Breakfast needs improvement

Der Pool hatte eine sehr angenehme Temperatur und war nicht zu kalt. Es gab schöne Liegen am Pool sowie frische Handtücher, Duschen und Toiletten.

Die Klimaanlage ist ausgegangen wenn wir das Zimmer verlassen haben.

Breakfast not applicable. Location was good.

Établissement très propre et bien situé à proximité directe avec une ligne de métro qui dessert le centre-ville. Les employés étaient également très accueillant et gentil.

No plates in the room.

the room has evrything you need; kettle, iron, microwave, hair dryer. You can self-check in or check out. No need to wait in line.

The place is quiye remote, no convinience store nearby (or I don't know) but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel so you don't walk far.

Very clean, new facility. Very comfortable room and amenities. Great location near the National University of Singapore.

Really needs to have a small snack/ convenience corner with some basic drinks, food and supplies onsite for the basic needs. The hotel is not near a convenience shop after hours...you are very isolated here at night. We were advised to user "Grab" but as international travellers, this is yet another app to figure out when you are tired and have a need. Also, rooms are very compactly designed, no place to put suitcases except on the floor....difficult with two suitcases and given how well everything else is thought out, its too bad they didn't think of a way to make this nicer for the overnight traveller.

The location

After I left, their Housekeeping informed the receptionist. The receptionist informed me that I had left some clothes by my mistake. I went back to get them. Thank you for emailing me instead of throwing them off to the garbage. It meant a lot to me.

Didn't eat breakfast

No point in having the checkin downstairs when you have to repeat the process on the 10th floor

施設がきれい。プールも広かった。コインランドリーも使いやすかった。近隣の施設は、洗練されており何度か行ったが、飽きなかった。

学生のサマーキャンプのようなものに使用されていたようで、時間が重なり、自動チェックインですら、ものすごく待つ必要があった。あとで気付いたが、ネットからもチェックインができるので、そちらをすすめる。部屋は、ドミトリーのような印象。

Cleaning is only on Mn, Wd and Fr

Nice and modern hotel close to NUS campus. Lovely room, modern and clean, provided everything that I needed. Amenities such as swimming pool and gym were an extra plus, nice to have them as options for any weather condition.

Entrance area in the ground floor has self-checkin area, I wouldn't realize in the beginning that there also was a reception on the upper floor. Was very relieving to have, because the digital access key didn't work for me. Hair drier could be placed more prominently in the room, it was only on the last day of my stay that I realized there was one.

A very new hotel offering fully equipped, stylishly furnished studio apartments with all modern comforts, as well as a wonderful infinity pool. Conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, and Kent Ridge MRT Station, it is the perfect choice for anyone visiting or working at the National University of Singapore (NUS).

If I may make one small suggestion, it would be lovely to have a subtle fragrance in the studio upon guests' arrival. It would make the experience even more welcoming and complete.

Trouble controlling AC temperature

Beautiful views of the city and the harbor from both the pool and the room. The pool was very pleasant for cooling off and swimming, and it was never crowded. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and the metro.

The kitchen takes up a lot of space, but apart from a few glasses, it is hardly equipped with anything.

It's a great location in close proximity to the MRT. Several restaurants and cafes also within walking distance, Easy check in/check out faciltiy and self operated locker room for luggage. Mini fridge and iron available.

TV malfunctioned and there was no technical assistance available after 9 pm. Having to use two lifts (one to come down to the 10th and another to come to the ground level) was a bit inconvenient. No plates available although there was cutlery provided.

Didn't eat breakfast

Generally quiet and yet rather accessible to the MRT and F&B outlets. The microwave oven in the room makes it convenient for meals at the end of the day.

Stayed for just 1 night so haven’t got the chance to explore more

The housekeeping is not done everyday, it’s done on particular days which is inconvenient, I like my room to be cleaned everyday

I got kick out from breakfast dining room area* already have noodle in my plate and ready to eat with out explanation she ask me a room number and I show her 1204 I stay here 5 days from 25 s/d 30 April 2026 what embarrassing moment for lot guest look at me- I tell her two time she wont listen she should be Fire on spot and don't keep person like that. I never go back to this Hotel again

Cafe downstairs makes incredible coffee. Geneo and MRT is a 2 mins walk. Immediate access to the Kent Ridge park.

Gym is small and pretty limited. There is an ongoing construction of a new residential tower right next to the hotel building which can be noisy.

Lady who serve Breakfast is very Nasty she is not a good person to be there I'm at room 1204 she kick me out with no explanation and I ask her Wy ? she just don't want pay attention to it she should be fire

I made them aware about my gf coming during the night and when she arrived no one was there, she waited an hour until someone helped her out to check in Later on Saturday I arrived with a group of people that had separate reservations, many from this group and me included were not even listed as people who should have get a room (I had also a reservation from this event) and no even one more worker was dispatched there to handle 200people coming
