The property was beautiful. Very clean/spacious. We went as a group of 10. We really enjoyed our stay. We spent most evening by the pool & the kids enjoyed the water slides. Property was close to alot of places we were visiting. We will definitely be back & would recommend.

It is very safe and clean lots to do and at the same time very relaxing and peaceful too it’s also in such a great location very close to Universal and a short drive to Disney but there is also lots to do outside the property as well. We loved it please keep up the good work we want to have the same experience when we go back!!!

Just minor things. The room was not ready on time people park in your parking spaces and sometimes it takes forever for staff to bring supplies like toilet paper

Loved everything

The resort was clean, everything in short walking distance. We love that there was music playing by the pool, so many resorts drop the ball with this. The villas are gorgeous and spacious!

Everything was great except our arcade in our villa didn’t work and pool cleaners came through our back door unannounced, which Is not okay.

The villa was amazing, also the facilities. My kids loved the water slides and I loved the lazy river.

You have to pay for everything, even to get the villa cleaned its a fee, to park its a fee, to get the pool heated its a fee, way to many fees, thats the only downside

The villa had lots of space and the pool whilst not huge was a great bonus. The kids also loved the theme bedroom. The beds where also the most comfortable i have ever slept in.

There were very few utensils in the kitchen we only stayed 3 nights but if you were there for longer you could not cook much. We also never got pool towels delivered. I think charging for parking whilst staying at a villa is also a bit checky $35 a day to park outside your front door with no alternative. The pool and bar could have been open later 8pm is a little early when people have been at the parks all day.

The villas were beautiful. The service via text was accommodating.

The pool bar was very expensive and the service was not efficient around the pool. We ordered fries from 2 different servers and they never came. The drinks were overly expensive.

Everything was clean and neat . They had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The amenities were great my kids enjoyed themselves.

The parking should be free after paying for the resort. They gave us a parking pass in which we still had to pay for parking.

I cannot fault this property . Our second year visiting and everything is just perfect

We stayed at Villatel Resort Orlando and had an excellent experience. Everything was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the location is perfect. We would definitely return and highly recommend it.

Property was so close to universal, centrally located to get to most places, property was clean and well maintained!

The only issue we came against was the fact the hotel didn’t do decaf coffee, my mum has heart issues and isn’t allowed to have regular coffee, so this was the only downside! Also some more lighting would be good in the theme room.

My multi-generational family of 12 enjoyed just how spacious the property was. There was something for everyone. The teens especially enjoyed the video game console and gaming options. The littles LOVED the water park and then coming back to the unit to float in our private pool. The elders enjoyed floating in the pool and us adults were able to do a little of everything.

We did not have a complete set of cookware and had to improvise on more than one occasion as we prepared meals for a family of 12.

I wasn't feeling good on Tuesday my asthma was kicking my but around 2am im in bed trying to sleep for my day at volcano bay and my doorbell ring it kind of startled me I get up and go downstairs and no one's there i go back upstairs and 10 minutes later someone ring my doorbell again now im like what is happening here i called the front office they said they were going to send security but that ruined my whole day lack of sleep on top not feeling well

We didn’t realize we had to pay for parking we had two cars so that was about $500 for 7 days.

I absolutely loved everything about this resort! It was truly magnificent so much so that we have already booked our stay for next year. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and the location was perfect, offering easy access to everything we wanted to do. We can't wait to return!

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about this resort. I honestly don't have a single negative thing to say because everything was outstanding! This resort exceeded all of our expectations from the beautiful property and exceptional amenities to the perfect location. Every aspect of our stay was wonderful, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.

Honestly everything, the cleanliness was exceptional, the staff was so friendly and just always there to make sure if you needed something. I forgot some soccer cups in the dishwasher and the staff retrieved them for us so we could swing back and pick them up. Very very accommodating. Will definitely be returning for another vacation stay.

Just that the toddler splash pad was closed for floor repair, however our 3 year old still had a blast so it wasn't devastating.

The house was A-mazing and beautiful. Service calls handled very promptly Beds extremely comfortable. The kids LOVED the Arcade and Theatre room. 6 of 9 bedrooms had king size beds. An amazing vacation

There was no golf cart or some sort of services for transportation from our Villa to the pool area and back. It made for a lot of walking and with kids was not ideal.

A bit of a walk from our villa to the pool area.

We didn’t even get the chance to enjoy the amenities, but we were extremely pleased with our villa. The kids’ room was fantastic, and he had so much fun with the arcade and the pool. The villa was spotless, incredibly spacious, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were excellent, and overall we truly have no complaints.

Everything was great.

