Letterkenny Wild Atlantic Apartments

The location was in the centre of Letterkenny with access to most of the town and University. Derry / Londonderry was on a 30 minute drive away, so quite convenient

I cant recollect the check out time being clearly stipulated with my family encountering housekeeping at the end of the stay seeking access an hour before we were vacating the apartment

Very spacious and very central to Letterkenny.

Was a very well kept apartment with everything you needed for a very good price

Nothing it was brilliant

The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. It consists of a living area with a large balcony, a kitchen with washing machine, 2 rooms (1 x en suite) and a large bathroom. The couches were very comfortable and each bedroom had a tv. The view was of some industrial land and Letterkenny town firther back. While not the prettiest view, it gave a sense of space, and of being a bit outside of the hustle and bustle.

There wasn't a single cleaning product in the apartment. We only stayed one night, so we didn't really need them, but I'd like to be able to spray down counter tops etc before I check out! The pillow was a bit uncomfortable, but not so much that I didnt sleep well.

Brilliant communication from the host, even allowed us to park our cars in the private carpark at 8am the morning of check in (as we were participating in the Donegal Half Marathon). The building is very safe with access codes needed to each corridor. Perfect location, 1 minute walk to the Main Street of Letterkenny :)

No shower gel or shampoo provided, so just remember to bring these with you before arriving!

Central location, very clean. Self check in was good, given codes etc before arrival. Spacious, would definitely stay here again

No plug for the bath or washing dishes and the en suite shower wasn't draining away, needs unblocking but other than that no complaints

Apartment was clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable.

The door codes were not working for the 1st 2 nights of our stay and so we felt a bit vulnerable as anyone could walk through the building. We had a roofbox on our car and so unfortunately we couldn't access the underground car park and had to park our car outside.

The whole place was a bonus we did not expect at all. We had a water heating problem which was attended to straight away will totally recommend.

Have used these apartments before. Perfect for our visit to Donegal. Apartment has everything we needed. Lift for my dad, balcony, modern and in the perfect location. Very central but peaceful apartment. Definitely recommend

Die Lage ist zentral (Lidl ca. 1 km entfernt in der gleichen Straße), das Appartment ist sehr geräumig und für den Preis und für "nur Übernachten" mehr aus ausreichend. Die Betten sind bequem und es war sauber (mit ein bisschen "Liebe" könnte man aber viel mehr daraus machen, dann wäre es aber wohl um einiges teurer).

- Die Ausstattung der Küche, wie von vielen bemängelt - Die Heizung funktionierte nicht - In die Jahre gekommen (z.B. Waschbecken mit Siphon, der das Ablaufen verhindert, Kühlschrank geht falsch auf, "wackelt" und kam mir entgegen, als ich an der falschen Seite angezogen habe). Möglicherweise sind andere Appartments besser. - Für uns nicht gut zu finden (Adresse selbst eingegeben, nicht auf den Google-Maps Link aus der Mail geklickt). Appartment-Nummer ohne Angabe des Stockwerks. Name der Unterkunft nicht von außen erkennbar, da die Anlage offenbar von verschiedenen Eigentümern für verschiedene Zwecke benutzt werden. - 4 verschiedene Codes für Türöffnung und Schlüssel (für welches Stockwerk gilt der Code?)

The place was clean and had all the facilities we needed.

The stay was great, no complaints

This property is perfect for families of 5. It’s a brilliant price point, location and has plenty of space when travelling with kids. The tvs are all smart tvs which are a bonus.

One small thing, and it’s the walls are painfully thin. We could hear people stomping up and down til 2am. This was our second stay and our room was close to the corridor entrance so there was a lot of foot traffic past our room late at night which isn’t great when staying with young kids. But other than that it was great. Would know to request room further down like our 1st time.

the apartment is located in a great location 5 minutes walk to the city center. the space is gorgeous. very spacious and clean.

the kitchen is great but the pans and knifes and cutlery could be better maintained. all pans are nonstick but peeling and the knife is as dull as it could be.

Check in said 3pm, we had to wait until 4.30, and no update provided and no where to drop the bags. Only got notified when I contacted the provider.

