Reviewed Aug 31, 2026La cama y el sofá cama resultaron bastante confortables.
Al llegar al sitio fue imposible sacar la llave de la taquilla, estaba trabada y finalmente al intentar abrir la puerta de la habitación, estaba abierta y la llave dentro sobre la mesa. No se nos envió ningún mensaje con esa incidencia. Mismo problema al intentar check out, taquilla inhabilitada. Sin instrucciones alternativas en ese caso. Solo dos toallas grandes y una de mano para 4 personas. Aunque el sitio está limpio tiene detalles de filtraciones en las paredes. La dotación de la cocina es muy deficiente, solo una sartén pequeña disponible. Platos, vasos y tazas lo justo.

ASÍ COMO EL HECHO DE QUE NO ME DIERON LA CLAVE CORRECTA PARA ENTRAR A LA HABITACIÓN Y ESTUVE MÁS DOS HORAS FUERA DEL LUGAR SIN PODER ENTRAR Y HACIÉNDOSE DE NOCHE... ADEMÁS HUBO CUCARACHAS Y A LO LARGO DE TODA NUESTRA ESTANCIA NUNCA VÍ A NADIE QUE NOS PUDIERA AYUDAR, Y SE SUPONE QUE SI HABÍA ALGUIEN PARA ELLO... PERO NADA

Basic cooking equipment is missing, such as a sieve, and clothes to dry dishes. It would be great to have salt and pepper also to cook.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2023honestly its a good place to stay at but did not expect to be paying a ticket everytime i went out if you dont pay it you cant go out. Takes time out of your day when staying you have to worry about paying it at the hospital and sometimes its busy and sometimes its not. so in my opinion not worth it paying for the stay was enough.
