Snídaně byly dostačující, ale stále stejné, sladké pečivo nebylo moc kvalitní, "prefabrikované" muffiny apod., dobré byly palačinky, jinak ostatní pečivo dobré, dostatek ovoce

Okolí hotelu se nám nelíbilo, nebylo kam se jít projít, personál na recepci nebyl příliš ochotný. Také nám vadilo, že hotelový autobus nejezdil večer mezi 19-23 hod., kdy bychom ho nejvíce využili. V baru měli 1 druh vína a to se jedná o vinařskou oblast.

Hotel buildings lovely setting very good,pool great .Loads of comfortable sun beds with shade access to beach great.Staff friendly very helpful with problems ie my safe wouldnt open and they came immediately to fix it. A bottle of sparkling wine and a covered plate of fruit left in the room.

Only one white wine on the wine list for the only restaurant we could go to the other resteraunt was fully booked or closed.The wine was Not very nice and in the bar we were only offered one different one again not a very nice wine, by the way we wher not on an all inclusive rate and where prepared to pay for a decent wine. This region is famous for its wines why not show case your produce. Dinner was buffet style which we don’t like and the tables were very close together and very near the food. Also the hot food was usually tepid.

Wunderschöne Anlage, nicht ein großer Hotelkomplex, sondern mehrere Riegel nur mit EG und 1. Stock, lauter separate Eingänge mit eigener Veranda. Eigener kleiner aber feiner Hotelstrand (Sand), Wasser felsig aber dafür mit glasklarem Wasser. Schöner Pool. Super leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr großer Auswahl. Toll ist der kostenlose Shuttleservice tagsüber nach Polignano, abends mit Reservierung.

Wenn man überhaupt meckern will, dann weil der Speisesaal im Untergeschoss eher kantinenartig ist. Das ist aber schon meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Dette var ikke verdt pengene. Vi fikk maur i sengen, de forsøkte å vaske rommet, men mauren kom tilbake. Fikk tilbudt et nytt (dårligere) rom, men det var også masse maur når vi fikk se det. Skittent bassengområde, og barna kuttet seg på føttene i bassenget. Rommet så ut som et slitt sykehusrom. Virkelig ikke verdt pengene. Lunsjen ble servert på papptallerken. Vin kom i slitne plastglass. Hadde det vært mulig å få tilbake pengene hadde vi byttet hotell første natten.

The location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The shuttle works well to get to the city and back to the hotel. The pool is very quiet and there are free sunbeds all the time. Enough food options for breakfast and dinner.

The room had some defects and damaged objects. In the bathroom when you flushed the water, the water continued to flow, so the basin never filled and you could constantly hear the sound of the basin filling. We are quite handy and managed to make it stop, but surely another guest would have reported this to the reception. Also, our room (501) was in front of the terrace and until 23:00-23:30 there was extremely loud music. You could say that we had music in our room. Also, it didn't bother us because we are young and without children and we go to bed quite late, but if there were elderly people or people with children staying, I think the noise would be an extremely big problem. Also, all kinds of sounds could be heard overnight: sprinklers watering the grass, crickets singing non-stop, cleaning ladies at 6-7 in the morning. We are not picky. We understand how things work in a hotel, but probably many would comment on this and maybe it would really be worth investing more in windows and doors that would better isolate sounds.

Ho apprezzato tutto della struttura. Servizi fantastici, ottimo personale, cucina eccezionale, ritornerò sicuramente.

האמת שהתמונות וההמלצות בבוקינג היו הרבה פחות מהמציאות. במתקן כמו אכסניה משודרגת ולא מעבר. לא אהבנו כלום

לא אהבנו כלום. הזמנו מבוקינג לארבעה לילות ובפועל החלטנו אחרי שני לילות לעזוב ולהפסיד רת הכסף. בוקינג תיאר חוויה אחרת לגמרי מהמציאות. לקחנו לשני הלילות חדר במלון Borgobianco Resort & Spa שלא דרך בוקינג והיה. מדהים.

Tetszett a tengerpart es a sok gyönyörű nővény és park.

A fürdőszoba nem megfelelően felszerelt es kialakított ahhoz képest, hogy ez egy 4 csillagos hely. A leporello ajtós tusoló nagyon meglepő es a wc ülőke is mindig leesett.

Jardins bien entretenus, personnel aimable, piscine propre et bien entretenue, bouteille + fruits en bienvenue.

