عندما طلبت مغادره متاخره 3 او 4 ساعات بسسب موعد السفر تم فرض رسوم اضافيه رغم التوافر ورغم اننى نزيل دائم لا اكثر من مره

The pillow is hard and very big which make you not comfortable. TV no channels working. The wi-fi is slow.

فرش الغرفة اثناء دخولي لم يتم تغيره مع العلم انه تم كتابة وقت وصولي المتوقع ( اثار بقع على السرير ) يعني لم يتم تغيره وتم الاتصال على الاستقبال وابلاغهم بان شرشف السرير غير نظيف لكلا الغرفتين عدم تنوع وجبه الافطار والاقتصار على 4 اصناف فقط الامر الذي جعل طابعاً سيئاً لدى عائلتي بان المطعم سي عدم مساعدة الموظفين المسؤلين عن المطعم لنا

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026بصراحة الفندق جدا جدا سيء مافي نظافة ابدا الشعر مليان في الارض كما يوجد ذبان تحت الشباك ميت على السجاد، الكنب مبقع وصاخة الحمام تنظيفه سيء و المغسلة مسدودة للاسف والغرفة كانت جدا مستهلكه المصعد بطيء جداً

بعض الملاحظات وهي كالتالي: لا يوجد عزل صوت الغرفة المجاورة وحتى السيارات في الشارع على الرغم الدور الرابع. النت بمجرد الحركة يقطع (يتطلب التواجد بالقرب من المدخل. هواء المكيف للاسف مزعج.
