Hotel Cortezo

Great location—everything is within walking distance.

Good location, comfy beds, good breakfast

Not a lot of auditory privacy, not much space on bathroom vanity, front desk staff average, room door very sticky and hard to close

Location, lobby

Bathroom was too cramped rooms were very small

Ideale locatie in centrum madrid.

Dat het wat verouderd is.

The hotel was a perfect location to see the city.

Location, breakfast and clean

Że śniadań nie korzystałam . Lokalizacja znakomita

Dystrybutor z wodą przydałby się

Great location and access to restaurants, shops, entertainment. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The room just had one pillow per person and they were really uncomfortable.

Breakfast was average.

Homeless encampment in front of the hotel. Noise at all hours of the night.

The location was very walkable and the room was comfortable. Nicely appointed bathroom with a rain shower head. Had a good breakfast selection.

Because of road construction it was difficult to get Taxi in front of the hotel.

Zeer centrale ligging Voldoende ruime kamer Lekker ontbijt

Construction made outdoor access -- not the fault of the hotel, but awkward for dropoff and pickup.

Friendly staff

Overall it was good location

The room lock had some problems and I had to wait for an hour for it, and the staff did not change the room. When booking, I selected a double bed, but they gave me two single beds.

Localização do hotel e a simpatia dos funcionários.

Pequeno almoço muito básico. A insonorizacao dos quartos é péssima.

Perfect room temperature! The best I have ever seen.

Coffee could have been better.

Location

The pictures are miss leading. The rooms are dated and dirty. Wall paper pealing off the walls. Walls paper thin. Everything smelt like damp. Towels smelt like chemicals

Lokalizacja

The room was not satisfactory. It was the space of a closet I complained to the manager saying I paid for the one in the photo not the closet They changed our room and offered us two days of continental breakfast

No meals available except breakfast that was very good Staff was not informed enough about places to visit, eat info about transportation

The location.

Noisy, due to lack of soundproofing with other rooms and corridor. The breakfast was very poor. No natural light, almost all rooms have window to an interior courtyard which is nothing more than a light well.

bruit mal chambre isolé

Clean, comfortable and they provide a fantastic breakfast which was such an enjoyable start to the day! Staff were friendly and helpful. The beds had nice linen and the room was exceptionally quiet at night even though you are in the heart of Madrid.

Could do with new pillows. There is a small fridge in the room but not enough room to store anything more than a few drinks.

Simpaty of staff, location, good breakfast, cleanliness.

We selected specifically on booking reservation a double bed for couple and was not given, even with a good time between reservation and arrival. When asked to change didn’t get any feedback. Hot Water was unstable turning from cold to hot very fast.

Great location as far as central . Friendly staff and helpful .

Maybe a bit dated might just have been my room .

Me encanto

Ninguna observación

Posizione incredibile. Struttura molto carina e pulita con tutti i confort in stanza.

Stanza piccolina e zero insonorizzata.

Nada. Repetiría.

The location was fantastic - it was so easy to walk to everything central from this hotel! Our room was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious.

The location was perfect

Good location

Towels smelt like sick - really off putting. Had no window in the bedroom which should have been explained. Constant darkness and the outside was covered in litter and a lot of drug users. Lovely staff though and good location

Sehr gutes Frühstück, zuvorkommendes Personal, gutes Bad. Renovierungszustand okay.

Sehr hellhöriges Gebäude

Banheiro é grande e a ducha excelente.

Location was the best, you could walk and see everything , close to metro also and breakfast was very good, there was more you can expect

the room was too small but we did not stay too long there, and also tv programs only in Spanish

The location was very central and convenient to all the major sites we wanted to see. Plus the staff was very helpful and willing to answer all our questions.

Schone kamers, goede bedden, heerlijke douche, goed en uitgebreid ontbijt en perfecte locatie

Tudo perfeito.

Su ubicacion es inmejorable.Por eso repetimos.

Mas cara que en enero.

Muhteşem konumu, otel personelinin yardımseverliği ve güleryüzü, güzel çalışan klima, hijyen, check out sonrası valizi otelde bırakma olanağı

I have a great stay.

Excellent location and accomodating staff.

staff cordiale e disponibile. hotel in zona centrale e disponibilità del parcheggio.

Location

No TV

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the beginning of our stay until the end. Fantastic location. A very short walk from Plaza Mayor.

.

The central location is definitely the best part of this hotel, making it super easy to reach all the main attractions. The room is decent, the bed is comfortable, and housekeeping cleans every day. Breakfast is also pretty good.

The Wi-Fi in the room barely works, it gets really noisy with the window open, and the walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything from next door.

Molto bella, stanze comode e confortevoli, ottima colazione e personale gentilissimo
