Great facilities located just a short stroll to the beach and shopping. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Yummy meals at the pool side cafe/restaurant.

Lots of European guests who all seem to smoke and reserve all the pool lounges all day.

Road to beach very busy with inadequate footpaths. Free shuttle to beach stops running at 5pm when people want to go to beach for evening meal. 2 hours between shuttle drop off and pick up for supermarket too long. Finished shopping within one hour.

Great location, our room was very large and next to the pool We dined at the pool resturant which was nice. Wonderful staff and the buffet breatfast was great

A large hotel with great facilities. The pool was lovely and clean and the breakfast was plentiful. The bar and the Cafe Komodo also provided a good selection and quality of food for reasonable hotel prices. The location of the hotel is only a few minutes work to the beach

There were a few bugs in the rooms.

Location close to the beach and shopping mall

Breakfast was amazing, the best buffet breakfast I've ever had. The room was a nice, western style room. The pool area was extensive and quite lovely.

The shower stall had mold on the grout. Not what I would expect from a hotel like this. The location was ok, but not particularly nice to walk near. Quite a ways from the active part of the boardwalk and main street. Fine, if you take grabs everywhere.

Room was beautiful and clean. I absolutely appreciated that we had the drinking water dispenser inside the suite room. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were excellent. Pool was great!

My room was located so far at the end of a long hall. But, it is what it is. Nothing can be changed about that. Just be prepare for a long walk :)

The prompt way in which the rep from the laundry attended to our needs. He was willing to accommodate us although we called him after 10am 🌟

Minor hiccup..when our complaint about the refrigerator was not attended to immediately...however the cordiality and hospitality of all the staff members allows me to over look this . Thank you

Lovely little resort with beautiful gardens

Cocktails were a little pricey. The pool was a little cold for my liking and the “courtyard private” space was just a waste of space

Hvad kan jeg sige om dette hotel? Et fantastisk hotel, med fantastisk beliggenhed, fantastisk morgen buffet og fantastisk personale. Mange tak Hotel Prime Plaza Sanur for et vidunderligt ophold. Tøv ikke med at booke dette hotel. Tæt på boardwalk, restauranter, shopping center mv.

Eneste minus er stranden ved Sanur. Den er ikke noget særligt og absolut ikke bounty agtig. Men det er jo ikke hotellets fejl :-) Så alt er godt ved hotellet.

Hotel veramente enorme con tantissime camere, dalle sembianze di un business-hotel di Milano. La struttura è un po' vecchia, ma comunque parzialmente rimodernata e ben tenuta. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Ci sono ampi spazi comuni come la zona della reception e il bar della reception. La zona della piscina è molto carina con molti lettini sia a bordo piscima che direttamente in acqua, circondati da molte palme e vegetazione. A bordo piscina c'è il ristorante, molto bello per la sera e con un'ampissima scelta. Nell'hotel è presente anche un'altro ristorante sotto alla reception, anche quello ottimo. La cosa migliore è la colazione, di dimensioni colossali e di buona qualità. Personale gentile: una delle nostre camere purtroppo era invasa da un forte odore di fogna a causa della doccia, ma ci è stata prontamente sostituita con un'altra camera nella stessa zona.

Le camere non hanno balcone o finestra, hanno una vetrata che non si può aprire per ragioni di sicurezza. La zona dove si trova l'hotel non è delle migliori: si trova praticamente sulla strada principale molto trafficata e per raggiungere la spiaggia bisogna percorrere per circa 10 minuti a piedi una strada non delle migliori.

The way guests ignored notice and put stuff on sunbeds which they didn’t use for hours Suggest better walkway for guests to road and keep smoker rooms separate our neighbour smoked constantly on patio which meant it was smelly on ours and in room if we left pool access door open

The property is in a fabulous location, short walk to Icon Shopping Centre and Sanur Boardwalk. The staff were amazing and the property is very clean. We stayed in a pool access room, definitely worth it!

Room clean and fresh feeling. Breakfast ample and early enough for us to check out and meet our ferry.

The gardens were beautiful and the staff were very helpful.

