FOR THE PROBAR SUITES WHEN I WAS ALREADY AT THE LOCATIONI HAD TO ASK THE UBER DRIVER TO RETURN ME AFTER REALIZING PROBAR WAS AT HOTEL FARANDA THE FRONT DESK TRIED TO LOCATE SOMEWHERE FOR ME TO REST , AFTER I DECIDED TO SLEEP IN THE LOBBY UNTIL THE SUN COMES OUT . I GOT BACK A RESPONSE AT 8 AM THE NEXT MORNING I WAS CHARGED FOR THE 10 TH OF JANUARY WHILE I WAS BOOKED IN THE 11TH I PROCEEDED TO PAY BECAUSE I WAS NOT IN MY HOME COUNTRY AND I NEEDED THE REST. AT BREAKFAST THE WAITERS WOULD FORGET TO TAKE MY ORDER.

La habitación es enorme, muy cómoda y moderna!

Tenía muy pocas cosas para cocinar, ya sean utensilios de cocina, platos etc. demasiado justo para 2 personas.

Amazing place, small modern apartment with great facilities, pool, gym, restaurant. The breakfast is excellent, you can choose from different options. Good location but you need a car. Totally recommended

Rigtige gode og rummelige værelser, særlig dejligt med en terrasse. Her får man virkelig meget for pengene. Virkelig god service (hjælpsomt personale), dejlig mad, gode faciliteter og fantastisk beliggenhed til indkøb, restauranter, natteliv mm. Jeg kan varmt anbefale, at booke hotellet👍🏖️jeg skal i hvert fald tilbage ❤️

- Zimmer an sich schön, modern - Frühstück war super - Personal freundlich

- Zimmer riecht schon ziemlich modrig und das die ganze Zeit - Räumlichkeiten werden wenig Instand gehalten. Ablage in der Dusche war nur noch dir Halterung an der Wand etc.

The room was amazing. Albiet just needed to crash but this was an amazing hidden gem. Enough space, 2 people, food was amazing (breakfast included), pool, privacy, quiet, no kids during my stay

The u turn to return back from bravo is long, with time fix the road that leads up to it

No microwave,no trash can ,no wifi,tv did not work , ran out of tissue no extra , no extra towels ,no extra wash rags.overall cleanliness of the room was not up to par . Visibly not clean

L’appartement est vraiment bien et confortable. Malgré sa modernité et certainement sa construction récente,les finitions laissent à désirer. La grande piscine avec des transats propres!

Heureusement que j’avais lu les commentaires et ainsi vu qu’il fallait chercher l’hôtel Faranda Single car sinon je pense que c’est introuvable. Du reste, la réception du Probar est au premier. Le personnel est gentil mais totalement à côté de la plaque. A l’arrivée, on nous a donné le code d’une chambre déjà occupée!!! Le petit déjeuner est minimaliste et le personnel d’une nonchalance renversante. Nous voulions dîner là, tout d’abord et sommes allés ailleurs à cause de la terrasse trop venteuse. Après l’expérience du petit déjeuner, on s’est dit que nous avions eu fin nez. Y séjourner la nuit avant de prendre l’avion ça va mais pas plus!

Het appartement had weinig apparatuur, geen waterkoker of magnetron. Geen regelmatige schoonmaak, tv werkte niet.

Me encanto el servicio de todos, tanto del anfitrión, hotel y restaurante. El desayuno delicioso. Pudimos salir a caminar a Downtown ya que esta muy cerca.

location - too far from airport - next time i will just spend the money to stay nearer to that had to message often to make sure i was going to get a ride to/from airport - good thing i did room was fine - large with kitchen, etc no place to put soap/shampoo in shower no toilet paper holder

waited an hour for ride i had scheduled through hotel they did not hold up a sign with my name so i had no idea who i was looking for when person walked up to me, he did not know 'probar' by name - they only knew the name of the hotel in which the rooms were located when arrived, the room was taken by another person, so they had to find me another so disorganized in the morning when i was to pay, there wasn't even available to give my money to not a good start to a holiday

Las habitaciones son bastante grandes y completas, hay neveras, lavadoras, TV, caja fuerte, de todo. La atención del personal muy buena y los desayunos muy sabrosos.

Habitación muy moderna y limpia.

Faltaban algunos instrumentos de cocina (cuchillos para picar, tabla de picar, algunas ollas…)

The space itself was great. The bed was comfortable, shower was good, TV was great. Small restaurant on site. Close to downtown area of Punta Cana. Full kitchen. Super cute apartment. Large windows, plenty of sunlight. Nice pool on site too.

Super difficult to find! To find it with a taxi or Uber, you have to put in "Hotel Faranda", it's like a apartment inside of the hotel. The bed is located up a step, which looks great, but practically getting going to the bathroom at night can be dangerous! Needs some lights or something on the step.

Overall, good layout, close to downtown, easy get out to main av. The staff was very friendly and courteous, attentive to requests. Special thanks to Raul for his excellent service attitude.

The apartment is clean and beautiful. The breakfast and the dinner was really good. The staff are very professional and friendly.

The breakfast was surprisingly good. The coffee seemed a bit off, but otherwise, the rest of the breakfast was very enjoyable.

