The apartment was very large and quiet. Parking was easy in a big dirt lot next door. It's close to the capitol and easy walking distance to old San Juan

The stairs was very small and stiff, there was no elevator. The temperature inside the unit was hot, additional airconshould be provided especially at the living area and kitchen.

The property was spacious and the view is nice.

Since the penthouse was on the top floor, we had to take our luggages up 4 flights of stairs which are pretty narrow. The apartment is spacious, however, the hallway from the living room to the kitchen was very narrow also.

No me gustó que era un poco sucio, la taza del servicio no estaba bien pegada y cuando uno se sentaba se le movía toda, el lugar no es muy seguro, los Uber nos decían que ahí era muy peligroso, para ir a todo lado hay que pedir Uber. Cuando uno llega a dejar las maletas es un poco inseguro, todo el barrio se sabe la clave, todo el mundo entra y uno ni sabe si es alguien relacionado al hospedaje o no. Éramos tres chicas y nunca llegaron a botar basura, limpiar el baño ni nada, siempre sentimos que estaba muy sucio todo.

Las camas eran súper cómodas, las sábanas y las toallas eran nuevas y la ubicación estaba bien.

Hacía bastante calor en la zonas comunes del alojamiento, ya que solo había aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, no había en los espacios comunes sofá aunque en las fotos sí aparece, había cucarachas en el edificio. Tampoco había secador y plancha, aunque la descripción aparece.

Esta muy deteriorado, nada que ver con las imágenes, el suelo hecho un desastre, el plato de ducha viejo y la cocina estaba sucia

Location was great. Really close to the center of town, there were 2 amazing breakfast place!

Stairs…. The room was on the third floor. If you have tons of suitcase etc it would be challenging. Living room will not have air conditioning so it’s get pretty hot.

Relativamente cercano de San Juan y una playa. Para otros lugares debimos tomar siempre taxi. Encontramos el apartamento muy limpio y con todos los servicios, nos dejaron incluso café para preparar en la cocina.

Durante la estadía se dañaron los ventiladores de la sala y el piso de las habitaciones se llenó de agua la primera noche, lo que ocasionó daños en nuestros artículos personales. Comunicamos el inconveniente por medio de la app de booking ya que en el lugar de la estadía no hay nadie que atienda presencialmente pero no obtuvimos respuesta ni reparación por los daños, nos dijeron que iban a revisar el piso y no fueron. Posterior al viaje escribimos incansablemente y nunca respondieron, por ende no obtuvimos reparación de los daños. El apartamento está en una zona casi sin comercio, para encontrar restaurantes por ejemplo de comida local, tienes que ir lejos. Lo mismo almacenes o supermercados, no hay nada cerca, solo unos pequeños lugares de comidas muy específicas como café o perros calientes.

Perfect location for a short vacation and visit the Old San Juan. Building do not have parking but it is not a problem, you can get a spot in the street.

First of all the ad failed to represent the stairs to the penthouse apartment OMG (3 floors of over 15 steps each floor narrow hallway). I was traveling with 2 elderly women with bags we had such a hard time taking heavy luggage up all those flights of stairs. No Air conditioning in the common areas only in the bedrooms. The apartment was hot. There was no sofa to sit on to relax and watch tv. The patio furniture was dilapidated we could not sit on them in fear of it collapsing. The coffee cups were cracked. Overall so disappointed with the misrepresentation of the stay.

I liked the size of the property. The building itself was secured with gates , has free parking. The rooms were spacious and had the basic accommodations such a mini burners, small fridge, soda and small kitchen table . Location : close to the beach . It is about 20 minutes from shops in Old San Juan, although, I didn’t feel safe walking at night as area is dark and isolated.

I did not like the area as much due to being close to abandoned run down buildings . I did not like that I never received the instructions for check in and it was unclear where to check in as it was in another building. I stood outside for 10 minutes waiting for someone to let me in to front desk, then she had to send them through whats app and wait to fill out form , which delayed check in even more . My comforter and towels were stained with blood and makeup .

