Le quartier est pas très « vivant » avec peu d’options pour manger dans le coin (mais ça correspondait à la proximité recherchée pour un événement professionnel auquel je participais — donc j’étais quand même satisfait)

La climatisation était brillante, ce n'était pas l'idéal pour une nuit calme et reposante. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas très varié et principalement constitué de produits de moyenne qualité et peut être grandement amélioré.

The receptionist did not explain the hotel facilities and services, such as the restaurant operating hours and other available amenities. In addition, I was given a ground-floor room with an unpleasant smell. When I requested a room change, it was accepted reluctantly and in an unwelcoming manner, which negatively affected my stay experience.

The water in the swimming pool was freezing cold (February). That was unexpected as the pool was open :)

Poor value for money. Room card issue had me go down to the counter 3 times only to discover the actual card I was given had issues. The AC did not work, called once, fixed for the night. The next say, same issue but this time I got tired and stopped caring. Opened the windows, only to wake up because of the kitchen smell/oils from the buffet downstairs. Reception is not available late at the night, despite what they say. I needed help twice and no one was on the counter for extended periods. Security/gate guy wonders off and you can’t enter the parking without him, especially at night. I had to park outside the property twice in 4 nights. It was overpriced for the experience you get. I could have paid the same and stayed in 5 star hotel that is a bit further, but I wanted something close to my event.
