Hotel vieillissant ! Petit dej pas top du tout

Die Lage zum Hafen ist super, man kann hin laufen und findet alle Anbieter für Bootsfahrten in der Straße des Hotels. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön begrünt. Das Frühstück ist ausreichen und a la carte und wird ergänzt durch ein kleines buffet. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Da wir sehr spät ankamen wurde uns das Partner Restaurant mit lieferservice empfohlen. Alles hat super geklappt, das Essen war hervorragend und toll angerichtet.

Die kleine Küchenzeile benötigt eine Überholung und ist nicht richtig ausgestattet.

Not clean. Needs a through spring clean. Although there is a kitchenette there is basically nothing to cook or eat with. Breakfast is very bland and repetitive.

La piscine est ridicule, la chambre est triste, austère et sans aucune décoration, et la literie n'est vraiment pas confortable. Côté salle de bain, les WC sont directement dans la douche, ce qui rend le sol extrêmement glissant dès que c'est mouillé. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner offre très peu de choix et il n'y a même pas d'espace dédié : on mange directement à la réception. ​Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, due Lage ist perfekt (wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht da wir ab Sanur Harbour nach Lenbongan gefahren sind), es hat einen grossen Pool und due Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut, wir konnten die warmen Speisen am Vortag bestellen. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen. Zum Strand mit den vielen Restaurants sind ws ein paar Schritte. Danke für alles.

It was close to the port for the early morning ferry. I was only there overnight.

The room was tired/outdated and I did notice a bit of grime. I wouldn’t stay there as a base. Some questionable electrical work was noted

We didn't have the breakfast we chose to go out each morning to try somewhere different. The property is in a great location very close to the beach boardwalk where there are loads of nice places to eat.

The room was far from clean, lots of dust and dirt in the bathroom and around the room. The shower drain was blocked so every time we had a shower the floor flooded. The drain was full of hair etc. The bathroom sink area was dirty. When our room was cleaned, I pointed these things out to the cleaner and he agreed it was not good. They did their best to clean it up, but the floor still flooded the whole time we were there. I didn't bother mentioning it again, as it's clearly a blockage that needs maintenance. The adjoining doors are very thin, so you will everything from the rooms next door. Also, very close to the main road, so you will hear the traffic.

Breakfast was very poor. Little choice and disappointing. Also, location is good for harbour and beachfront, but logistically a nightmare with access for taxi pickup as they are not allowed to collect in the area due to port access restrictions. This makes it very confusing and frustrating for catching grab/go-jeck as they often refuse to collect from the accommodation Choice

島に行くという目的がある人には、港が近くていいと思う。 ロビーは見栄えがする。 プールの清潔さは許容範囲。 スタッフはフレンドリー

まず、南側から北上してホテルへ行く場合には、ホテル付近で右折できないため、遠回りをせざるを得ず、特に混雑時には時間がかかる。 また、グラブがホテルまで来てくれないので、グラブを使う場合には、ピックアップ場所まで歩かないといけない。 ホテルの周りは、港の近くで雑多な感じ。サヌールの南側、インターコンチあたりのようなリゾート感は皆無。 ホテルの部屋は清潔ではあるが、値段に見合うほどの設備ではない。シャワーの水圧は最低限。一応、お湯はでる。キッチンは不要。 朝食のバリエーションは乏しい。連泊にはむかない。 スタッフが全員若い。スタッフ同士が楽しそうに談笑してました。 チェックアウトした宿泊者には飲料水は無料サービスではなく販売していた。 ロビーは見栄えがするが階段が多く、スーツケースを運ぶのが大変。スタッフは手伝わない。 とにかく宿泊者に喫煙者が多い。当方は認識せずに予約してしまったのですが、そういうホテルなんでしょう。嫌煙家は避けるべき。 私には残念ながら合いませんでした。個人的には、二度と訪れることはありません。もっといいホテルはたくさんあります。

Je réserve une suite vue piscine avec king bed et je reçois une vue parking 4 cafards dans la sdb Je porte moi-même ma valise au check-in, pour aider un employé pendant que l'autre préfère rester assis Petit déjeuner très sommaire et très loin des photos proposer à l'arrivée, jus de fruit mélanger avec de l'eau, tout est très très cheap, produits congelés La chambre sent les égouts Le débordement de la piscine ne fonctionne plus depuis fort longtemps Frigo débranché à l'arrivée par le staff car trop bruyant

Der Eingangsbereich, der Garten und der Pool. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

In unserem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat es etwas modrig gerochen, in den Zimmern im ersten Stock nicht. Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels etwas bescheiden.

Attention to detail wasn’t there compared to other places we have stayed in Bali.

Great location. Stayed only 1 night prior to a fast ferry crossing to Nusa. The Setia pick up spot is across the road so a perfect location for us. Rooms were great and the hotel has a great swimming pool and a neighbouring restaurant 50 meters away that served lovely food. You were only a few minutes walk to all the restaurants by the ocean also.

We arrived early and we asked to leave our bags and use the pool, which was great. But they made us wait until 2pm exactly, even though the room had been ready for some time.

Non dipende dalla struttura ma é circondata da tassisti che bloccano autisti grab e chiedono prezzi altissimi quindi per spostarsi bisogna sempre camminare 400-500 metri per prendere un grab

For some reason bath and toilet is in the same room which could be uncomfortable

The room was nice and clean with comfortable bed. The location was perfect, the main street was like 8 min a way however at the night time every day the main road was closed on the way back from the main street so with the grab was like 25 minutes instead of 8.

The breakfast was a bit poor but it was included in the price, no vegan or gluten free options (only sauté vegetables...)

The pool is long, clean and gorgeous although no good access point. The room is large and comfortable. Big tv, desk and kitchenette. Wifi works well which was a huge +. Easy to find food outside nearby or eat at the hotel, the menu is good.

Towels are old and grey. Bathroom is small and not well laid out. Shower screen door is filthy. Sheets smelt like BO and deep heat. Bottom sheet was rough on the skin.

Comfortable and quiet good location to the harbour

Location was great, easy to walk wherever we needed.. the actual property was a lovely oasis to the busy street.. fantastic pool big enough to do laps in.. breakfast was a nice start to the day with enough choice.. rooms were large, clean and had everything we needed.. the staff were so friendly and accomodating. Value for money, I can’t fault this hotel.,

This place is awesome. Staff ultra friendly and hospitable and the location is so close to the harbour. If you are staying in Sanur before a trip over to Nusa Lembongan don't waste your time looking anywhere else, this is the spot for you.

Localisation très bruyante de nuit comme de jour. Petit déjeuner très sommaire. Quand nous avons souhaité changer d hôtel aucune remboursement ni geste commercial proposé (on se cache derrière booking). au final très très déçu par rapport à ce que l’on peut trouver à Sanur pour un budget similaire. Nous avions réservé 3 nuitées sommes partis après la première. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
