Emplacement extra à 5 min à pied du shouk et 3 min de la mer , l’appartement est très jolis juste vraiment dommage qui ne change pas le canapé lit qui est dans un sale état et petit à l’ouverture pour 2 enfants , sinon le reste magnifique et le personnel exceptionnel

Le canapé lit vraiment changer le au prix où on paye

Tres bien placé. Appartement de qualité et bien présenté. Tres bonne réactivité des propriétaires.

Manque un peu d'équipement. Exemple : serviettes de toilette ou produits d'entretien. Indépendant des propriétaires : un peu bruyant autour car travaux des tramways.

Main door to the building did not lock

The apartments are very good, I highly recommend them. The kitchen is well-equipped, the building is new and well-organized, very good.

Very close to the beach, the location is great, it's really worth it.

La ubicación

Estaba algo sucio, el piso con mucho polvo, la persiana del baño muy sucia, el horno y la estufa con cochambre y las manijas de todas las puertas de la cocina están pegajosas. Todos los platos y cubiertos estaban también sucios. Lo que yo reserve tenía lavavajillas y en realidad no tiene.

Ну, что сказать, впечатление осталось, мягко говоря, не самое лучшее. Началось все с того, что приехали мы поздно ночью, ожидая, как полагается, теплого приема и, что особенно важно, горячей воды. Ага, как же! Пришлось ждать добрых два часа, а горячей так и не дождались. Это уже само по себе испортило первое впечатление, но дальше – больше. Оказалось, что в апартаментах царит какой-то особенный "пыльный шик". На кухне, будто бы только что закончили приготовление какого-то особо жирного блюда, все было покрыто слоем масла. Полотенца бы тоже не помешало обновить, так сказать, для придания свежести.

שלקחו לי כסף לביטחון ולא היה לי ברור שזה לביטחון, לקח זמן עד שענו לי והסבירו לי

Bel appartement bien équipé dans immeuble récent et très bien situé. HOMY est très réactif, je recommande fortement, je reviendrai pour mes prochains séjours !

La ubicacion a una cuadra de la playa!

Me hubiese gustado que me dejen mas toallas y algunas otras cosas que mejoren la estadia (papel higienico, jabon lavarropas, tostadora…) igualmente al reclamarle al dueño nos proveyo de velador y una limpieza extra sin cargo

Le bruit sans aucune insonorisation et pas de rideaux qui fonctionnent

Excellent location, near to the sea and restaurants. Easy access with codes sent over e-mail. Quiet enough given it is on Allenby with forever construction nearby on the light rail below and at neighbouring buildings.

I could suggest bed lamps as a great addition

הקירבה לים היתה טובה.

המרפסת הייתה לכיוון מקום מכוער ובבניה, וככה היה מכל עבריה של הדירה. חבל שלא רואים את זה בטרליון תמונות שפרסמתם או לפחות הייתם מעדכנים על זה. סביר מאוד שלא היינו בוחרים בדירה הזאת אם היינו יודעים.

The best we’ve seen so far in Tel Aviv. New apartment in a new building, spotless, large, large balcony, fully equipped kitchen, very close to the beach.

This is a new building and very cloth to the beach, cafe for breakfast, small supermarket. The staff was friendly, helpful, and solved part of the issues we had during our stay. We are grateful to Olga from client service. Overall, it was a comfortable experience. There is a nice guy from cleaning service and we were glad when it was his shift. Very nice there is a combination lock on the door downstairs and to the flats of "Homy", very useful and easy to use

We stayed for three weeks and really got to experience all the facilities of Apartment No. 18 on the 3rd floor. It has two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a nice balcony — although the view is of another building, the street is fairly quiet (as quiet as it can be in Tel Aviv). However, we noticed that some basic cleaning items were missing, such as a vacuum cleaner, a mop and bucket, cleaning cloths, and kitchen towels. These would be very helpful for guests staying for a longer period. Also we would recommend to buy new towels and to provide desk lamps in bedroom and any kind of furniture at the hallway and corridor there is no clothes hooks on the entrance to chair or any noun at the apartment, very cheap tea and coffee capsules for 2 days even you stay 20, no tablets for washing machine or dishwasher.

L’Emplacement parfait et la gentillesse du personnel surtout ! Ils sont très réactif via le whatsapp , ils nous ont donné l’appartement 1h plus tôt et ils nous ont gardé les valises le jours de départ ! Merci !!