Some of the towels were dirty. Knowing that we might get fined ($20-$25)for leaving towels dirty , we decided to wash them ourselves. So I would recommend to check everything right away! The whole chat was in Booking app and there is no way we could send pictures to show dirty towels.

Central location close to San Juan Viejo, clean, roomy

The AC displays were very bright and lit the room up quite a bit. Maybe bring a sleep mask.

Al llegar se siente perdido. Las instrucciones para ingresar hay que aclarar ubicación de los botones a hundir. El garaje de ingreso en lo posible darle una mejor presentación.

No running water. Couldn’t shower or flush toilet. Had to leave after first night and find another place to stay

No water for first day and was not able to connect one reservation to the next even though it was the same property management.

It was within fairly easy walking distance to old San Juan and close to a couple of places to have a nice breakfast.

It was not clear that there is a completely self check-in process to get into the apartment and the instructions were very poor. There is no one on site to help you figure out how to get into the property easily. We were able to reach somebody by telephone and spoke to a person in the hostel office down the street to get help.

Area was near things to do in old San Juan with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Nice fluffy pillows and beds are comfortable.

Not as described no AC in the unit only in bedrooms no 24 hour front desk and no washing machine in the unit as listed. Hard to check in and find unit. Others arriving at the same time were also lost and having trouble. Private parking is an open area that is not secured and not level no marked spaces vehicles parked in the middle behind us in the morning. When I reached out about discrepancies they just confirmed that the information was incorrect and when I asked for some sort of compensation for the misleading description they responded with we apologize for the inconvenience but did not address past that

Good, tidy flat near old San Juan which was a good base to visit other parts of the city from. Cool bakery next door too!

The location is perfect if you're looking for a beach getaway: the Escambron beach, the best in San Juan (in my opinion) is a 15-minute walk away, and San Juan Old Town is on the same distance, both easily accessible on foot. The area is very quiet. A bus station is around the corner and plenty of free busses can take you to other parts of the city or to the airport. The rooms are spacious and air conditioning keeps them cool. The kitchen had a little stovetop, mini-fridge and a minimum necessary set of kitchenware, everything worked. There is also a coworking space downstairs for those who need to work.

The room could use some more cleaning: the floors seemed uncleaned when I arrived, and there were sand and dust on the kitchen furniture. Would be nice to have something to dry beach towels and bathing suits on.

Suggestions: refill toiletries between guests; add a coffee table in the living room and a bench in the main bedroom; empty bathroom trash daily since it fills with used toilet paper; supply salt and pepper.

It’s a nice place to stay. Good location close to the Escambron beach and to Old San Juan. The apartment had anything we needed.

There is a 24 hour check in 2 doors down from where you enter the apartment. There were two excellent coffee/breakfast/lunch restaurants very close. We ate at a food truck one night. Very good food there as well. Location was walkable. We used Uber a lot. It was quiet as well as we were in the back.

Lo único que les diría es que las dos sillas que tienen en el salón son un poco peligrosas ya que te das con el pie constantemente. Todos nos dimos con la pata de la silla ya que son largas.

Excellent communication & easy to find. Very large apartment. Location was great, about a ten minute walk to the central part of Old San Juan. There was a café was next door. Always good to have a balcony for some outside space.

The apartment was sparsely furnished but that suited us fine, it had everything we needed. Not the easiest stairs to get suitcases up but the property had warned us of that prior to booking so it wasn't unexpected.

La dutxa no tenia molta pressió, algunes finestres no tenien mosquitera i el primer dia feia una olor un poc estranya.

Me gustó mucho la atención del joven que nos recibió, siempre muy atento y hasta dio recomendaciones de lugares a visitar. Además el apartamento es bastante amplio y cómodo. Y a pesar de estar frente a un bar/ discoteque se podía descansar perfecto, ya que los cuartos estaban al fondo y la música no se escuchaba. Si vas en coche, cuenta con un amplio parqueo a pocos pasos de la entrada al edificio.

En realidad me gustó el alojamiento. Sin embargo la zona en la que estaba no se veía muy bonita, pero aún así siempre nos sentimos seguros. Y las escaleras para ir al segundo piso son angostas si llevas equipaje grande.

