The pools outside and the grounds. These were relaxing.

No welcome drink on arrival, customer service was poor. The outdoor private pool in our suite did not have a view like advertised, the private pool overlooked a wall and shrubs. Ants in the room. Beds quite hard. 1 small bottle of water each day in the room, you would think for £1800 the water would be a large bottle. After a small bottle each they charge. Chef breakfast poor , poached toast and eggs was simply one egg, and bread which didn’t even look like a slice.

Le site, les bâtiments (un ancien monastère) parfaitement rénovés, les jardins et les piscines à débordement avec vue sur la mer et Polignano. Les équipes adorables et très professionnelles avec beaucoup de naturel.

This place is unbelievable - the setting is absolutely stunning, between the farmhouse, the pools, and surrounding vineyard and olive trees. The staff were absolutely amazing and did everything to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. We ate at the restaurant twice for dinner and the setting and food were superb.

Beautiful gardens and pool areas. The quality of the food in the restaurant was exceptional.

Excelente servicio, desde el check in, todo el personal muy amable y profesionales, enfocados a la satisfacción del cliente. El lugar es increíble, hermoso y muy elegante, las habitaciones amplias, bien iluminadas, buenas camas y almohadas de pluma a requerimiento. El baño con buena ducha. El desayuno excelente y muy bien atendido, nada es un problema. Cenamos en el hotel y la experiencia es excelente, muy bien atendidos por Rissana quien realmente hace un muy bien trabajo. Si bien hay que llegar en auto, la ubicación es excelente y muy recomendable. Definitivamente si vuelvo a la Puglia, este sera nuevamente mi hotel.

Rapport qualité prix décevant : à ce nouveau de prix, certains détails agacent. Pas de porte serviettes en suffisance dans la salle de bain, Clim difficile à régler, un yaourt périmé au petit dej sans excuse du personnel, petit dej correct mais pas exceptionnel

Localização, atendimento, conforto acima das espectativas. Equipe acolhedora e um visual incrível. Um vista maravilhosa dos vinhedos, cantinhos super aconchegantes e uma decoração de ótimo bom gosto.

Prachtige locatie, het zorgzame personeel, het ontbijt, de rust, je wordt hier volledig in de watten gelegd . Alles klopt hier

e' localizzato appena fuori Polignano a Mare in un luogo panoramico immerso nella campagna pugliese. Lo staff è davvero molto gentile. i dettagli, la cura, l'eleganza rendono il luogo molto charmatico.

consiglierei di soggiornare nelle camere al secondo piano o comunque rialzate.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, staff were lovely, venue was amazing and just felt like everything had been thought of. Pool was bliss.

Die Zimmer sind für die Preislage etwas klein für meinen Geschmack und es gibt nur einen Outdoor Gym. Die sogenannte Spa ist nicht wirklich vorhanden.

At early morning, the room would not get fully dark. I had to sleep with an airplane mask. The Gym could be improved with more equipment.

From the moment you arrive the staff make you feel so welcome and all stresses drop away. Absolutely beautiful buildings and setting. Food amazing too.

Honestly absolutely nothing we didn't like.

We had the most amazing time celebrating our honeymoon here. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our room was beautiful, the bed super comfortable, and the private pool came with the most breathtaking view. The entire property is tastefully decorated, and every detail felt thoughtful. Breakfasts were delicious, and dinners at the restaurant were excellent, the desserts especially were sooo tasty! Housekeeping was done discreetly while we were out for meals or at the pool, which made everything feel effortless. We loved the little touches: a bottle of wine on arrival, daily chocolates, complimentary focaccia at lunch... even the sun loungers by the pools were exceptionally comfortable. We honestly struggled to leave the Masseria during our four-day stay, we were enjoying it that much! A huge thank you to everyone for making our honeymoon so special. We truly hope to be back one day!

Beautiful location and wonderful facilities, 2 pools with sea views... and the staff were wonderful. Fragrant of lavender and rosemary on the breeze, exceptional restaurant, and a Donkey called Roberto in the grounds - what more can you ask for?

Amazing property beautifully restored from a 17th century farm. The views from the property and surrounding the property are breathtaking. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious! Staff was always very helpful.

Absolutely loved the property, the restaurant was superb for dinners & Breakfast. Peaceful rural location. Friendly staff, amazing grounds and landscape, distant sea views, everything brand new.

Pools were not heated, both personal and resort, not good as weather cooled. Charges to use sauna. Rooms and bathrooms small especially the suites.

