Camera molto grande accogliente e pulita. Bagno completo di forniture. Bollitore e the.
Convenience
the room, the space, and quietness for an airport.
I wish we could have a breakfast facility
I was hesitating weather I should stay in this hotel as it’s quite pricy but it was worth every penny. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Bed and pillows feel extremely comfy. Even though the hotel is not perfect (I will describe later) but still it is such a great opportunity to rest
Shady pricing culture. I sent email asking for location and prices. They told me prices I can check at website as there are best rates. Surprisingly I realized that booking price is much better. Then during check in at hotel they have some qr which you can scan and get discount so it makes check in progress very long as people start scrolling, filling forms etc that’s why queue was very long and only 1 receptionist was working. Just make transparent pricing culture and don’t bother not your clients and not your employees

We had confirmed booking but when arrived they say full booked not even helping my kids sleeping in waiting room at the airport
We had confirmed booking but when arrived they say full booked not even helping my kids sleeping in waiting room at the airport . Tried to send message not even responding
We had no problems or issues with the hotel. The staff were very helpful and seemed anxious to serve their guests.
Very close to Gates. Fast check-in and very comfortable room.
It was a decent hotel, no windows because it's inside the airport. Very convenient for long layovers but the man at check in was so rude. First, he wasn't there and I asked the other man who ran the lounge at the same site when he would be back. I got fuzzy answers such as "soon". When he didn't get back soon soon I got frustrated and demanded to know where he was and when he would be there. The man finally walked across the lobby to a windowless office and knocked on the door repeatedly. The man who was supposed to be at reception was inside doing who knows what, but not his job. He was mad that he was disturbed and was extremely rude to me. He wanted to turn me a way for an additional 2 hours, which was ridiculous because I was only staying in the hotel for about 8 hours. He was very difficult to work with and extremely grumpy. He also mislabeled my key card deposit. The people in the morning at the desk were much more responsive and friendly even though they had a difficult time finding my keycard deposit because it had been mislabeled by the man the night before. Because I had such a difficult time with the first man, I thought about giving this a one-star review, but the hotel was nice enough and it was super convenient for a long layover.
Pretty expensive but so comfortable for a long layover! Took some time to check in but the room was clean and the bed was comfy
A comfortable and very clean hotel easy to find....but.....no windows.its claustrophobic
The main point to keep in mind is that the hotel is airside. To be fair they do highlight this in their description. My flight was at 8 am and I wanted to use the hotel before the flight and would have paid a little more for 8 hours instead of 6 if allowed. However once at the airport, I was told that I could not cross the barriers where you scan your boarding pass before 6 hours prior to the flight (this varies from airport to airport. This is for Jeddah). I was however able to scan in around 12:45, i.e a bit over 7 hours. So I managed to get immigration and security done and make use of the 6 hours I had paid for. Just about. It helped that I had a boarding pass from online check in and no checked in luggage. If you are having to check in at the counter it could be more complicated. If you are already in transit in the airside area, it is not a problem. The hotel itself is sparkling, just beside terminal 1 gates and very well maintained. It is pretty big and in the early morning, I did get a bit lost as I got out of my room and couldn't remember which side I came in from! A bit more of signage towards the stairs/lifts would have helped. In the night a member of staff accompanied me to the room, so I admittedly did not pay so much attention to the directions from the desk. It was convenient to get solid sleep just before the flight. Going straight into a landside hotel but getting up 3 hours early versus waiting to get in through gates and then sleeping, your choice.
Ok
Good short stay to take shower and nap
Super-convenient location, but the staff really needs to be trained on how to be courteous--their attitude is truly appalling. Also, hijacking the boarding pass until the key is returned is a really petty and insulting thing to do. As for the room, it did not have a desk chair and there was a big stain on the bed cover. The price is not justified for the facilities and staff; it's just very convenient for transfers.
It would have been a 5 star rating had the check-in process been smoother. Check-in took forever and it was slow. Other than that, room is very nice and clean for a quick 6 hour stay. It’s essentially in the duty free area so we can get water and snacks easily.
