The food service was terrible. I ordered a burger and requested it well done, it was raw in the middle, I complained and they re cooked it with ketchup on it. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and the staff were not overly concerned, even though I needed to work

The ladies at the front desk are not only very friendly but also genuinely proactive in taking care of their guests. Their warm and attentive service made my stay exceptionally pleasant. I would highly recommend this place.

I chose noodle soup and tasty coffee at their restaurant. I enjoyed the food for lunch and dinner there; all the staff were very friendly to welcome us. Rass, the staffer who serves the food, is a good guy. Thanks for arranging very nice room for us.I highly recommend this hotel restaurant. I will be back here again.

The room has a very low ceiling and is stuffy. The lighting is dim. The bathroom is dated with a door that doesn't close and lock properly.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2025Excellent hotel for a two night stay in Poipet. Lovely welcoming staff and spacious, well equipped bedroom with very big bathroom and lovely hot shower. Just one minor criticism: the breakfast is very unexciting with very limited choice but the hotel itself offers excellent value for money; would certainly recommend it and would return.

Is so helpful with transportation, And directions to Anywhere I needed to go, Eager to help provide taxi or Set up travel for bus, Breakfast was provided with room. Exceptional staff in the restaurant and coffee lounge. Always had the smile whether it was Dining in or room service. Rooftop sitting area. With fitness center.. The personal service. This was more than what you paid for. Highly Recommend it I will return again, In my opinion it was better than the casino Hotels. Could not ask for a better location, From the market. To the thailand border The walk ability to local shops And local food market Serve some of the best cambodian foods at great prices.. Is highly recommended to all. Respectfully Submitted. Ron Oliver

The Hotel is about 1,5 km from the border, the entrance looks nice but the communication was difficult. The Person who worked there calld for help, and she brought us to the room. As we open the door it was really bad smelling. I took a shower and i found out the water did not run down, because the drain was full of hairs. So we called the frontdesk and ask for another room. They gave us the room 202 and it looks better, but it took hours to cool the room down. I have checkt the aircon and found a sticker of the production date of the aircon and it was brand new. I think the aircon was set so that it only runs at half power. It was cold enough if you stay on the bed, because the wind just blow there. Bathroom: The person who did the grouting work didn't have his best day, there was mold in the corners, and the rest of the room wasn't very clean and modern. Towels were clean and soft. They offered bath slipper but they were used by other guests before. The whole hotel is poorly soundproof, we could hear doors banging, the housekeeping working, and the guests at the rooftop singing karaoke at night, and the building workers next to. Breakfast Standard not much choise, stuff could not understand english. It was hot on the rooftop there was a airconroom but it was switched off. I wont go there a second time and i dont understand how other guest give 10.

The very first room still have some bad smell due to new decorations. The sofa has a lot of ants, I was bitten two times 🫠 And the cleaning staff saw I changed the status of my room from no disturb to clean. They pretend not saw it, and when got back the room, nothing happened in my room. They still need more training. The WiFi was so poor, I can’t connect to it most of time.

They charge for water in the room???? First time in my life have I been charged for water in a hotel at $1.00 USA. Breakfast was very bad, butter was heat affected, breakfast was served cold apart from the orange juice that was hot! I ordered English fish and chips for supper and got a plate of burnt chips with no fish??? Ask about my fish, they said sorry we don’t have any fish??? Unfortunately a very bad experience.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2024Very short drive from Cambodia-Thailand border, New opening Boutique Hotel in town with friendly staff and helpful with great location. The bedroom is very large and comfortable with good air condition, my room weather is great. They serve a la carte breakfast, you can choice Asian either Western cuisines. Please do not forget to try and relax at their sky bar to enjoy the view of Poipet town, thanks to the staff who made my family trip full of fun and joyful.
