Mooi appartement, gezellig ingericht en een goed bed. De winkels en restaurants zijn ook op loopafstand wat natuurlijk altijd fijn is. Communicatie over toegang tot het appartement is heel goed. Een aanrader voor een verblijf in Tromsø.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere in town and over the bridge to the cable car. Lovely clean modern apartment with everything I needed. Nice outlook (suspect others had better views than mine but was still nice out on the balcony).

Vervet komplekset er veldig bra, stor romslig leilighet. Fin og sentral beliggenhet ! Men det skal være en resepsjon utenfor som står «åpen» på dagtid, men det stemmer ikke - ingen tilstede. Fikk dog svar på e-post.

Vi tilbragte to netter i denne romslige og moderne leiligheten. Kjøkkenet er godt utstyrt til 3-4 personer og høyden under taket gjør at leiligheten føles større enn den er. Beliggenheten er fantastisk med bakeri i underetasjen, havet rett ved og et nærmiljø som er svært tiltalende. Det er lite støy fra trafikk og denne delen av sentrum er rolig. Vi var uheldige med renhold, noe som trakk ned vår opplevelse av denne flotte leiligheten. Alt annet ved denne leiligheten svarte til forventningene og mer til!

Jeg hadde 404 sist jeg besøkte dette bygget. Der var det svært bra. Men på 408 var det mindre bra. Ingen utsikt. Og absolutt ingen lufte muligheter annet enn balkong døra. Så på dette bygget så betyr det enormt mye hvilken leilighet man får tildelt

Wifi passord fungerte ikke. Fin leilighet med god beliggenhet. Nært til spiseplasser og bakeri/cafe.

Not a big deal, we didn't need the cabinet door. But we didn't break anything, and this shouldn't be a surprise to find something broken.

Flott leiligheten. Sentralt. Andre gangen vi bor her. Vi kommer tilbake igjen.

Sofaen og stolene på stua var vond å sitte i. Bodde der 7 netter, men skiftet håndduker og ekstra toalettpapir bare på forespørsel. Fikk samme ordning som i fjor med parkering ved et annet bygg hotellet eide til 150 kr.døgnet. offentlig parkering hadde kostet 460 kr. Så Tromsø føles ikke som en by som ønsker bilturister velkommen. Ellers hadde vi der storartet.Trivdes svært godt forøvrig.

Central location between nice restaurants and hang outs

Nice venue. Excellent location. Relatively new property. Apartment was spacious, reasonably appointed. There are limited reception facility support which created some challenges.

Wir haben in einer komfortablen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung im 3. Stock mit hervorragender Aussicht gewohnt. Die Wohnung ist äußerst empfehlenswert!

Très bel appartement, très bien situé et très bien équipé

I struggle to understand the positive reviews here. I didn’t get a code to access the building itself prior to arrival, the apartment wasn’t cleaned particularly well and the sound isolation (both from above and outside) was awful. Ok crash-pad for a night or two but nothing more than that

Jeg og min familie er veldig fornøyd med stedet. Vi fikk imidlertid ikke sett på lineær tv. Det var et minus. Det var heller ikke skarpe kniver, og vi savnet en ordentlig kaffetrakter. Jeg gav informasjon om at vi ble fire personer, men det var sengetøy kun til tre. Beliggenheten var topp, bortsett fra mye bråk grunnet bygging av nytt hotell som nabo, men det gikk greit.

Per email krijg je op tijd informatie over de sleutel van het appartement. De (huis) regels en hoe het afval gescheiden dient te worden. Bij binnenkomst was de grootste verrassing het uitzicht over het Fjord. De locatie ligt midden in het centrum. Met het openbaar vervoer komt je makkelijk op alle plaatsen. Als je een beetje kunt lopen, dan is het eiland ook volledig te voet te doen. Het appartement is voorzien van een volledig ingerichte keuken. Een supermarkt zit op een paar honderd meter van het appartement. De badkamer is ruim. Er bevindt zich een wasmachine in de badkamer, waardoor je (als je dat wil) geen vuile kleding mee naar huis hoeft te nemen. De TV heeft een Chromecast, echter zonder adapter. Met je telefoon oplader is het zo aan de praat, waardoor je iig als een EU bewoner je TV pakket van thuis kunt zien.

