The property is very colorful and new. Just in front of the metro station.

The room was TINY. And there are no sun-beds near the pool. The common area can be improved with more facilities or activities available for the guests

Very nice location

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Lyf One North. The room was snug but had a place for everything we needed, including our 3 suitcases, and plenty of space for hanging clothes. The bathroom was clean and practical, and the aircon was a lifesaver! The facilities of the hotel were great, the pool was lovely and we made use of the laundry area. The location was ideal for us, with the MRT just over the road and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful and welcoming. The shared areas are also very well catered for, with good facilities and plenty of space to relax or work. Overall, it is a comfortable and well-run place to stay.

The rooms are quite small, so it can feel a little cramped, particularly for a longer stay. The overall concept leans more towards an upscale hostel or co-living experience rather than a traditional four-star hotel, although the quality and facilities are certainly on par with many four-star properties.

Just basic room where we could sleep and have a shower. Modern up to date facilities on site where you can make a basic meal or eat a takeaway. Plenty of eating options in the complex across the road.

The room we had was very small, which we expected after booking, Just about big enough for a couple, if you are happy to be aware of bathroom activity! More suited for single occupancy short stay.

Excellent location next the metro station. Very convenient for work with very convenient co-working places in the lobby area. Rooms are well equipped and convenient despite small size. There are plenty of dining places nearby.

Nothing to mention here. More of a suggestion to have a changing place near the pool.

Location near mrt, common kitchen and shared fridge

Housekeeper took my new T shirt away from the bed and no one could find it since. When I complained to front desk I discovered another guest lost his underwear and slippers living on the same floor. May have to check the integrity of housekeeping team.

The MRT station directly opposite, a decent Hawker centre 5 mins away, the room was comfortable and really useful facilities such as an easy to use laundry room.

The room was a bit small but there are bigger ones available so we would probably book those in future. The USB charging wall socket wasn't working properly and the bedside lamp didn't work, however these were minor points.

The room is slightly small but comfortable. The bed is comfortable with different types of pillows. There is a common kitchen which you can cook. A flask provided which you can refill water from the water dispenser. The pool and gym is nice

One of the electric power points is loose (at the table), so sometimes my devices are unable to charge. As a communal hotel, don't expect a fridge, a telephone or iron in the room, everything is shared. The soundproofing is poor, you can hear doors banging or people talking along the hallway and it can be quite loud. Housekeeping is done on the 3rd and 7th day if you're staying for a longer period

Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools waren sehr großzügig. Ich bin gerne nach einem anstrengenden Tag bis 22 Uhr noch schwimmen gegangen. Das Bett war extrem bequem, ich habe sehr gut geschlafen (Achtung, falls zwei Personen im Zimmer übernachten: es gab nur eine große Decke). Man konnte das Zimmer gut abdunkeln.

I usually stay here twice a year for a week holiday. It was different this time. The location is excellent, three minutes to one-north MRT station (Exit at Portsdown Road) and supermarket. The place is clean and staff are helpful. The hotel needs a bit of care, it's tired. One lounge at pool (usually 6-7) and umbrellas are out of order.

The place is tired and not being upset, especially the pool area. I was hoping to bring a group here in September, but I'm going elsewhere. There is only one chair to sit on at the pool and all the umbrellas are out of order. Such a shame, as it was once a lovely area. I asked a staff member if they're getting replaced and she said "it's been like that for months, so I don't think anything is happening soon". The place is just tired. I'll come back after things have been fixed up.

This was our 2nd time having a staycation here. It was convenient to have one-north station right across and 7-11 also nearby. Sundays will have limited choices at Fusionopolis but there are nearby places to grab Halal food (Star Vista). The staff(s) are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room (loft) was beyond our expectations and we would definitely book it again in the future.

The swimming pool didn’t have sufficient lounge chairs to sit in so we didn’t swim too long.

Mr Rizal - fantastic service - warm friendly, yet professional and efficient! Room 514 - it is the best room I've stayed in so far.

This was the best visit I've had, so no negative feedback.

The location was perfect! The hotel was just across the MRT station. There was a mall beside the hotel.

The location is just infront of MRT. It is close to foodcourt, we can find easily food for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Close to the mall. The bed is comfortable. Room is small but normal in Singapore but it is well organised.

Strategically located near the MRT, making it very convenient to get around. The architecture is modern and attractive, and the place is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Mr. Rizal at the front counter for being so understanding and supportive when I needed assistance.

While most aspects of my stay were satisfactory, I was disappointed by an interaction with a staff member named Riza. His tone was dismissive, rude, and lacked the professionalism expected in the hospitality industry. I showed my Singapore NRIC and politely asked whether it would be accepted. However, he immediately said it was not valid and placed the rules and regulations booklet on the desk in a rude manner. The way he communicated made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a guest. His conduct appeared unprofessional and not aligned with basic standards of guest service and courtesy. I hope management will review this matter and take appropriate steps to maintain a high standard of customer service.

Very cool complex with great facilities. Great pool, gym, laundry Rooms are modern and perfect, very comfy bed, great shower, good air con. Location right next to One North MRT is great for getting everywhere. Food outlets just across the road. A very good value for money little gem.

I recently stayed at lyf one-north and had a great experience. The standout feature for me is definitely the location. It is situated right next to a mall (Galaxis and Fusionopolis are just steps away), which made my stay incredibly convenient. I never had to go far to find what I needed, and the variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity is impressive. Whether you're looking for a quick bite, a coffee, or a proper sit-down meal, there are plenty of options right at your doorstep. The vibe of the hotel is modern and social, and having so many amenities nearby really adds to the ease of staying here. Highly recommended for anyone who values convenience and good food options!

The parking logistics were a major disappointment and highly misleading. During booking, I was initially told parking was "first come, first served," but a second representative then promised to reserve a slot for me. Upon arrival, I was told the car park was fully booked by long-term residents, despite me seeing empty slots. Even more frustrating was observing the car park at various times (including 11 PM and 6 AM) and seeing many vacant lots, yet the reception insisted they were unavailable. When I questioned the "first come, first served" policy I was originally promised, the staff completely avoided answering me. As a result, I had to park in a nearby mall, which cost me $83—a shocking amount considering the room itself was $230 and the hotel’s parking rate is only $10/day. The lack of consistency in their communication and the refusal to address their own conflicting promises was very poor service.

This is a very quirky, lovely hotel. We liked the location and the facilities. Is located near the train station, which also provides access to a big food court and other food shops. The rooms were clean, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Their service is exceptional, and we were really happy during our stay. Check out all the art that is inside and around the property is so clever and cool! And outside the building is different, and you can sit out for a while to enjoy the area's peacefulness. Is a very modern area, and the buildings look pretty amazing. The train station is on the Orange Line so there is easy access to other amenities. The property has a pool, which is nice and well-maintained. Enjoy your stay!