Chambre vieillotte et qui sentait le tabac froid. Oreillers sales avec un mauvais odeur. Réception n’a pu les changer que le lendemain de notre arrivée.

Struttura molto ben posizionata per chi cerca quiete e relax, offre tanti servizi tra spiaggia privata - piscina - idromassaggio con vista (tutti a pochi passi tra loro), spa, servizio navetta gratuito per Polignano. Staff molto gentile, professionale e disponibile dalla reception, alla spiaggia/piscina fino al ristorante. Colazione/cena a buffet con tantissima scelta e di qualità. Struttura pulitissima e zone verdi ben curate, con la simpatica e particolare presenza di coniglietti che vagano liberi.

Piccola nota : bagno in camera un po' troppo piccolo (soprattutto box doccia) e probabilmente servirebbe una rinfrescata agli arredi, ma questo può tranquillamente essere questione soggettiva di gusti.

I lettini della spiaggia sn la maggior da cambiare, la gestione della spiaggia e della piscina , ho notato che tanta gente prendono posto e lo occupano per tutta la giornata.

Il direttore Francesco è una persona stupenda e molto competente che guida la struttura con devozione e passione. Camere pulitissime, cibo di altissima qualità e in abbondanza. Le ragazze dell'accoglienza sono competenti e gentilissime. Andrea ( gruppo Caserta)

Posizione strategica e mix di servizi per tutti i gusti all’interno dell’arco della giornata. Colazione con infinite offerte e Jenny commis di sala energica e sveglia, pranzo bar con abbastanza scelta per poter poi rifarsi il bagno, cena molto buona dal pugliese sopra all’aquarius, con Giuseppe commis di sala attento. Pulizia efficiente e servizio assistenza sempre presente. Una struttura che consiglio a chi deve stare almeno 3 giorni in Puglia per riuscire ad esplorare tutto e a provare l’eccellente spa delle brave mani di Porzia e Valentina. Se siete brave persone e sapete anche rispettare i luoghi e la convivenza, andrete via felicissimi; sarebbe da vietare ingresso a gruppi caciaroni e poco rispettosi del saper rispettare le sedie e sdraio da liberare e far rendere più rabbiosi i bagnini inermi a tali comportamenti.

Secondo me lo sforzo di far scegliere un ombrellone e riservarlo potrebbe essere una carineria, anche a un piccolo plus. Piscina occupata da cafoni che non si spostano mai anche non bagnandosi, il criterio della rotazione civile ahimè non funziona con gli italiani, quindi in ben 6 giorni non sono mai riuscito a trovare posto per provare la piscina e i bagnini presenti nulla fanno per disincentivare i cafoni che, non informandosi della spiaggia con mix sabbia e scogli evitano la spiaggia accalcando la piscina. In fase di conferma andrebbe fatto presente soprattutto a questi individui, di modo tale da eliminare i cafoni non idonei né alla spiaggia così composta e né a un comportamento civile per usufruire tutti anche della piscina.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days in August for a relaxing holiday. I list here pros and cons based on my experience. Pros: Great food at breakfast and lunch, fresh and tasty. The service in the main buffet restaurant is excellent. The beach is nice, with plenty of free sunbeds and easy access to the sea via the bridge over the rocks. The parking is big and close to the entrance. I liked the small buildings and lots of green areas in between. Also the bunnies were cute.

Cons: The only gym is outdoors, in the sun. The location is remote so you need to rely on the shuttle to the city if you don't have a car. The shuttle is not big and seemed to get full quick, but it does run throughout the day until 7pm. I unfortunately had a problem in my room. On the first night as I arrived I noticed a strong sewer smell from the toilet. I was too tired so didn't call service. In the morning it wasn't so bad so I thought it was a one off, until I noticed the same problem in the evening again. I called reception and they sent a service guy who came, checked the toilet, shrugged his shoulders and sent the cleaners, who did their job, but the problem was not solved. I called again and asked what they are going to do about the problem. They said I can move to another room tomorrow. So I went to the reception the next morning and they told me to pack and move to another room. I asked how they are going to compensate me for the inconvenience; they didn't know, and said they would need to call their manager and call me later to tell me. Didn't get a call, so went back in the evening and the other receptionist didn't know about my request and said she needed to ask the manager😅 I eventually got a free lunch, but no apology whatsoever for the inconvenience. If this was a truly a 4-star hotel, they would have proactively offered some small compensation. Because of a pretty annoying problem that they could have proactively tried to fix, and given the fact I had to ask for the compensation, twice, I can only give this hotel 3 stars.

