Reviewed May 4, 2024Not that great when it comes to hotel itself. Not worth the price. But the location is very convenient. Close to restaurants and masjid nabawi is a 10min walk. There customer service is good but the lack of cleanliness and amenities is the cause of it’s downfall. No towel…

Reviewed Mar 24, 2024The worst hotel in my life, after traveling to 12 countries. No service, receptionist/manager was shouting like an animal on all guest. Very dirty, the poop wouldn’t pass in the WC and they would tell you to wait until next day they call someone from outside for maintenance since they don’t have it in-house. Although it’s cheap but one shouldn’t even choose if it’s free. Please don’t ruin your soulful trip by staying here.