Camera sporca, lenzuola macchiate , bagno pessimo. Un incubo.
Amazing experience as had a 7 hour stay at Jeddah airport and needed a place to rest ... It was 5* amazing
Nice
En zone transit
The hotel itself was comfortable and well equipped for long layovers however I was charged upon arrival after already paying for my booking and it ruined my experience altogether
Basic hotel for short transit. Check in service was very slow. No key was provided, so if you need to leave the room, you'll have to get the staff to open the door when you're back.
Katastrofal. Sämsta hotell vistelsen någonsin. Dålig service och dålig kommunikation. Arrogant personal.
Room not ready at well after check-in time
Chaos
Missing lots of basic hotel needs— 1. Very little toiled paper rolls supply— in the bathroom. We had to ask for a second one. 2. The Restaurant across the Hallway, did not clear signs that the food was free. We ate conservatively 🤓
Accueim toujours aussi long. Mettent 20 min a trouver votre reservation.
Accueil tres long. Sinon accompagnement tres bien.
No internet no tv
cavelike experience. They couldn't confirm reservation, so, they put us in a room without windows at the back of the hotel. They didn't give us a key. It was a somewhat dismal experience, but it was inside the clean area of the airport and a few hours sleep was very good.
Check in process needs major improvement. It took one and a half hours to line up and be seen to get our room key!
Easy check-in process if you have reservation. No kettle to boil hot water.
the room is nice and clean, 1 star off for no wifi
Real hotel feeling in airport terminal; ideal for stopovers that are 5 hours in order to have a shower and sleep in a proper bed
Perfect
I found it quite comfortable place. The staff was very cordial especially the manager. Room was clean and spacious. I booked a room with two beds which was good for me, wife & two kids. Two minor issues there is currently no internet & TV cable but they r working on it. However since we want to have some sleep before our next flight it didn’t matter for me & wife but our kids after their sleep want to watch & get entertained so internet could be definitely an issue for kids. I highly recommend for transit travelers.
Hotel location is great. Room did not have a window. There was an office desk but no office chair. Bathroom was very damp and bugs were flying around. supplies were only for one person while we were two checked in.
At first staff demand payment for room I booked and pay for already. One staff member wasn’t patient with me while I search for payment receipt. Fortunately another staff member found the record of payment preventing me from paying double.
Couldn’t find booking so spent half hour at reception… then got to room to be woken up in the middle of the night by a staff member who had the wrong room.
A lot of work was being done when we were there. The usb lines didn't work.
You can hear noise from the hallway quite loudly. Also at 4am some staff member came into my room. They did ring the bell but I once I said "what do you need? They said "oh there is a guest in here!". I think they were with someone else and looking for a free room to go have some fun in. Note that the rooms do not have a window so that is good or bad depending on your situation.
I was not allowed to entre the airport
Liked that, convenient for long layover.
The hotel is very unique as it is airside at Terminal One and very easy to get to the departure gates. The biggest problem is that if you are not transit passengers you can’t access the hotel without checking in and going through security. It would be nice if this was mentioned on your website. We were very lucky that a very kind gentleman arranged for us to check in at least 8 hours early and go airside which enabled us to use the hotel. Other personnel landslide said we could not go airside at 5pm as checkin started at 2.15am. So at least we had a comfortable sleep before boarding our flight at 7.30 Sunday morning.
this was a lovely stay easy in transit of the airport no passport control security check when you arrive the room was nice and cold, very clean and quiet. lovely staff at the reception and in the hotel. easy and quick check in was in room in 3 minutes. no idea how people could ever give a negative feedback about this place. would def stay again hopefully soon on another stop and journey. thank you for your kindness

Service
2.8/10Negative: multiple reports of severe service failures — a confirmed booking was reportedly ignored on arrival, staff did not assist children sleeping in the airport, and messages went unanswered. One mention of 'Aimabilite' suggests friendly staff in another stay, but overall service sentiment is poor.

Overall Experience
10/10Mixed but overall positive for staying guests: one reviewer described the stay as 'Peaceful' and 'C’était cool', indicating a pleasant on-site experience; however, another review reports a major booking/arrival failure that severely impacted that guest's experience. The overall score reflects a high rating for the peaceful/positive stay balanced against the serious service failure.