Es war eine schöne Unterkunft, auch gut zu erreichen. Geparkt haben wir in dem Parkhaus nebenan. Unsere Unterkunft hatte eine schöne Aussicht, war geräumig und alles da was man braucht. Check-In ohne Probleme, die Codes hatte man per SMS und Email geschickt bekommen. Das einzig negative: Im Bad lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab. Im Schlafzimmer wurde in den Schränken und unter dem Bett selten geputzt.

The apartment needs an update! chairs were dirty, with stains on them. there was just 1 spoon and 1 knife. nothing else!!! we had no pillowcases. the curtains were falling from the rods every time you open them or close them. The location is a big plus!

Beautiful apartment, great location, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Only comment would be to supply more towels as we stayed for 5 days.

La struttura è silenziosa e la posizione eccezionale. Purtroppo la nostra camera affacciava su un cantiere e su un alto edificio a pochi metri di distanza. La vista pubblicizzata sui siti era dall'altro lato del palazzo. È stato deludente!!!

Great apartment in Tromsø close to everything! Very comfortable, very clean , nice & spacious. The area around is still being worked on, but when it’s finished it looks like it will be very nice.

Apartments provided everything you might need. Clean, comfortable and within a few minutes walk of the centre. Vervet bakeri downstairs has amazing pastries.

Amazing property! Very well located, comfortable and spacious. No issues getting in or out. My only complaint would be regarding the cleanliness of my apartment before my arrival. I found hairs in the shower and old dried food in the kitchen drawers and sofa.

Excellent well-appointed, clean, apartment within walking distance of most attractions in Tromso as well as nearby grocery shops. Didn't give 5 stars as there was no access to satellite or cable TV - you could only use streaming services. Staff were very helpful when we arrived too early to officially check in.

Vervet is a great area to stay. Near the main town, bakery round the corner for breakfast and restaurants in walking distance. Apartment was warm and quiet.

Excellent central location, near everything and the bus stop direct to the airport, easy 10/15 minute walk to most places in the Center. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean with modern fittings and huge windows. Luggage storage available which was great. Vervet bakery is delicious for pastries and filled sandwiches.

J'ai adoré cet appartement. C'est encore mieux que sur les photos, je ne m'attendais pas à avoir une vue aussi époustouflante! Le quartier est top, à deux pas du centre ville, à côté du pont qui permet d'aller à la cathédrale (à pied). De plus il y a une boulangerie au rez de chaussée ce qui est hyper pratique, ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et une agence d'activités sur la place devant l'immeuble. Je pourrais vivre ici et si je retourne à Tromso ce sera sans hésiter une seule seconde dans cet appartement, même après avoir vu la localisation des hôtels avec lesquels j'avais hésité...

When booking was confirmed, it said the hotel would send us check in details with password 48 hours in advance. However, we never received anything, and they were not responsive on hotels.com message. In the end, I needed to call their 24-hour security hotline (as it was a weekend) for those details, which was really bad as they failed to do what they promised. Also, for check out, they sent an email to ask us our check out time, but after I replied, they never confirmed receipt of email. And after I have checked out (which was just by leaving key on the dining table), I still received their check out reminder later that afternoon, so it was really confusing. For the apartment itself, it was quite ok. Apartment was big and clean, with fully equipped kitchen. Location wise was also good, 10min walk to the city centre.

Very nice aparthotel with a bus stop nearby and easy walk to the city centre, very clean, with a balcony and a very nice view. We were very satisfied. Would recommend to friends.

Was all good. Some furniture may need some better installation eg cupboard is moving when you open the door, fridge does not close easily. Else everything was great, will recommend the apartment further

Our stay was perfectly fine but this is not a hotel in any way, it is more of a very no frills self managed flat. The positives are the space is larger and the ten minute walk to where the tours and restaurants are was completely manageable. Nothing else was especially good. It cost significantly extra to leave your luggage before 3pm check in, up to a max of 6 hours. The Reception said it was open 9am-4pm but was always closed, so you could not get extras of anything. They gave one roll of toilet roll for a four day stay. You get one pillow per person. There are extras in the room but no extra clean bed linen - very unhygienic, they were covered in hair. Similarly you get one towel, no extras. On check out you have to take out the rubbish to a communal bin outside. It is supposed to be sorted (by you) into five categories and into corresponding coloured bags, but they did not give us the necessary bags. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from the prior occupant. They have fancy bottles of branded soap in the bathroom but these have been refilled with some other brand of generic dish soap - the same stuff as by the sink for washing up is in the shower. No coffee/tea provided. You can hear the people above walking around all night. The thermostat was locked to a sweltering 24C with the room even warmer per the thermometer decoration. It was -15 outside and we had to open the window for air. Next time we’d stay in a hotel in the centre.