Sehr schöne Anlage in super Lage direkt am Meer. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, ausreichend Liegen mit komfortablen Auflagen am Strand.

Anlage ist z.T. etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider ist das Gym nicht wirklich gut ausgestattet. Es gibt zwar Laufbänder und Crosstrainer, aber keine Geräte für Krafttraining.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig, die Speisen von guter Qualität, hervorzuheben waren der Barrista-Kaffee, die leckeren Eier-Speisen (Omlette, Pancake) und die Auswahl an frischen Früchten. Es hatte immer genug Liegestühle auf der Liegewiese, und die Bedienung an Pool und Strand durch die Kellner war sehr freundlich.

Sehr kleiner, nicht sonderlich einladender Privat-Strand mit grobkörnigem Sand. Der Esssaal war im Untergeschoss, ohne Aussicht. Das wirkte wenig einladend und unattraktiv.

Got there early and was told I would receive a call when room was ready. Of course 4.15pm no call so I went to reception and finally got keys with no apologies.

Tranquillità organizzazione buon cibo

Es ist wirklich ein grossartiges Resort mit einem „kleineren“ Pool, jedoch mit direktem Meerzugang. Zimmer sind sehr Gross und mit zwei Klimaanlage ausgestattet, für kühle Luft ist gesorgt. Im Garten gibt es viele grosse Hasen, dass war mal eine Abwechslung und hatte uns jeweils ein Lachen ins Gesicht gezaubert.

Der Luftabzug im Bad ist sehr laut und die Preise für Snacks am Pool/Meer (Burger, Sandwich, Pizza etc..) sind sehr teuer. Eine Kleine Dose Cocoa Cola, kostete 4 Euro. Das Abendessen am Buffet ist ein Fressgelage, keiner nimmt Rücksicht auf den andern und das Personal ist Komplet überfordert. Die Qualität des angebotenen ist ok, aber nicht mehr. Ich empfehle ausserhalb des Resorts zu Speisen, auch wen ein a la card Restaurant vorhanden ist.

Bra beliggenhet og nærhet til strand med gratis solsenger. Ikke så langt inn til Polignano a Mare. Pluss med shuttlebusser til/fra.

Hotellet kunne trengt en oppgradering, spesielt restaurant/lunsjservering. Alt blir servert i take-away, og serveringen virker uorganisert.

Really nice place, friendly staff, good food, close to touristic atractions. Big thanks to reception ladies for letting us stay few hours more as our flight is in the evening, also cleaning ladies are so cheerful and helpful that just make u feel like home. Will recomend to anyone :-)

A área do chuveiro é ridiculamente pequena, não cabe uma pessoa com o box fechado. O quarto é simples, mas atende ao ambiente. Os funcionários do restaurante são escandalosos e pouco simpáticos.

The hotel grounds are beautifully manicured and there are many places to relax by the sea, gardens or pool. The cleaners were lovely! Very friendly and the room was spotlessly clean.

The lunch and dinner options were very basic. Breakfast was great but in the evening the buffet was not good, and it wasn't worth 40 euros. We ate there twice then decided not to eat there again. Lunch options were also very basic. The shuttle bus into town was great however it didn't go in the middle of the day for a few hours and there were only 8 seats...so it would fill quickly. Taxi from the airport to the hotel was extortionate (110 euros) which isn't the hotel's fault but just so you know, this can add a big expense to your trip if you are unable to travel by train.

I liked the sunbeds on the beach. Also the sea is clear and warm. The breakfast buffet is generous and the food from the beach menu is tasty. Overall, it’s a good place for families with children.

The rooms are old and need a refurbishment. The parking lot is not paved, the surface is made of white rocks and pebbles, so the cars get really dirty. Also the staff is not friendly, seems like you always disturb them when you want something.

Las instalaciones son acordes a lo esperado. Lindo lugar, buena ubicación.

La playa es de arena, pero para entrar al agua hay que ingresar por una escalera. Es todo de piedras. El personal habla italiano, francés, iglesias y alemán. Ninguno habla español. Ninguno de los instructivos que entregan está en español…

molto è legato alle origini di villaggio vacanza... quindi tutto è gradito a chi cerca tale genere e non ha niente da essere migliorato ,,,la pulizia e gestione dei prati e giardini è eccezionale , purteoppo l'accesso al mare scomodo per anziani é così. Ma personale superlativo.