La ubicacion y el servicio de front desk. Nos enviaron información de los lugares cerca para desayunar y almorzar. Frente a ellos hay una bodega que nos sirvió mucho.

No le hagas mucho caso a los correos extraños, alguien hackeo booking y querian cobrarnos extra inclusive recibí un mensaje de cancelación. Por telefono y WhatsApp todo se aclaró. En front desk nos escribian por whatsApp sin problemas Antes del checking esperamos en un área bastante fea pero tenia maquinas de picadera, es seguro pues se entra con clave, tenía baño, tomacorriente y sillas para esperar.

La relación calidad/precio y la excelente atención brindada

Lo unico que destaco es que si nos hicieron la devolucion de dinero cuando la pedi de manera muy expedita y sin cuestionarnos. Muchas gracias a Aisha de recepcion.

Llegamos y tienes que hablar por telefono para que te digan bien donde hacer el checkin. Seth un tipo en la recepcion, al principio amable, pero en cuanto hubo algo que resolver, tremendamente grosero...me dejaba hablando solo sin darme la cara. La habitacion con 2 CUCARACHAS muertas y pelo en el piso..claramente no limpiaron. El vecindario esta medio sketchy. Es la primera vez que pido un reembolso y no me quedo en el lugar que reservo. Terrible.

La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer varios lugares de San Juan, y te permite movilizarte a pie o en auto con facilidad!! Buen restaurante para desayunar en los alrededores! Y al frente queda un bar fantástico!!

Gute Lage in Gehentfernung zur Altstadt von San Juan ca 20 min. Grosse Dachterasse, die man morgens und abends gut nutzen kann. Parkplatz nebenan (war mit gebucht). Das "Einzelbett" im 2. Zimmer ist groß genug für 2 Peronen.

Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist etwas heruntergekommen, das Haus ist aber ok.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. After we requested moving to another room, we were given a better room but with shower issues. Reasonably priced and handy for cruise port and about a 20 minute walk into the old town area with restaurants etc.

Our first room was not very pleasant at all. The very helpful reception staff moved us to a different room in another complex nearby which was better. The decor is 'industrial' look which basically means it can be rough and ready as far as we were concerned. The shower flooded the whole bathroom and into the hallway as the idiot who installed it sloped the floor away from the water drain, so we had to use the towels provided to make a stop!! All it needs is either to replace the floor tiles so they're facing the right way or install as small ledge to stop the water form flooding the apartment. However, I doubt they'll bother as people must have complained about this numerous times before us!!

El apartamento era amplio, estaba muy limpio y el personal amable.

La habitación no estuvo lista a la hora de entrada. Hicimos un pre check in, pero tuvimos que esperar como 2 horas más. Además, tuvimos que hacer la cola de nuevo en recepción para ver si estaba la habitación lista y estuvimos como una hora haciendo cola. Solo había una chica en el mostrador y la pobre no daba a basto. Necesitan más personal para poder dar mejor servicio porque si la habitación no estuvo lista, era porque en limpieza tampoco dan a basto.

Está en una zona de San Juan muy tranquila, tiene parking .

Apartment was clean. The location was convenient.

The couch was very worn down, and had stains. I would have liked a tv in the bedroom.

The staff was awesome! And the location was centrally located for walking into Old San Juan as well as the beach. The beds were comfortable and there was a work station building offered to store our luggage while we waited to board our cruise. This was a real bonus.

Our suite, 14, was very poorly outfitted. Most of the dishes were chipped and the silverware was not clean. One bedroom had no curtains and bright lights that shone in all night. There were long, dark hairs all over the bathroom floor and shower, and you were not allowed to flush any toilet paper or the toilet would plug up. The TV offered no real viewing (a staff member tried to get it to work) and there was no curtains in the living room to block out the heat of the day. There was a small couch in the living room with tattered pillows and nowhere to place a glass, but on the floor. I told the staff when we were checking out that I wasn’t going to leave a review because I didn’t want to leave a bad one. They insisted that I should as they were in the midst of changing cleaning contracts. Hopefully new cleaners will be an improvement.
