Hotel was lovely, Food excellent, entertainment very good. Had a lovely holiday.

The curtain separator between the bedroom and bathroom is not appropriate for all rooms. Suitable for couples but not families. There could be more organised entertainment for teenagers. This was lacking, particularly in the evenings.

I can't wait to go back.. everything and every one was amazing.. the stuff at the front desk and servers was so welcoming and friendly... best hotel experience I've had. And did I mention was lucky enough to geupgrade.

I didn't like the roads leading to hotel. And I know it's not the hotel fault but I was surprised. Also I think they should charger a little less for kids.

The resort was beautiful and clean. The employees were engaging and pleasant. The food was good. The availability of comfortable lounge chairs around the compound made the experience very relaxing. The gym was top-notch!!!! I would definitely visit again.

I really liked the decor and style of the suites. The dining was excellent! The choices were superb and the staff were wonderful! They were friendly, respectful, entertaining, and thoughtful.

The distance from the airport was not ideal but the vip drivers were excellent.

My stay was exceptional, love the food and everything was 10 out of 10. Christopher and junior at the Italian restaurant make my stay even better ,their. Customer service was excellent 👌 👍

I liked my swim out pool, that was good. The bell man services were also good. My family and I loved Sunday night's entertainment "Broadway"

My room wasn't the basic room and I ordered room service and was charged US$15 for the service. Secondly, the wait for check in was extremely long. Took the front desk person more than 40 mins to come and get me from the waiting area. Saturday night I went to the Jam Rock restaurant and the wait was extremely long to get seated and the wait for the food was even longer. When the food came the portion was very small. People were still dining and even before I got my meal one of the workers started packing up the salads, pasta, soups etc which were in the buffet area. My husband asked why she said, "its my time now". I found that very rude. Saturday night all white party was not a party but rather poolside entertainment. Lots of banter between the emcee and guests about how to speak Jamaican. A party with no music, no dancing just talking is not a party. FInally, the waitress who served us Saturday morning and Sunday morning was really grumpy, not sure if she was having a bad weekend! They need to work on entertainment!

I love the food ,ambiance and customer service.

The fact they state there's 8 restaurants n it was actually 4 on the grand side cause we don't have access to the rest and less u pay 50usd yet u still have to pay a next fee for lobster . It should of be either

I didn't like that my request to shorten my stay was ignored and I had to pay for two days I didn't use for two suites despite the fact I gave you prior notice of my change in dates. This is a complete disregard for customer's situations.

The food was great in fact it was exceptional and they had a wide variety.

I liked the start, and the location.

The TV network signal was down for most of one of the days I spent there, with no explanation or apology. Adults only issued with room key. Kids Club encouragesp prents to join kids, instead of allowing parents this time to detach for a few hours. After first day, mini fridge not fully restocked to original Limited choice of bed option.

No robe or slippers in the room need more to the mini bar

I liked the cleanliness of of my room and the resort on a whole. The atmosphere was breathtaking.

It took a while for the front desk to find my reservation.

The property is big and beautiful. I still haven’t toured the entire property and it’s my second time there.

I had to be calling too much just to get towels and rags in my room.

The staff wasn’t as friendly, hotel staff stole my shoes they were in lost and found after being left at the hotel desk check in and they said they would bring them to be but never did. If you stay in the OClub you will have to walk extremely far to everything. Don’t get sick here they will say they have a nurse but a nurse will never come, they will tell you it’s a $365 fee to be seen. No gift shops on site

The grounds are beautiful

The food trucks only had nachos hamburgers and hot dogs everyday no jerk chicken chicken nuggets and other items that were listed on the menu

Beautiful property, Amazing customer service from the staff. It never feels crowded. Many activities. The nightly entertainment was really good.

Power went on day 1 and the AC didn't work the entire stay. I was uncomfortable for whole stay. Management was aware however, post travel emails went unanswered. Food was a hit or miss.

Never got the book because the agent was not trained or informed that deterred for the app bookings that I use was going to pay for my hotel class and when I got to the hotel, they told me I have to pay for the hotel cost, which was a misinformation I was supposed to pay an insurance fee, but they have given me misinformation so I did not get to stay

Was charged for Room Service. Not all Staff was pleasant. There seemed to be a disparity in the ways locals were treated vis a vis overseas persons. I was pleasantly served by the Front Desk Staff, Security, Omlett Station and Bell hop. Some persons in dining were not pleasant. The MVIP SPORTS CLUB STAFF WAS AMAZING. BIG UP ROY- Security. Michael and Ramon- Bell hop. Thank you for your service.

My favorite part was definitely the swim-out suite, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The worker were very kind and polite ❤️ the food was good

What I didn’t like about the property is that the carts need to pass by Block 8 more often, as we hardly saw them coming. Big up to the head butler he was excellent and very helpful. Also, I think there should be more entertainment around Block 8, as it felt quite quiet and lacking atmosphere at night.

I didn’t like the clothing rule which applied for dining in the main areas. The rules were a little inconsistent.

Waiting for approximately 45 minutes for an iron to be delivered to my room and missed the Mother's Day mother daughter model. The wait time to be seated at the buffett restaurant(Jamaican Market).

I loved everything about this resort. It was really different. Upon arrival you are greeted by a the bell man, followed by a drink, you are seated when checking in. The reception gives you a warm wet towel to wipe your hands and neck. The staff they are so friendly, always have a smile on their faces. Everyone was treated the same. We are definitely planning on going back.