The facilities and service was exceptional. Beautiful villa, super clean and well equity. Easy to order in a food shop or take out. Shuttle bus was excellent and we didn’t need a car everything was in easy reach and with an uber which worked out cheaper for us than having a car and paying parking etc.

Extremely unhelpful, rude and insensitive to their own rules not being followed by other occupants. You only get one parking spot, ours was taken for 70% of the time forcing us to look for our own spot 1 mile!!!!! Away ! As they would not tow the car that occupied our spot that we were paying $40 a day for! They said they will reimburse us - guess what, they denied it after we moved out although I have it in writing saying so!

And I did not like that the fridge was leaking and not working for the entire stay, all small appliances were not working as they were connected to the same breaker as the fridge and if you tried turning on anything like a toaster it would trip the breaker or shock you! No help there - 4 maintenance guys came out and said this is a bigger issue (had to use Google translator as they did not speak English) and said they can’t fix it !!!!!

The villa we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous! It had everything you could possibly imagine needing for a family vacation. The screened in pool got used obsessively and the basketball hoop was a huge plus :) I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW COMFORTABLE THE BEDS ARE. They're fantastic enough that I HAD to ask what brand their mattresses were to see about buying one for home. Having a washer and dryer in there turned out to be insanely handy as well! It was the perfect getaway for my family and conveniently close to attractions without being TOO close, if you know what I mean. The waterpark resort is also perfect. You cannot go wrong with a good lazy river. I was also worried about how well the AC would work in the Florida heat with how large the house was, and it worked almost too good! I could go on and on about this place.

We had an issue with some of the outlets not working in our kitchen, but maintenance was super quick to get it fixed :) The parking fee also really really sucked. 147$ for a 4 night stay added to the cost of the house. The hot tub also did not get hot whatsoever, it was the same temp as the pool which was kind of disappointing. Would have gotten used a lot more if it was heated.

Several chairs in movie room didn’t work, off and on 2 of the arcade games didn’t work. Someone came to fix them, then one stopped working again. We were under impression a high chair was available then found out it came through a third party and would take 24 hours to get there. I booked Villa July 5 of 2025, based on booking date I was told only one car needed to pay parking fee. I was then told by several people that only one car was complimentary. I then talked with security in charge and he told me I was correct that only one car needed to pay parking. This exchange went on for 48 hours until it was resolved and I still was charged a fee of 54-56 dollars on my credit card. We took 2 grandchildren to kids park to play on Saturday and there were 3 14-15 year old male teenagers playing in the area and swinging on the swings in aggressive manner. My 36 year old son had to call them out twice to watch out for his 4 and 6 year old girls. 18 percent gratuity added to a beer and glass of wine( bartender literally poured the beverages in a glass) is absurd. The resort is beautiful but there are some issues to work on to keep a 5 star rating which I’m unable to give.

The little ones (and I) enjoyed the pool areas. The lazy river was very relaxing. We also loved the pool inside the home. My son who is special needs was able to enjoy hours swimming in the private pool without it being too overwhelming for him.

My only compliant was that when I returned from the Waterpark someone else had parked in my designated parking spot. I had to park further away from where our rental was with all the kids and our swimming gear. The designated spot for the rental was closer to the town home making it more convenient. Security came. However, the car remained parked in our designated space the entire night and was still there the next morning. When we packed up to leave; it was still there. Nothing happened (i.e. towing, ticket, warning etc.) which is contrary to the policy posted in the home. Not having access to a spot designated for that particular home was the biggest blemish on an otherwise wonderful experience. Not so much the fault of the facility however it should be enforced when people don't comply.

The environment!!

The villa is roomy, the beds are comfortable, the provision of the kitchen is very good. The location is also very good; we were able to walk to many of the restaurants nearby.

The walls are very thin. The first night, the next door was having a loud pool party. It wasn’t until after midnight when it finally ended. The day before departure, we spent some time at the pool and ordered some drinks. The drinks are really small, half of the drinks are ice. The bartender added 18% tip without telling us first. Two small 8 oz margaritas for $42, that’s ridiculous. Finally, there are no filters for the coffee machine. We had to qgo out and buy coffee everyday.

The property was very clean.

A lot of fees not included in total. $35 a day per car and we rented a 16 person house. You have to pay to heat the hot tub per day.

Gated facility, comfortable beds and very friendly staff. Villa was spacious and including everything you could need. Definitely would stay here again.

Didn't like having to pay for parking but facility was worth it so maybe the price of parking could be including in hotel stay to not turn away people who refuse to stay somewhere that charges parking.

Breakfasts were good and tasty and good value. The pool complex was great. The proximity to Universal Studios was great. The little Villa pool was loved by the grand daughters.

Not much to complain about. The microwave tripped a couple of times but easy to fix.