We stayed 3 nights with another couple and were sad to leave. Breakfast was great. Pretty room. Great view! Loved the resident donkey, Roberto! Also ate twice in the beautiful dining room. Great food and service. 2 beautiful pools overlooking the Adriatic.

We had an amazing time - the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The setting is beautiful, overlooking trees and fields with the sea in the distance. The staff were all friendly, helpful and made us at feel at ease. We had some great conversations with staff, and the cocktails at the bar served were amazing. We were really sad to leave, and would definitely come back.

From the moment we arrived we knew this was a special place. It started with the welcome at reception and the tour of the property and our rooms. We were a group of 11 ranging in age from 23 - 60 and we all felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Our breakfasts were delicious as were the poolside meals and we enjoyed the most delicious dinners at Masseria Auraterrae. Attention to detail is everything - our daughter celebrated her birthday during our stay and received a special treat at breakfast! We loved our pre dinner drinks with Saverio, the breakfast boxes we were given for our early departure and the attention to detail at all times.

That we only stayed for a week - we wish we were there longer and we will be back!

This was the final 3 days of our 2 week southern Italy vacation. We wanted a place to use as home base to visit the towns within an easy hour drive. The problem occurred when we arrived and didn’t want to leave the property. It is hard to describe but equivalent to Castello Banfi in terms of service and attention to detail. The place is immaculate and breathtaking. The service is second to none and the views are out of this world. I wish I could describe it better but you have to see to believe. This was part of a trip where we had 5 star hotels in Capri, Amalfi and Lecce. All were incredible but this may have been my favourite. Spend 5 day please. Say hello to Roberto the donkey and take a bike ride please. The staff although new were incredible and genuinely happy to help in any way.

The room, hotel, and surroundings were incredible but what we will be talking about for years is the service. Not sure if I can say names on here but the very personable lady who checked us in (the one that had formerly worked at Disney) was so incredibly helpful, giving us a tour of the whole property upon our arrival which is quite large and giving us many recommendations for our few days in Puglia. The head of the bar program (the one who had previously worked in London) was so passionate about his craft, making very unique cocktail made almost exclusively with ingredients of Puglia or even the property. Some of the best cocktails we have had and great company too. This hotel is first rate and the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in, it doesn't get any better! We were quite sad to leave and say goodbye to the staff, thanks again for the great experience.

Masseria Auraterrae was one of the most exceptionally beautiful places I’ve ever been. From the moment I was greeted in the driveway by the manager Franco to the moment we left it was a dream. No detail was spared in the reimagination of the property - the incredible grounds and buildings, the room design and furnishings, the menu and food, the service. All of this and more made for an incredible experience. We can’t wait to come back next year.

This is such a stunning property. It was brand new when we visited, so we felt like we discovered a hidden gem and paid an amazing price for it! The entire property is impeccable. The restaurant is amazing for dinner and the complimentary breakfast is fantastic too. I would go back in a heartbeat!

This property was immaculate, the grounds were stunning and so well looked after. The Italian country charm was enchanting, from lavender gardens, winding stone paths and whitewashed buildings. The property features only 22 apartments and you barely cross paths with other guests. Set just out of town from Polignana a Mare which was in hindsight the best choice, Polignana a Mare was so busy with tourists event though it was October, staying outside of town was a relaxing escape from tourist hotspots .

We were travelling with our 5 year old and the options for him for dinner were very limited as it was fine dining restaurant on site. Breakfast on the other hand was amazing, fresh cooked croissants, omelettes and fresh squeezed juices. We would have dinner in town before returning to the property . Wine list is amazing also !!!

Beautifully recently renovated Masseria located in the middle of vineyards with an amazing view on the sea . It is a small ‘ boutique’ hotel with 22 rooms which it is never crowded at breakfast / dinner and at the pool . Probably the best part is the staff , they are very friendly , competent and proactive . The local food and wine are great . I was surprised by especially the red wine and the Brut d’Arapri .

An amazing hotel with super helpful staff attending to each and every of our needs. The ambient of the hotel is one of a kind. The views, the surrounding nature and the facilities provide an unforgettable experience.

The place, the surroundings, the food and the attitude from everyone were excellent. Great experience!

I believe the price is a little too high given the inconvenience of not being close to the city, beach and attractions

Beautiful new property, only just opened 3 weeks before we arrived. Staff was very friendly, but they have some kinks to work out, had issues with water not working in our room. Over time, I’m sure this will be a great place.
