The large room was good value for money and in a central location.

There were multiple things wrong in the room, the safe. The TV and needing to ask for housekeeping. The pool was too warm and had dangerous sharp exposed tiles. The bed was like a brick. Staff need hospitality training.

Das Mera Residence Hotel war für uns wirklich der absolute Traum! Die Zimmer sind schön, genauso wie der Pool. Was den Aufenthalt für uns aber unvergesslich gemacht hat, war das Personal. So nette und warme Menschen haben wir selten erlebt und gesehen. Menschen mit so einem unglaublich großen Herzen und viel Liebe. Unser Dank geht vor allem an Sophak, Chi & Chea. Wir werden euch niemals vergessen. Ihr habt unseren Aufenthalt einmalig gemacht. ❤️ Aber auch das gesamte Hotelpersonal war immer sehr nett zu uns, hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und war steht’s zuvorkommend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freuen uns schon darauf, euch alle wiederzusehen. Vielen lieben Dank für diese tolle Zeit. ❤️

Stedet er slitt og bærer preg av lite vedlikehold på rommene. Hadde renholdet vært en bedre standard kunne noe være reddet. Holder lav vestlig standard. Tror det er lenge siden de fysisk vasket gulv, speil, badekar og dusjdør mm.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.Good place for the bus station but town centre was 20min walk for decent restaurants and shops,tuk tuk only 2 dollars though.Overall I was happy with my stay and would recommend.

Mattress on bed was very uncomfortable,but a lot of Asia like that.

Everything was perfect

We loved our stay. A very clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff (who booked our Angkor Wat tour for us and took our bags to our room), great location (just a short tuk tuk to Pub Street), great swimming pool and chill out area and around the corner from the Giant Ibis bus station too. We’d definitely stay again.

Le personnel est très aimable et serviable (service de laundry, location de scooter...) et la piscine est agréable.

L'hôtel n'est pas entretenu par les propriétaires : trous des anciennes décorations visibles dans les murs de la chambre, latte de parquet cassée au sol, climatisation ancienne faisant beaucoup de bruit. Pas de peignoir pour la piscine. Le personnel n'ayant pas suffisamment d'argent en liquide (billets) à disposition, c'est à vous de faire l'appoint lorsque vous régler la note finale.

The rooms were massive, the bed was comfy. There was plenty of hot water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was good

The hotel was about half an hour walk to the centre. ( River, market, pub street etc) But only a short cheap tuktuk ride away.

Great location, quiet and easily accessible for grab/ tuktuk. Pool was lovely and staff kept everything as clean as possible

We were on the third floor and there was no lift :( There is some building work happening around the property so there is quite a lot of dust/ dirt at the moment . The staff are doing there best to keep this at bay

The room, the bed, the especially staff are all fabulous. Fantastic value.

On a dusty street far from the action, you need transport.

The AC could have a quiet mode. But at night its not too hot without.

The room was clean and the staff asked us how they could improve. Service was good. I would stay there again.

One of the very few hotels, where you can air your room by opening the windows and the door od your room. So I always had fresh air inside without having used the ventilator or AirCon, because I opened everything through the morning hours. Nice atmosphere with the pool and the palm trees, lovely rooms with a comfortable interior. Incredibly stuff, helpful in every aspect. Also beautiful: the rooftop from where you can watch the sunrise or sunset, if you have missed your Grab to Angkor.

The only aspect I would consider as underdeveloped was the breakfast. Instant noodles instead of fresh noodles and cheap sauces. I am sure they will work on it.

Airy and clean rooms with lovely staff - we went in low season (August) and had the beautiful pool to ourselves. It’s 2 minutes walk from giant ibis where we caught the night bus. Perfect.

Beautiful and well designed facilities. Rooms are comfortable and the best bed so far!! Nice balcony and pool area. The staff (the manager) helped us with the e-bikes which were the best solution for us to discover Angkor Wat as the location was on the way there.

Nearby is a party place and there was loud music every night which disturbed our sleep. Breakfast was mediocre and the rest of the staff (except the manager) spoke very poor English.

The sunbed at the pool was very hard. They need madras’s. The bar had very little to choose of liquor and spirits, and it closed a little too early 🥹The terrace at the room was quite dirty.

Liked everything, large room, great bed, wifi great, had a lovely long bath. Actually had a great sofa that was firm not old and sunken. Staff great and we were picked up from the bus station for free. Would definately go back there. It was an overnight stay so cannot comment on breakfast.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Staff is very professional. The property didn't disappoint. Everything was like pictured and described on the site.

Breakfast is a bit overpriced imo. And the American Breakfast had only the 2 ends of a sausage, not the middle part. Felt like a scam.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms are huge. Very affordable. Friendly staff.

A bit off the beaten path.

The staff were so kind and helpful with any question or request and responded immediately. They helped us rent a scooter and they arranged for our laundry to get washed for extremely affordable prices. The swimming pool in the courtyard is large and beautiful.

Not many people. Nice breakfast.

1. It's not much clean. I booked two rooms. (One is king sweat room and the other is Deluxe Twin room). But when I checked in, Deluxe Twin room was not cleaned( washroom and even bedsheets looked like used..) so we needed to change the room. 2. It was very hot. When we had breakfast... always we were sweated..cuz they were not opening AC. (Only when I requested the staffs to open AC...then ACs are working. Even so hot) 3. No lift. 4. Near the hotel, there is "sports pub?" . Every night, big sounds of music. So noisy.

Great hotel in a location that is very handy for the bus terminal and an easy walk to the centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful and very welcoming. The only downside is that there is a local bar nearby which plays loud music until late. Ear plugs did the trick for me.

Nice, spacious room on the second floor in excellent condition. Nice big balcony, aircon and ceiling fan. Large bathroom and shower with great pressure and good hot water, a bath also available. Grounds were well kept and clean, nice pool with sun beds available. Staff are very attentive, friendly and especially helpful assisting us with booking tours, tuk tuks and taxis when required. We had breakfast 2 mornings and it was pleasant.

My room was poolside. It was spacious and clean, and the large bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean, and the shower had good pressure. Good breakfast. The wifi was strong and secure. The AC worked very well, which was very much appreciated. The hotel staff were super making this a very nice hotel. Recommended.