The continual banging outside our room from the guest playing hoops from 9.00am and the noise of the guest playing pickle ball outside the front door. The floors in our room were dirty on arrival. The pillows were hard.

Prime Plaza was clean and friendly

Prime Plaza is located at the Northern End of Sanur so everything is a bit of a walk. Not too bad but that depends on the individual. There is a battery powered bus that runs up and down the Main Street which does help a lot

Breakfast was very good, lots of options. Rooms were very comfortable. Excellent pool. Fantastic service at both the poolside restaurant and bar, near receopt. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The staff were very accommodating.

Not the hotels fault, but the footpaths outside the hotel, are dangerous uneven and concrete has fallen away

Es wurde alles sehr sauber gehalten. Es gab strahlend weiße Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die Lobby und der Pool-Bereich sind sehr hübsch arrangiert. Das Frühstücksbuffett war unglaublich reich-und vielfältig an verschiedene Geschmäcker gerichtet. Der Wäscheservice war ausgezeichnet. Der Sanur Beach war gleich die Straße runter.

Nach dem Duschen der 3. Person war ein leicht unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss im Bad zu riechen, der sich dann später wieder legte. Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns nur eine wechselnde Variation der Früchte gewünscht - es waren immer dieselben Sorten.

We were looking for 3 nights stay at at Sanur. Lucky to find this hotel, even more Lucky to have a room with good balcony and very close to breakfast restaurant and pool area. Breakfast was excellent, wide selection of everything you can eat and excellent service. Highly recommend staying at Prime Plaza

Beautiful grounds, excellent buffet breakfast, and very friendly and helpful staff. Two restaurants on site- both delicious. Filtered water dispensers on every floor. Safe hotel with a 6 minute walk to the beach. Large secure baggage storage room and lots of places to sit and enjoy the ambiance and evening live music.

Perfect hotel, boulevard Sanur just around the corner

The location is convenient to access the beach walk and to take the boat rides only 5-10mins walking distance. 🏖️🚶‍♀️🚤 I got a pool access room with the nice garden view. 🏊‍♀️🌳🌸 The money exchange counter and the souvenir shop is just across the street. 💱🛍️ Love the balinese massage treat. 💆‍♀️💖 The staffs were very helpful and friendly. 😊👍 The check in and check out process were quick. ⏱️✔️

We had a great time, awesome breakfast, massage in the spa, room by the pool. All the staff is very kind. The only thing we found annoying was hearing all kind of sounds -from the steps and showers at the upper floor to the cats and birds outside- due to thin walls of the bedroom. We'd overall come back again

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff are incredibly kind, warm and attentive — they really go above and beyond to make you feel looked after and welcome. The breakfast is delicious and offers plenty of choice. There is also a restaurant by the pool serving really tasty food, which was very convenient. Before our stay, we were a little worried after reading some reviews mentioning a lack of sunbeds, but we never had any problems finding one. Pool towels are provided as well. The cleaning service was excellent and our room was always kept very clean. Our only recommendation would be to book a room **with a balcony**. We stayed in a room without one, and there was unfortunately nowhere to hang or dry our swimwear. We asked if it was possible to get a drying rack, but this wasn't available. This was really the only downside of our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and especially want to compliment the amazing staff for their hospitality. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Staying at Prime Plaza Sanur and honestly, it’s been such a comfortable stay. The pool is great for a chill afternoon, the rooms are spacious and cozy, and there are plenty of facilities to keep you active from the gym to the padel court. Breakfast is served in a nice, relaxed area with plenty of options to start the day. Overall, a solid place to stay in Sanur, whether you’re here to relax or keep moving. 🌴🏊‍♂️🎾

This is my second time staying here for the Maybank Marathon. The location is very strategic and convenient. The service is great, the ambiance is lovely, and the hotel is clean. Definitely will come back! 😊🙏🏽

Nice hotel, 7 minutes walking to the beach and the promenade. Rooms are fine, bathroom could be bigger, but the beds are perfect and also the housekeeping does great work. I would recommend.
