La posizione. Comodissima per raggiungere a piedi diverse zone del centro e vicinissima alla metro.

Me gusto mucho su fachada, detalles de siempre agua y el balcon hermoso con la vista hacia la calle

The night time staff not good

The hotel is very sweet and cosy. The location in the city center is perfect - 10 minutes walk from Gran Via, close to metro lines 1 and 2, 15 minutes walk to the Cathedral and Madrid Palace. The staff are very polite, helpful and welcoming. The room had been cleaned every day and the towels were replaced. There is a free luggage storage which was very useful with our night flight. Very good price for the location and quality, compared to other hotels.

The location is good. Room big enough for one person.

The cleaning could have been better, and maybe not put the decorative pillows on the sleeping pillows, as they made the sleeping pillows dirty. The door could not be locked from inside the room. Just for a reference for light sleepers, the windows are not sound proof, you can hear every noise from the street.

Located about 40 mins from airport, and 30 mins walking from palace, retiro park and the high street. The location is quiet, quaint and surrounded by colourful, quaint, small villas and flats. The terrace offers lovely views. Room dining is available and there's a good selection. The rooms are clean, air conditioned, and spacious. Staff are usually helpful (specially if you speak spanish).

The check-in was a bit tedious. We had a last minute rushed email asking for passenger information, id scans and Madrid tourist tax payment. We submitted everything but on arrival, we had to go through the whole process again. Also, the toilet/bathroom door did not close due to a lock issue. But these were minor issues in what was a memorable stay.

Great hotel in a very central location! Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the hotel smelled amazing. The access to the lockers was also very convenient. Overall, a lovely stay and definitely recommend!

Cuando llegamos, que era la madrugada del sabado para el domingo, tuvimos la grandisima suerte de encontrar un aparcamiento a 200 metros del hotel en un hueco que quedaba de carga y descarga. Nos dirigimos a hacer el checkin y el chico de la recepción nos convenció de que teníamos que sacar el coche porque solo podían aparcar ahí los residentes en Madrid, que lo mejor era que lo dejáramos en el parking que tenian ellos asociado y nos hacían un descuento por ser clientes del hotel. Lo sacamos por el miedo que nos metió y al dia siguiente, comentándolo con un agente de Madrid nos dijo que no era así que podíamos haber dejado el coche allí perfectamente, que suponía que nos los habrían dicho por la comisión que se llevarán por enviar clientes al parking. Desde luego esto nos pareció pésimo por parte del hotel.

Boa localização, próximo ao Metrô Tirso de Molina (Linha1). Fica a pouco menos de 1km das grandes atrações da cidade

Localização excelente, quarto exatamente igual ao prometido. Apesar da localização em zona movimentada, não se ouve nada da rua nem dos outros quartos. De destacar a simpatia dos funcionários, a cortesia de chá e café, chuveiro ótimo, camas muito confortáveis, internet rápida e um ferro portátil no quarto. Além disso, tem cacifos gratuitos para guardar malas depois do check-out! Um detalhe que faz toda a diferença e ajuda muito na hora de organizar o dia da partida.

This was my 5th or 6th stay at Bypillow. Always clean, and well kept.

I asked for a thick blanket, usually the staff usually get one for me. But during this visit they did not and told me to just lower the AC tempreture. I was already aware that was an option, but my preference is to sleep with a thick blanket with the AC on. It was odd a simple request could not be fulfilled.

Hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Très proche du centre de Madrid.

La première nuit nous étions au rez-de-chaussée, la chambre était très bruyante. Nous avons demandé le lendemain pour changer de chambre, le personnel a été très réactif par rapport à cela.

The room spray (perfume) at the entrance is so extremely strong .. i couldnt sit on the couch. Also the shampoo and body lotion are not smelling good in my opinion (my partner liked it). I also don’t think it is the original content of the packaging, because the packaging mentions orange blossom.

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay here. We wanted just an easy and quick stay at the center and we got way more. We got upgraded to a superior room with a terrace. The room had a lovely terrace and an amazing bathroom with bath tube and shower. Loved the location just minutes away from metro station and also our favorite bars and restaurants at Lavapies and Tirso de Molina areas . Clean and cozy space and polite staff.

The only thing really was the tiny mini bar that we couldn’t even but 2 big bottles of water especially with this heat.

Lage war angenehm Zentral, Frühstück haben wir extern zu uns genommen, genügend Varianten dazu sind möglich.

