Its a very bad experiance' one tissue paper was not there. I book with all facilities' washing' cooking' iron' hot water in toilet' microwave and others' but nothing was there it was just a room and they charge me for washing cloth and return my cloth without iron. Food not available' breakfast not there' if you order food most of resturant far from there and they will cancel your order. My booking was for 7 days' i left in 2 days and they didnt refund any thing. Very 👎

Since there were 7 of us moving around with 8 large bags, we chose this hotel solely based on the fact that a free shuttle was provided. When I inquired a few days before our stay, they assured us that a shuttle would definitely be sent. I contacted them again a few hours before arrival, and even when the plane landed, they said they would be waiting at the door. However, when we actually went out, there was no shuttle. They made the absurd offer to pay for the taxi fare if we took a taxi. When I complained upon arrival, they just laughed. Eventually, they said they would pay the taxi fare the next day, but that was a lie as well. I have traveled to dozens of countries, but I have rarely experienced such unfriendliness. The facilities are also below expectations. The bed isn't clean, I have to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs, three out of five electrical outlets are broken, and the soundproofing is poor. They clearly said the shuttle is free, but then I was told I have to pay for the drop-off... It is terrible. It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. If I were you, I would not choose this hotel.

Facilities are not up to the level of its price. Wifi is worse(doesnot work), no slipper for room, cleanliness is lacking. The price is high but the facilities low..

Comfort and location - Comfy beds, spacious room and shortest location to the TIA.

The bedsheets could have been cleaner. All the things are on par, best. However, need little attention to cleanliness.

The room and food is good

Staff behavior is not appropriate, specially the driver and lady in reception are not well responsive and always in some kind of hurry.

The location it great if you need a flight out of KTM.

The shuttle is usually fast and friendly. This time the driver was very grumpy and the second day we had to wait for 35 minutes because he had left the hotel to do an errand. Also, this hotel has a restaurant that will call your room to see if you want food. I have stayed here several times and did not want them to wake me, so I asked the night desk agent to please tell them not to call me. They still called and woke me up. You will not be able to sleep in at this place.

This is probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my entire life. The bed sheets were covered with oil and lip stick stains. The ancient sofa looked like it was about to disintegrate into a pile of dust. One of the windows wouldn’t latch shut, so the noise flooded into the room. Worst of all, the bathroom smelled worse than a decomposing corpse. It was probably due to the feces smeared in the shower drain.

식당이 맨 꼭대기에 있어서 스카이라운지에서 식사하는 고급진 느낌이었어요. 메뉴도 괜찮았어요. 이 숙소의 최대 장점은 가성비입니다.

1층 진입이 바로 안되고 계단을 올라가야 해요. 짐이 무거워서 조금 불편했어요.

Room was not good as I expected for the price I paid, room lights were dim and wasn’t working properly. TV was there all for nothing, couldn’t watch any channels.

Location

The bedsheets and blankets have an unpleasant odour, the bathroom floor is dangerously slippery, and there is a mouldy smell in the room. Additionally, the premises feel insecure, and the elevator floor along with other areas are very dirty. I kindly request urgent attention to these issues. Thank you.

The room was not good for the price the fridge was not working the staff was not friendly only thing going for it is the location other than that its not worth the stay breakfast is good but the repeat the same menu it’s better to stay in thamel for the same price

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel near the airport. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, we truly loved our stay and would happily come back again!

Firstly, climbing steps with Laguage. Inside room full of Hairs (probably previous night there was an international wrestling game between make & female). Dead Air condition- work in 2.5 minutes timer. TV no connection, bathroom....