The first room I was given, the fancy electronic entry system did not work. When they eventually got it to work, the AC in the room did not work. It took forever for them to try to fix it to no avail and ultimately I was given another room, where the AC worked a bit better but not much. Still sweated during the night even though it was set to coldest option. In the 2nd room, the TV did not work. Again took ages to fix this, but eventually they did. It took so long to resolve these issues, that it was too late to go out to have dinner, so only option was to dine in their restaurant. I ordered the fillet mignon which is the priciest item on their menu and was served a teeny tiny piece of meat. The waiter served this to me saying the chef apologised and would not charge me the full price, but they should have told me before serving in case I wanted to chose an alternative dish, which I would have done, had I known. Instead, I was left with no choice really other than to have what was put in front of me. In the end, they did very little to make up for all the inconveniences. I don't blame this on the staff as it seemed it was a very young and inexperienced team with no managers around. So they didn't really have the knowledge, or experience and probably not the authority to offer any kind good will gesture like a free meal, or voucher for a free stay. All they did was offer me a free dessert, which I did not really want, but accepted nonetheless.

Friendly staff, clean, and close to downtown Puntacana.

Beautiful property with a pool, gym, restaurant, security and on-site parking. The area around the property is still developing so it’s a bit difficult to find and to get in and out of. But the service from staff is excellent.

Beautiful room. Hard to find location

This is a good place to live for a while. I would definitely stay there again. The building is clean and the rooms are neat and fantastic with modern facilities. The room has everything you need including washing machine. Although, the buildings around the suite is still under construction, once they are completed. It will enhance the view from inside. I do not think anyone would regret staying there.

Impossible to find; not known by Probar name. Check in was very disorganized with no English spoken. One young lady from the bar spoke some English and was able to assist otherwise we would have abandoned the reservation. Young Italian girl from the bar/restaurant should be commended for her language and customer service skills

Difficult access

A great and convenient place to stay! Room was big, clean and modern! Breakfast was great and included in price of stay!

It was perfect. No kids nice and quiet. Close to restaurants and things. We loved every minute of it. Thank you all.

Quiet and safe location. Room was not serviced every day or even every other day . Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very helpful everyday. Enjoyed Punta Cana, the pool and the beaches.

The staff at the property was nice, and check-ins can be improved on, but overall, it was a great experience.

The property was really well equipped, and staff were really friendly. The room was neat and tidy, however did smell of cigarette smoke. The rooms were large and had all the amenities. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was of a lower standard to the rest of the room, but for the price the state was not unreasonable. The only challenge we had with this property was that Uber and taxi drivers kept getting lost when trying to find the property, this is because many of the roadways to the property are new and not properly mapped, this was a challenge for us when we didn't have a strong Spanish vocab and struggled to reroute drivers or explain why they shouldn't go the way the maps were directing them.

Probar suites was beyond our expectations. The room & facilities were all great. Breakfast options were also good, loved the fresh juice offered with breakfast. The staff is great & would immediately respond to our requests. A special thanks to Diana & the rest of the staff who were very helpful. The pool is also large & the overall setup of the hotel is admirable. Just a quick note that although it’s very close to Downtown Punta Cana, it’s not walkable due to the highway. However it’s very easy to take an Uber ride which costs $3-4 to downtown.

Mon séjour dans cet hébergement a été globalement agréable. Les travaux en cours rendaient le chemin pour sortir de l'hôtel un peu dangereux, et un bon nettoyage de la poussière serait bien. En plus, on n'a pas pu profiter de la piscine, car elle était ouverte seulement de 07h à 12h. À part ça, tout était parfait et j'ai vraiment passé un bon moment !

Nice property, but difficult for most drivers to find as it's not marked and is actually part of another property.

Jade was a great host, and the apartment was beautiful.The staff were so kind and caring. Will recommend it to everyone to stay here. I'm definitely coming back.

I loved the probar suites we stayed here 6 nights and it was easy to go to bavaro beach and also many supermarkets The service and communication was easy also ! We will definitely recommand the place

Muy alejado de todo pero muy amplia la habitación y el lobby a la hora de llegada es algo confuso ya que son dos hoteles en uno.

- super modern, spacious en tasteful designed suites. New hotel. Very comfortabel. - nice pool area and enough beds and chairs - breakfast included and it’s tasty and fresh and there are several choices - the owner is very kind and helped me right away with everything I needed, the staff as well - 24-hours security - every suite has its own washing machine and dryer. Very handy! Location: alongside the highway. Uber is needed to cross the highway to the other side to go to the downtown. For me this wasn’t a problem since the down town of Punta Cana is basically nothing and there is so much noise from a club that one shouldn’t even want to be on the other side of the highway but that’s personal.

A few things that could improve the comfort even more: - in the future an actual reception would be nice if possible. Now everything is handled by the restaurant staff and they try their best but one can see that it’s a bit too much. It can get hectic sometimes. - the rooms are not cleaned daily. As it’s a suite and people may prepare food and garbage piles up, it would be nice to have daily cleaning service. - housekeeping staff should pay more attention to details. Upon check-in there were no water bottles, no pool towels, no towel for the bathroom floor. - big mocks for coffee and tea

The room is clean, the front desk lady is so nice. The whole place is safe.

Wow, where do I even begin? Probar Suites inside the Faranda 1 building in Punta Cana completely exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism that it felt like I was staying with close friends and family—but in the best possible way. The staff here are truly the stars of the experience. Francesca went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, always attentive and thoughtful. Jade was incredible as well, constantly checking in and even offering to take me to their sister beach property so I could enjoy the beach and their bar. That level of care is something you don’t find often. On my last day, I had the pleasure of meeting Melinda, who was not only a fantastic bartender but also a genuinely kind person who added a perfect ending to my stay. The rooms? Absolutely stunning. They are beautifully designed, with a modern kitchen featuring a cooktop and refrigerator, making Probar Suites an excellent choice for longer stays as well. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities truly impressed me. Lastly, the location is ideal—close to downtown Punta Cana and everything you could need while still offering a peaceful retreat. This place has officially won me over as a lifelong customer. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Probar Suites to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Punta Cana. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!