Proximity to the center

This was supposed to be a family hotel however during the night of August 16th guests in room 108 beside ours I.e. 110, they making very inappropriate noises. The rooms are not sound proof therefore my kids who were sleeping on those 2 single beds could hear all the inappropriate noises. Room 108 bed was making so much noise which was consistently making s knocking sound, that we were awakened more than 3 times in the night at 2.30am and then I had to call reception to inquire what is happening. The receptionist seemed like aware about what is happening and said he will check who is making that sound and ask the room occupants to be quiet. After that we didn't hear any noise. We had a train to catch at 8am ans could only sleep for 3 hours. In the morning when I spoke to the receptionist she stated that she sees a note and the duty manager mentioned he checked didn't find anything, which sounds weird as we didn't hear ajy noise after that. This has been a very unpleasant experience for me and my family unfortunately I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone especially families.

Deuxième séjour cette année. J'ai réservé une chambre avec lit double, à l'arrivée à l'hotel on m'a annoncé que j'ai été surclassé pour le même prix (chambre supérieure avec terrasse). Le prix, la déco, la propreté, la disposition de la salle de bain... tout est agréable et/ou fonctionnel.

Même si cette fois-ci le prix était raisonnable, j'ai essayé de réserver pour octobre mais l'hôtel et la qualité de ses prestations semblent être victimes de leur succès, les demandes de réservations augmentent et le prix aussi. C'est dommage.

Con l'aggiunta del letto singolo (avevamo richiesto una camera tripla), lo spazio risultava leggermente limitato.

The room was very clean and the hotel is close to the metro.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable - the mattress was not firm it dipped when you lay down on it

La habitación muy linda, moderna, con las amenidades necesarias, los balcones de la habitación muy agradables, las instalaciones muy limpias y muy bien ubicado. Volvería a quedarme allí sin duda!

Se escucha un poco de ruido de otras habitaciones y del exterior del edificio. Estaba en piso 2. Nada grave que no se pueda manejar.

Ήταν πολύ καθαρό και το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό! Το σημείο που βρίσκεται είναι εξαιρετικό, πολύ κοντά σε μετρό, σε στάση λεωφορείου αλλά και στο κέντρο. Πάρα πολύ καλή επιλογή. Ακριβώς απέναντι έχει φούρνο με καφέ και πολλά σούπερ μάρκετ τριγύρω. Επίσης με εξυπηρέτησαν πολύ γρήγορα σε ένα λάθος που έκανα στις ημερομηνίες! Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω αν ξαναπάω Μαδρίτη! ☺️

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε φανταστική τοποθεσία, με πολλά καφέ, εστιατόρια, σούπερ μάρκετ τριγύρω. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν άνετο, πεντακάθαρο και όμορφο! Το προσωπικό διαθέσιμο και ευγενικό. Μας άρεσε επίσης που είχε lockers για τις βαλίτσες μας σε ξεχωριστό μέρος!

La ubicación.

Estuve en dos habitaciones. La primera era una habitación pequeña, con una ventana que da a un patio interior. Muy oscura. Incómoda. Solo está para dormir. Pude cambiar s otra con ventanas a la calle y en una planta superior por el mismo precio y la experiencia fue totalmente diferente. Es importante saber qué habitación estás reservando antes.

Only two minor issues were the shower door didn’t fully close so some water would leak outside. Small easy fix though. And it’d be nice to have pillows of different densities or heights. We had to improvise with some clothes to make our own lower “pillow” :/

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr hellhörig!!! Unsere Zimmer gingen zur Straße raus und oh wow.... Haben die Nachbarn viel zu erzählen.... von Streit, zu Tränen, einer Partycrew oder bloßen Unterhaltungen war alles dabei .... Autos hört man aber weniger - dennoch waren es für mich sehr anstrengende Nächte - ihr brauchst definitiv Ohrstöpsel oder ähnliches

I appreciated the design, the kettle in the room, the lockers where guests could store luggagge, and the fact that that the bathroom has natural lightning and ventilation.

The double room was smaller than I expected, a bit too narrow even for a single use. Furthermore, even if the hotel is located on a narrow street, the level of noise was quite high in the morning.

The staff member were so helpful and kind. I loved the location. Everything was walking distance

Overall our stay in the ByPillow Crosstown was very satisfactory. We requested two rooms next to each other and in a quiet part of the hotel which they accommodated for us, which was much appreciated. We didn't hear any noise out on the street as the windows are excellent and kept the noise out. Over the hotel has everything you need for a city centre hotel, aircon was excellent and much needed in 40 degree July heat. We didn't request the breakfast but went to a coffee shop literally on the corner of the hotel which was perfect. The location was ideal and a two minute was to the Metro station and easily walkable to get anywhere in central Madrid.
