The location

We had the worst experience at this hotel. Our room was infested with bed bugs, and both of my daughters were bitten badly during our stay. One of my daughters even developed an allergic reaction that required medical treatment, which cost us additional time and money. The hotel’s handling of the situation was frustrating and unhelpful. We had to move rooms, which caused further stress and inconvenience during our trip. For a hotel that claims to provide comfort and quality, this was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against staying at this property. No guest should have to go through this experience, especially with children.

Near to Masjid - E - Nabawi gate 26. Convenient location.

Location is good 5 minutes walk to women gate.

Very close to masjid Nabawi and food market. Spacious room, clean, and good value for money. Helpful and respectful staff.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were nice and friendly. We arrived at 10 am, jet lagged and asked if we could check in early. They had a room for us right away.

Very respectful staff, very close to Haram; just two minutes to King Fahed (door22) entrance.

The hotel was okay. Bathroom was old. Needs modernisation. Location is great. Lifts can get busy in evenings. Some construction work outside can wake you up at night and early mornings. Staff are not too friendly but not too rude.

The room was small, not very clean and bit noisy. The washroom was dirty and shower area was weird. The service wasn't good. We requested, the payment receipt about 10 times but they never gave it to us.

The property is no where near the 4 star rating that is advertised. Excellent location and convinence to perform visit the Al haram. Room cleaniness and preparation needs to improve significantly to get to 4 star standard.

Close to haram but due to construction work was mostly nosy

This property is a total scam! The photos are completely misleading and nothing like the reality. The customer service is absolutely terrible, and from the moment you step in, you realize you’ve made a huge mistake choosing this place. I stayed for two nights, and every second I regretted falling for their deceptive photos. It’s absolutely not worth the money I spent—such a waste. I’m beyond disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone. Even if they offered me a free stay, I wouldn’t take it. Avoid at all costs!

Linen, comforter and pillow full of human hairs. Bathroom poor condition.

The toilet was not cleaned properly and the blankets were smelling so bad when in the morning I wake all my body was smelling and I got nausea and vormitting My kids were worried and everything in the property is used and old that all facilities seemed in bad condition They need proper repair and maintenance The AC was so cold and it had not option to control the coldness They have best location and they really should to improve their performance

We had terrible experience and received poor service. We were booked for 3 beds room and was given a double bed room small which was cheeper than what we had booked and paid for. When i went to ask for the room change and refund the difference they said they dont understand what i said. It was a communication problem they dont understand or speak basic english.we received the corner room it was very noisy and we couldn't sleep. Bathroom didn't have exhaust fan, it was very humid inside the room.

The closeness of the property to the alharam Room not gettinting cleaned regularly.

It was a very good stay for us. The hotel is very close to Mosque. The check in time is 4 pm which I found little odd. Overall a good hotel to stay with family.

Way too cold. Maybe be a bit more considerate of people who don’t like the AC blasting everywhere. But still nice place to stay and near the mosque.

Clean modern hotel with a great location. The hotel was a 3 minute walk to Masjid Nabawi and its amongst plenty of food outlets. The hotel was pretty busy and the rooms look recently developed with good showers. However check the room before setting up for the stay. The bed sheets were dirty and needed to be changed. Service was ok at the desk but it did take 7 hours to get an iron.

Overall was a pleasant stay, however, cleanliness was not up to standard.

The rooms are very old and cleanliness… very expensive….not recommended at all… the receptionist and the security guard were very helpful and nice.