Prima locatie om het noord-westen van Ierland te verkennen. Bedden waren goed. Er waren 2wee badkamers 1 met douch en 1 met bad.

De keukenspullen waren zeer spaarzaam: voor 5 personen slechts 5 borden, 5 messen/vorken/lepels, 5 bekers etc Iets royaler was fijn geweest. Er waren ook geen stoelen om op het balkon te zitten. het appartement lag midden op een industrieterrein. Enerzijds fijn omdat de Tesco om de hoek zit, anderzijds iets minder gezellig.

Was a little confusing trying to get some information. Was talking to AI for some of it. Check in wasn't actually 3pm as they were still cleaning and we were already late for our event. Only 1 sample size shampoo for 3 people. Silly things nothing major otherwise.

40 min delay getting access code to apartment, very poor customer service, was hung up on twice. Ridiculously expensive for 1 night stay, not worth money. Building not well kept, security at first entrance poor( not locked) anyone can access corridors. Bathroom paint peeling

Absolutely horrible first impression, on arrival no information had come through about how to get in. Told them we would be arriving at 3pm at 330pm we were still waiting outside for information, a fellow guest had to help us. He had the same trouble the day before. A lovely place to stay when you can get in.

Loved Everything about the Apartment. The staff are very helpful and nice. All requests were granted. Very family friendly...and all amenities works perfectly well. This is our second time staying and would definitely stay again...! Thanks for having us 👋🏽

Location, cleanliness of the actual property.

The carpark gate was never closed and the door from the carpark into the building was also never locked. Code not required for either so didn’t feel as secure as it should have. The stairwell down to the basement carpark was filthy, dirty shirt and beer cans left lying on the last step.

It was clean and close to town and shopping mall. Lots of storage space and plenty of covered car parking. The WiFi worked well.

I wasn't told which floor my apartment was on and was not initially given the key code to access that floor, so had to phone owner while standing in the lift lobby. I spent ages tuning the TV into the apartment wifi and then discovered the 'App' we were advised to use didn't have the TV brand as an option. Eventually I found you didn't need the app for basic TV channels. There was minimal cutlery and crockery, so had to wash up after every meal.

Clean, had everything we needed for one night including cleaning supplies. Great locations.

No receptionist on site. Got the details for access on the day rather than the day before.

Tv not working in bedroom 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 night stay was told to ring a number on arrival staff member would greet us no such thank Thsts ok but the attitude of man on the phone while telling me a email was sent said email hadn’t arrived till after that call also not good lighting around it and block door is unlocked even at night every landing has security codes but I think the block door should be locked at night with a key code ect

Keeping key by door in the lock box was great, no way to possibly lose it.

Only complaint is that the temperature wheel on the shower in the main bathroom is broken. Couldn't change temperature of shower and it was extremely hot so couldn't use that shower

Shower was not working in one of the apartments. Doors to one of the bathroom will not lock. Stairways could be more well lit ( from ground floor to car park).

The tvs wouldn’t work without having passwords for apps and as I’m from overseas I didn’t have them. Only 2 remotes in one appartment and only 1 in the other for 3 tvs. But these are only minor inconvenience as we were out most of the time

Tooo many fire doors, but I think its for the safety. Having a knob in the room doors and bathroom would have made it more private, but its manageable.

Stadtnah und mit Parkplatz. Sehr geräumig mit der Möglichkeit dort zu kochen.

Das Gebäude wirkte unbewohnt. Das der Schlüssel immer im Schlüsselkasten vor der Tür verbleiben musste hat mich beunruhigt. Renovierungsbedarf nach Wasserschaden und nicht zu schließenden Türen. Am frühen Morgen sehr laut durch die Zulieferer im Industriegebiet.

Good central location. Towels and bed linen provided. Clean, setup like hotel with shower gel and shampoo, soap a few teas and coffee, kitchen roll washing up liquid all kitchen appliances in good order.

In bedroom’s and ensuite no where for storage or hanging anything only bedside locker basically had to live out of suitcase for the week. Shower in bathroom the heat could not be regulated and the drain in the ensuite shower could do with cleaning as it was blocked up. Bare minimum of crockery just 4 of everything