Le canapé lit n’est pas confortable mais pour les enfants ça allait !

Nous avons adoré la localisation juste à deux pas de la plage et à côté de pleins de commerce. Vous avez tous ce dont il faut dans le coin. C’était parfait pour un séjour en famille avec un enfant d’un an et demi. L’appartement était magnifique, spacieux et confortable. J’ai également était surprise par la propreté .

Les seuls petits bémol que j’aurais à suggérer c’est de rajouter un peu plus d’équipement pour l’entretien et pour la cuisine. Mais en dehors de ça rien à redire je pense même y retourner!

Personalen på Homy är omöjliga att nå. När de behöver uppgifter från dig så ringer de gärna. Om du behöver något är det endast genom anonyma människor som endast kan texta och vägrar svara på telefon. Enligt min mening ett både oförskämt och arrogant förhållningssätt.

מיקום מעולה נגיש ונקי

תקשורת נוחה עם המארחים, גישה נוחה. מיקום מצויין. רמת ניקיון ושירות גבוהה מאוד. הדירה מרווחת מאוד ומותאמת למשפחה או חברים. בהחלט נמליץ ונחזור שוב.

יש בעיית חנייה. אבל בתל אביב איפה לא?!

אהבנו שהדירה במקום מאוד מרכזי בתל אביב קרובה לחוף הים ושהיא ידידותית לבעלי חיים. בנוסף אהבנו מאוד את הדירה עצמה את העיצוב שלה , את הנוחות שלה.

הכל היה מצויין

L'appartement est parfaitement bien placé à 2min de la plage et à 5min du souk et de tous les commerces et restaurants . terrasse avec vue sur la mer. l'appartement est très propre et bien agencé

Great apartment and well equipped. We really enjoyed the balcony.

Neat and clean with well equipped kitchen facilities... perfect location with all amenities nearby.

The geyser was not functional....television picture quality is a bit annoying...

Lovely apartment! Super clean, friendly staff, 2 min walk from the beach

We had an incredible stay with HOMY. There is a lot to like about this apartment. It is fully furnished, clean, located in an excellent area, and it is easy and quick to enter independently. This is the perfect way to spend time in Tel Aviv instead of staying in a hotel. We will surely want to stay this way every time we visit the city from now on.

:) The short amount of time we've been there

The apartment is well kept, has most of the amenities that we needed and the location was perfect. It had a nice little balcony with a view of the sea. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was large enough for us to manage all of our preparations. The furniture was comfortable and the living room couch folds out into a bed, if necessary.

I requested early check it, and was told the host would let me know only on the day of arrival. However, I was never notified whether I could check in early or not. In addition, I received several notifications regarding arrival at the property (SMS, email, WhatsApp) and multiple notifications from each media. First, I find it annoying receiving the same message multiple times (not necessarily knowing before I read the message, that is was the same message as before). But also, each message referred to the "code below", and there was no "code below". When I inquired whether there was something missing, they said I would receive the door entry code on the day of arrival, despite multiple messages referring to the "code below". I don't recall when the door entry code was sent to me, but it was certainly not before the regular check-in time of 3:00 pm (I believe it arrived later than that). We had to crank up the air conditioning pretty high in order to feel it in the bedrooms (and the bedrooms were still warm). As a result the living room was quite cold. The balcony door handle/lock was broken, so we could not lock the balcony. The handle was loose, so perhaps it just needs to be tightened. There was a hot plate in the cabinet, but the electric cable was all frayed and too dangerous to use. We were not expecting that a hot plate would be provided, so it was not a problem (except the hot plate we brought broke;-)

Clean, equipped and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and we were SO close to the beach!!!

Great location albeit hard to find

Modern apartment with laundry washing facilities and kitchen so close to the beach swimming area.

At the moment lots of roadworks outside the building but it will be great once it’s all finished and to have the Metro at your doorstep will be unreal.

Well located, clean, modern apartment equipped with all you need. Smooth checkin, responsive helpful staff.

All was great honestly, nothing to complain about. I wish more apartments in other destinations were like this.

The apartment is well equipped, beautifuly designed and just next to the beach. I've booked it severl times already, it's my first option for spending few days in Tel Aviv, highly recommended!