Grusomt personalet i resepsjonen som fikk oss til å føle at vi ikke var velkomne. Alt av sportsutstyr ødelagt eller ikke ihht bilder eller hva som var opplyst fra hotellets nettsider. Hotellet sier de tilbyr buss til og fra byen, men kjører ikke etter behov noe som betyr at vi sjeldent fikk plass hjem da det var førstemann til mølla.

It is close to major locations and it has beach.

The breakfast area was a chaos. The personel at the restaurant area were far from being professional . Nobody was smiling and / or helping.

Melhorar serviço de bar na área da praia, praticamente você tem que se deslocar até o bar da piscina para ser atendido. Ponto de coleta de toalha muito longe da piscina ou praia, você tem que se deslocar até a recepção para solicitar toalhas.

La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, con zona estar y zona dormitorio independientes. El baño completo y muy espacioso, aunque la cabina de ducha MUY pequeña no condice con el espacio disponible. El presente de bienvenida -frutas y cava- es un detalle diferencial.

El restaurante 'bufet' resulta de un precio desproporcionado para la mediocre calidad de las comidas disponibles.

Dommage que les jacuzzi extérieurs soient pleins de sable. Le prix du buffet à volonté est excessif.

El desayuno es muy bueno, y la comida en general. Las camas comodas.

No me gusto no tener opción a la carta a la noche (nunca pude reservar porque siempre estuvieron ocupados y un dia cerrado), ya que cerca del hotel no había nada y en los bares de snacks tampoco. El menu sin bebida del bufet 40 euros me parecio un monton. Los jardines no estaban mal, pero en otras oportunidades han estado mejor cuidados.

Le cote calme même si une partie de la toute gagnerait à être faite

Le restaurant self service au prix de 40€/ pers c’est abusé surtout que l’autre restaurant à été fermé 2 jours sur 3 pour cause de réception privé. Du coup nous sommes partis dîner en ville pour la moitié du prix!

I liked that the bar food was good. I had the club sandwich and fruit platter. The pool was nice but limited chairs and you had to be the first one there. The breakfast was good, fried eggs and crepes made to order, you just have to beat the crowd.

So the private beach is a little misleading. It's a rock beach and not a sand beach (which the photos showed). There is sand put in place near the beach chairs but then it's straight rock. Skip the spa, paid €75 to be lathered up in oil and have a lady use her forearm the entire time. The parking situation is not ideal either, you cannot pull up to the front desk or reception and drop your bags off and then park.

Ampi spazi, anche se le postazioni intorno alla piscina sono limitate. Postazioni spiaggia molto valide. Ottimo il servizio.spa.

Personale molto giovane e non sempre pronto a d intervenire nelle situazioni. Migliorabile a livello organizzativo.

Hotel en entorno de playa con las habitaciones a metros del mar. Acceso a baños desde muelle con escalera. Jardín muy agradable. Ubicación excelente para visitar Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Matera, etc Se destaca la cordialidad de Gaetano en los desayunos.

We only stayed one night, but were given a room upgrade and a bottle of fizz which was a nice surprise. Good location for the airport. Didn't have time to check out the spa as we were only there a short time.

It was strange that there was no toilet near the beach area and you had to go into the bar. The buffet dinner and breakfast times were very busy and not a relaxing experience. Also very little choice of main dishes for vegetarians - just pasta with tomato sauce and pizza.

Il faut le noter qu’il n’y a pas de plage! La petite plage artificielle faite pendant notre séjour est lamentable. Les ouvriers recouvrent de sable les déchets se trouvant sur les rochers en bordure de mer!! Jacuzzi extérieur très sale, l’eau douteuse, les bords jaunâtres, du sable qui reste au fond etc. Dommage

The property is big next to sea and has a good pool. i dont think its maintained well.

Breakfast below average. They want deposit and charge for changing towels. The service is not good. Its really not good value for money

Spent 3 nights at the resort at the start of our 2 week tour of Pulia. It is a lovely resort with it own private beach with plenty of space and lovely gardens. It also has an excellent swimming pool. We ate once in the a la carte restaurant taking the fixed price tasting menu which was very good value. They offer a free mini bus service to Polignano which we used and was convenient and has plenty of good restaurants. We took a tut tut back on one evening as we did not want to wait for the minibus, which was an interesting ride but only cost us 20 euros! Highly recommend.