The apartments were very clean. Great views of the fjords. Everything in town is within 15 minutes. Great location.

Lovely spacious apartment 10 min walk from centre of city. It had everything we needed. It was easy to access by reading the instructions. Nice big windows. Full kitchen. Washing machine. Nice and warm apartment to warm up after a long day in the cold.

Nice flat with a nice view, with a few not very serious but yet annoying things: Be aware that there is nothing at all in terms of salt or pepper, coffee or tea. You need to buy everything, which adds to the cost. Maintenance not tip-top. A light bulb needed replacing in the bathroom, the drain of the sink in the bathroom was blocked, the floorboards in the flat are not properly fitted, so they move and suddenly leaves gaps. There is a careful description of how to sort rubbish but not the coloured plastic bags to use for two of the categories. There was a false fire alarm (this often happens in Norway) in the middle of the night. I apparently was the only one able to understand the instructions on the alarm box, which are only in Norwegian. I also knew how to reset the alarm and silent it, but the available master key you need to do this was broken! Otherwise a tremendous flat and one of the nicest places to stay in Tromsø (and I know most of them)

Excellent place and extended our stay for a reason price

Our check in wasn’t easy. We were given keypad codes for the building and our room but what wasn’t explained was that you had to use the larger keypad to put your room code in so that you could get your door key. In the apartment, everything was provided but out of the 6 glass tumblers we had, 4 had chips on the edge of the glass which was dangerous. We reported it to Reception staff and they changed them straight away which was good! The cutlery drawer needed to be wiped of crumbs but other than that we were happy with our accommodation.

This 2 bedroom apartment was absolutely perfect for my stay. The building is still quite new, the finish inside the property is excellent, it contains everything you'd need for your stay too. Heated floors were a great addition, and the apartment afforded the most beautiful views. Absolutely loved it

The apartment is very spacious and modern (especially compared with other apartments in Norway). It is close to all facilities / shops / restaurants. It is a bit dusty and you must be carefull with the curtain rods. We received a 'cheaper' parking place in the area. Great but better to add a map at the description because it was really hard to find the correct space.

The windows facing the corridor is a down side for us. As people walk to their apartment, they will see everything in our apartment, no privacy at all. And the heater is not warm enough in winter, there was a label on the monitor stated that we can't use it. The heater in the room isn't warm enough to either, you feel the warmth only when you stand right next to it. Good location though. Easy check in and check out.

Reached out to the staff to ask for a simple request of more pillows on night one. On day two they finally got back to me and rather than saying yes we can provide you more pillows, they asked if our room was missing them. We like to sleep propped up so we wanted at least 2 for each person, the one that was left as an extra in the room had blood on it and now pillow case. After responding asking again for more pillows i never heard back during the entirety of our 4 day / 3 night stay.

Great location, easy 5-10 min walk to city centre. Hotel apartment was clean, had a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (1 single and 1 double). Lovely and warm, exellent shower and underfloor heating.

Very nice apartment style property with great amenities and in an awesome location. Vervet is a new development with some great restaurants nearby and easy walk to center of Tromso. Check in and check out was easy with passcodes delivered ahead of time.

It was a decent enough apartment and quite easily accessible. However, it could have been made a lot better with some minor modifications. There are no USB sockets for charging mobile devices. The shower does not have a place to keep bathroom supplies like shower gels; instead they are placed on the shower control which is an inconvenience that could have been easily fixed by having space in the walls to keep supplies. In general it was ok; but could have been a lot better as the apartment was quite spacious for our group of 3 people.

Loved staying at Vervet! Definitely the best place for a trip to Tromsø for 3 people. Only thing to complain is that they didnt send us the apartment number and theres noone you can call after hours so we were stuck outside for quite sometime.

Luminoso, spazioso e perfettamente isolato dai rumori esterni, con tutto ciò che serve tra cui lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Il centro della città è raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Nel quartiere sono presenti diversi ristoranti, un salone e una panetteria-bar dove è possibile consumare sul posto

We did not receive check in instructions. We tried to call the number listed outside and message through the hotels.com app and did not receive communication back after 8 hours. It was about 0 degree outside and we lucked out that someone allowed us to sit in the lobby. Recommend providing the instructions and identifying someone to manage the apartment phone line.
