​I had mixed feelings about my stay. Staff members like Garvin from the bell team were wonderful, and Tiffany from entertainment was an absolute vibe! On the downside, my room smelled like stale laundry when I checked in on the first day and had not been cleaned properly.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Everything was exquisite. All the fixtures, furniture, lights etc were obviously carefully chosen and beautiful. The gardens and the beach were also very well maintained. The platinum restaurant was very beautiful and accessible to us with AMAZING food. We particularly loved the breakfast offerings. We received a platinum upgrade for our honeymoon and it was very greatly appreciated. We had the best time.

Excellent amenities and staff. The property was beautiful and created such a luxurious ambiance. It was definitely something to look forward to and my expectations were met. An awesome experience.

The property is quite large, so getting to and from amenities sometimes felt cumbersome.

There wasn’t any beach activities and that can bring a lot more fun and entertainment on property. Especially a bonfire or beach party

The establishment was truly splendid, and the team displayed exceptional professionalism.

I found the dress code policy for the food court to be quite stringent. It appears that only platinum guests are able to access top-shelf liquor. I am puzzled as to why purchasing lobster is necessary at an all-inclusive establishment.

The drinks the juice was not good I don’t drink soda so .room service I had to call so many times and had the nerve to charge me for it.

Rooftop pool was great, the food was good everything was on point I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great vacation spot in Jamaica.

The property was serene and visually stunning, with a relaxing adults-only atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the breakfast float experience and the spa — both were thoughtfully done and made the stay feel indulgent. The staff were courteous and professional, especially Dacia from Guest Services and the setting was ideal for a quiet retreat.

There was no physical comprehensive property map provided, which would have made navigating the resort easier.

Property by far was the most beautiful, clean, stunning and breathtaking at every step you took. Amazing decor and restaurants were something out of this world. Although everything was perfect and jaw dropping, the staff was by far the best. My favorites were Dacia from Guest Services, Sasha-Gaye from the Buffet, Myles from the Entertainment crew and Craig from the front desk. I have traveled the world and this resort has excelled my expectations by far.

I had an amazing experience here . I love the ambiance the staff was friendly and courteous. I also appreciate the fact that there was a lot of lounge area...I love the food selection.... entertainment was great..

Incredible First-Time Stay — Highly Recommend! I was told this resort is relatively new, and it does have that fresh, modern feel. I booked it to celebrate a birthday and had a few special requests I wanted to lock in ahead of time — and the entire staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Everyone I encountered was respectful, friendly, and eager to help. Through phone calls and text communication, they helped arrange several thoughtful experiences in advance: a beautifully decorated room upon arrival, a romantic dinner on the beach with the sound of the waves (plus complimentary champagne!), a relaxing spa day, and a private beach cabana. Though it was my first time coordinating something like this internationally, Jason from Princess Senses made it all easy. He followed up as my trip approached, checked in once I landed in Jamaica, and made sure I was taken care of throughout my stay. The food — especially dinner and the hibachi spot — was definitely a highlight. Everything we tried was flavorful, fresh, and exceeded expectations. Honestly, I didn’t even get to explore everything — the resort is massive! Between the restaurants, coffee spots, clubs, and multiple pools, I’d probably need at least 10 days to take it all in. Princess Senses has definitely earned a top spot on my list of places to stay in Jamaica. I’m still riding the high from the experience.

Would’ve been nice if we could’ve signed into streaming services such as Netflix or HBO max since live TV was rubbish No travel sized toothpaste in the room

Our stay at Princess Senses was amazing! Things started off rocky but the staff took care of us! There's a little bit of everything to do. Food is great. Entertainment is on point, Views are to die for! Spa service is great. Big shout out to Clive at the front desk, Andrew the bellman supervisor, waiting staff and guest services. They went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had a great stay. For sure we'll be returning soon, probably with our kiddos to the grand side. Highly recommend! Oh, and book platinum, you won't regret it 😏

My husband and I were celebrating our 19th anniversary at Princess Senses Mangrove and it did not disappoint. The beach, the room, the property, the food, the drinks.....Excellent!! What was even better than all of this was the amazing staff. From start to finish, the staff truly makes this place. Everyone was so nice and friendly and extremely helpful. Just to name a few...Craig at the front desk during check in, Andrew who greeted us when we first arrived, Sherricka and Neresha at the Food Market was amazing. Both professional and always very friendly. Rayjay serving up delicious drinks.. Allll the shuttle drivers!... all the way to the operators on the phone. Loved it. Had the pleasure of speaking to Enrico the Managing Director who took the time to stop and talk with us so warmly. We ourselves own and run a vacation rental and highly value good customer service, a clean comfortable space and creating a wonderful memory. We appreciate when we can go on vacation and experience what we provide and it exceeds our expectations. Everything at Princess Senses Mangrove was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel. Whether its just for a few days or for a week like us, it will be worth it.

Princess Senses is a beautiful property. Opened for less than a year, it still has that "brand new" feel. Resort is split between an adult-only and a family area. Platinum upgrade is very much worth it. Butler service was fantastic. Housekeeping did a good job, but was a little bit unpredictable on their timing each day.

The urinals needs to change or regularly clean, they gave off a stench after awhile even the ladies rest rooms at the swim up bar & male near to the water park.

Property is clean and staff very helpful and friendly but there was no daytime activities on the senses side of the property

It was such a nice experience! It was very clean, and renovated. The food could be better but everything else was great. Be sure to use your discount for the spa because i forgot to present it from expedia and i paid full price. Also be sure to book your shuttle with the resort before you arrive because we didnt and had to pay extra for a regular taxi service to bring us an hour to the resort! The service was spectacular, the room was huge and the shows were entertaining. I would definitely recommend this resort!

Princess owes me absolutely nothing! Beautiful property and beautiful people who took amazing care of me and my bestie for her birthday. Food was amazing, plenty of activities, dry or wet haha. A million thanks to the staff

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for this resort. I had an AMAZON experience from the food, entertainment, amenities, and service. The rooms are gorgeous and the pictures don’t do it no service. I will be returning to Jamaica just to go to this resort again.
