What I loved most about this boutique gem is how it masterfully blends five-star comfort with deeply personal, soulful hospitality. The prime location is unbeatable, placing you right in the heart of the action yet offering a peaceful sanctuary to return to. The rooms are impeccably maintained spotless, elegantly appointed, and supremely comfortable, ensuring a restful retreat every single night. The culinary experience was a revelation; every meal was absolutely delicious, bursting with authentic, beautifully presented flavors that delighted my palate at every turn. However, the true heart of this hotel lies in its people. The staff, dressed in stunning traditional Nepali uniforms, are exceptionally kind, intuitive, and attentive. They offer a rare, genuine warmth that makes you feel like cherished family rather than just a passing guest their smiles and thoughtful gestures never felt forced, only heartfelt. Above all, I was deeply touched by the chairman's remarkable humility and down-to-earth nature. His approachable demeanor and personal engagement with guests beautifully reflect the hotel's gracious, welcoming culture from the very top. It is this authentic spirit—this perfect harmony of physical luxury, culinary excellence, and heartfelt human connection that makes this boutique property an absolute treat and, without question, the best place to stay in the entire area.

If I must nitpick, breakfast ended a bit early (10:00 AM)—on my last morning, I wished for just 30 more minutes to linger over that delicious spread. Also, the intimate boutique scale means common areas aren't sprawling, but that coziness is part of its charm. That's honestly it. These are the faintest whispers of critique, born purely from not wanting my stay to end. Against the immaculate rooms, genuine Nepali hospitality, exquisite cuisine, and the chairman's inspiring humility, these tiny preferences fade completely. Overall, it remained flawless, still unequivocally the best hotel in the area.

Yataklar çok eski tuvaletlerin sifonları çalışmıyor banyonun şofbeni çalışmıyor odada böcekler kertenkeleler var yan odalardan ses geliyor bu otelin kesinlikle tercih edilmemesi gerekiyor veya otel sahibinin otelin olanaklarını arttırıp temizliğe ve düzene özen göstermesi gerekiyor

Good hotel with excellent service .. Breakfast was good and the service of staff was so nice. I will come back again to this hotel. I was sick and they provide me medicine too.

Nothing, found cockroaches crawling on bed, we had to ask for extra towel as only 2 was provided for 3 people. No bottled water was provided on day 2. they arranged a tour for Nepalese 4500 rupees which I confirmed before accepting the tour, but at payment they demanded Indian rupee. They all lied including the owner. Thieves!!!! The guy at the counter said if speak Hindi you are Indian regardless of you born in US, Fiji, New Zealand or Australia. Extremely rude!!! He said you only talk in Nepalese or English in Nepal, otherwise you will be an Indian and they charge in Indian currency, doesn’t matter you are from Australia and don’t carry Indian currency. The lady who arranged your also lied because the owner when he came know we’re from Australia he decided he wanted Indian rupees which is a stronger currency. And charged extra for the tour. She cut my phone call when I told her she will be punish by God for lying! No back bone and can’t stick to their words. Think twice before staying at a hotel owned and operated by liars and thieves. The driver was great!!

Nepali Wine and beer were excellent, tastewise. Momo was delicious.

It was a week kept place with excellent food. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the airport.

I guess, the neighbourhood was a little grungy, but that’s not a big deal. We were near the airport after all. The hotel was quite nice and we felt at home and safe there. No issues with the hotel.

Floors and walls were dirty in bathroom and in the room itself, floor mats was terribly dirty and was not cleaned from long time, furniture used needs to be replaced as they looks to dirty, not polished and sticky surface, slippers used in the toilet are same and used again and again over all customers which are unnecessary in the bathroom, you can put just bath mat, set of face and bath towels. Overall, I will not recommend this property and the value you pay for money is just 2/10. Breakfast provided over the buffet doesn’t meet the normal expectations. There are many hotels in Kathmandu you can get better rooms and services in same price.

Breakfast was with small choises but enough and tasted good. Staff was really nice and helpful. Really lovely interior of the lobby and restaurant.

You can hear the traffic and airplanes in the room. In the bathroom some things were not correctly staying on the wall etc.

Excellent location if you need to be near the airport, you can walk there in under 10 mins, a cheap taxi ride away from the Thamel area or Boudenath Temple. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very simple. We had dinner there with mixed reviews.

Friendly staff and traditional feel. Super close to the airport, we arrived late at night and didn’t want to brave the short walk in the dark and rain so we organised an airport shuttle. I believe it cost us roughly 500NPR for two people.

Our window didn’t close properly and we had nesting pigeons outside the window which kept us awake.

Passable property, close to TIA. We left our backpack in the taxi after dropping off to the hotel. Hotel staff acted swiftly and walked with us to TIA to enquire about it. Luckily we found it so 5 star to staff assistance.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und komfortables Zimmer. Es war sauber und es war die beste Dusche, die wir während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten! Sehr aufmerksames Servicepersonal, es wurde uns immer recht schnell geholfen. Das Frühstück war lecker und es wurde auch immer wieder aufgefüllt. Wir waren absolut zufrieden!

Nachdem sauber gemacht wurde, hatten wir keine Handtücher mehr. Hier sollte man etwas mehr darauf achten, dass alles wieder da ist.

The stay offered good value for money, with courteous and helpful staff. The location was also convenient and easily accessible.

It took time for the water to heat up for showers. Basic amenities like an iron and ironing board were not available during the stay.

A hotel close to the airport with free pick up. Piping hot water, lift, and newish comfortable rooms with modern bathroom.Yummy food in restaurant downstairs - i especially liked the chicken lollipops.

We asked for a wake up call for earlier morning flight which h didn't happen. When we got downstairs to the foyer both attendants were asleep 😴

Really convenient hotel to the airport. You can literally walk there (we did). Comfortable, safe and clean. No issues whatsoever.

Sehr günstiger Übernachtungspreis. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Pick up vom Airport war super. Das Essen im Restaurant hat sehr gut geschmeckt!!

Die Möbel u.a. die Betten sind wirklich sehr alt und sollten erneuert werden. Im Bad hat es leider stark gestunken. Ob das von außen oder von Bad selbst kam war nicht festzustellen, aber es war sehr unangenehm.

The staff from the driver, the front desk, the restaurant, the security… the loveliest nicest people ever! My kids made friends with everyone and can’t wait to go back.
