They did something strange they said that the shampoo and any utility is not free and they told us at checkout not check in

Quiet and comfortable..

Everything was excellent👍🏼The room was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. I also loved the spa—it was relaxing and beautifully maintained. And I have to mention their Turkish Club Sandwich… it’s so delicious that I would come back just for it! 😋

The only small disappointment was that, despite booking three rooms for around SAR 7,500, there was no room upgrade or even a small welcome gesture. It would have made the experience feel even more special. Other than that, everything was excellent 👌

Everything , so many restaurants beside us in addition to an amazing movie theatre

نظافته وهدوءه

موقعه والسعر غالي جداً والسويت سعره مرتفع جدا ومبالغ فيه

I had such a great time, and your team truly made the celebration feel special. From the amazing hospitality to all the little details, everything was perfect. You all really go above and beyond, and it made my birthday so memorable. Please pass along my appreciation to everyone who made it such a lovely experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! I also want to send a huge thank you to the spa team—the experience there was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to unwind for my birthday. Last point i really prefer no direct phone calls email countact will be perfect way to reach me , thank you again

I liked the service I also liked that stuff they are very kind

I have found bugs the carpet looks clean but it’s not the bed as well has a smell I wouldn’t go there again

I spent my wedding anniversary and it was so magical. I would go back every year

The entrance was not clearly marked on Google Maps. We spent too much time asking about directions

Everything was wonderful, from the location and cleanliness to the staff. Special thanks to Ms. Nouf for her support during check-in and check-out, assigning us a beautiful room, and being extremely helpful. This was our first visit, and it will definitely not be the last.

There was a slight cooking smell in the corridor outside the room.

النظافه المكان لكن السعر مبالغ فيه نوعا ما الموظفين بشوشين ومتعاونين

Amazing

Already sent to property

My stay at the St. Regis Riyadh was truly exceptional. The hospitality and attention to detail were beyond expectations. Special thanks to Akalanka, Asif, and Karina from the Butler Team for their warm gesture and thoughtful service — it made our anniversary truly memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Bassem at the reception. His professionalism and kindness set the tone for an outstanding experience from the moment we arrived. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I look forward to coming back soon.

Great location with all the restaurants and shops around the hotel. Hotel is nice.

The air conditioner in the room requires maintenance as it is not maintaining the set temperature. Despite adjusting the settings, the temperature does not reach the desired level.
