Eklo Hotels Paris Porte de Versailles

We booked directly through the hotel’s website and received a confirmation email clearly stating that payment would be made upon arrival. Despite this, our reservation was cancelled without any prior warning three days before our stay. When we contacted the hotel to resolve the situation, they refused to take responsibility, demanded double the original price, and then dismissed the confirmation email by saying it was “automatic” and not written by a real person — as if that somehow invalidates a formal booking confirmation. To make matters worse, the staff were rude, dismissive, and treated us like we were idiots, instead of customers who were simply asking for an explanation and a fair solution. This was not just unprofessional — it was dishonest and disrespectful. I have never experienced such appalling service from a hotel in my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Hôtel très propre mais pas du tout agréable. Chambre trop petite, fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas, Clim rend malade même à faible ventilation et 3 nuits passées aucun ménage ni changement de serviette de bain. Pas de bouteille d’eau fournie. C’est bien l’écologie mais il ne faut pas abuser. Petit dej très limité en choix café filtre c’était de l’eau. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel même pour une courte durée

The staffs are Not friendly! Good in putting blame to others! When complaints about something the staff always blame other staff and never want to take up any responsibility! I was forced to pay the overnight parking for Euro43! When asked the staff why, the staff responded there should be 50% discount for the hotel guest, but i was not informed. The staff goes on to blame other staff and did nothing to my complain!

Really basic hotel with a lot of issues, rooms were not clean on arrival, subsequently not cleaned for the 3 days we were there, sister in law had a large African housekeeping man walk into her room without knocking or any warning, totally unacceptable she did not feel safe for the duration of the stay, no apology or explanation offered by the hotel, ate in the restaurant they did not deliver the food ordered and they tried to charge for food not served, waited over 20mins for them to correct the bill and only managed to do so once I demanded to speak to the manager, terrible experience not safe or secure

Belle expérience , proximité du parc des expos et confort de la chambre. Sans compter le petit déjeuner vue sur les toits Paris !!! Un grand merci pour l’attention dans la chambre une bouteille d’eau de chez nous: l’eau neuve d’Ariège ! Merci

Het hotel werkt samen met parking p6, voor de helft van de normale prijs kan je hier parkeren. Het hotel ligt op de ring van Parijs. Door dubbele ramen, heb je geen last van lawaai. De kamers zijn klein, maar alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. Ik raad het hotel aan voor een verblijf van 1 of 2 nachten. Mooi dakterras met uitzicht.

Close to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles; can walk down back way into Pavilion. Extremely convenient when our conference was at Pavilion 7. However, ECO hotel, not sure if that's why: only 1 towel entire stay for each person; didn't consistently clean each day; no cups in room; and sink was very slow to drain in bathroom. Bed was very comfortable, but pillows are too flat. Very spartan, no safe, just 4 hangars. Breakfast was not very good. The breads were tasty but scrambled eggs were bland. No youghurt, only cottage cheese and cream cheese. Coffee not good per my partner, I can't comment. Some trays and plates still had food bits. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, okay for being close to my meeting but for the price ... average at best.

La vue sur la Tour Eiffel de la chambre ou de la salle du petit déjeuner est top. L'hôtel est plutôt bien placé, à 3.5km à pied de la tour Eiffel si on a envie de se promener. La chambre n'est pas très grande et le ménage n'est fait que tous les 3 jours. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, un bémol sur le café qui a un gout de café soluble mais quand on a la vue sur la tour Eiffel on apprécie de prendre le temps de boire un café, même pas excellent, d'autant que le reste du petit déjeuner est très bon. C'est un hôtel que je recommanderai et où je retournerai si j'en ai l'occasion

Badrummet luktade avlopp, frukost var inte bra, jag rekommenderar inte att ni bokar övernattning med frukost, var väldigt långt från centrala paris, det var runt 1h och 15prommenad till eiffel tornet.

Location is a bit far out but youre paying less and there are food metro bus and tram links. The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms have a foul odour. We also requested extra pillows a lot but there was never any available. Learn from me and get some extra pillows as soon as you check in, theyre not very good. Actual mattress was fine. Its very bare bones, so its fine if you will be spending all day in paris and then only coming to sleep, just adjust for a trip back to the hotel on a really heavy shopping day. View from the window of the eiffel tower was lovely and so was the rooftop bar. The floors should really be moped more often

Un séjour de loisir. Le confort est gâché par la climatisation HS rendant le sommeil inconfortable. Le problème qui a été signalé tard dans la nuit, La permanence d’accueil n’avait pas de solution immédiate. Rappel de fin du séjour plutôt agaçant.

The view of Paris from the rooftop restaurant was outstanding. I thought the overall the value for the money was very good.

Very clean, very nice staff, Paris is accessible and the price was very reasonable. Restaurant staff are lovely but the food there was very overpriced for what it was (many dishes arrived cold) and the food was obviously just frozen. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurant food but the waiters were lovely. Overall very happy with my stay!

Tive problemas com o hotel, o meu dinheiro foi furtado no quarto porém o hotel se prontificou em resolver mas isso gerou um transtorno na viagem e a limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar e a qualidade também porque paguei um quarto maior e não mudou tanto e não tinha a vista para a torre Eiffel como estava descrito no anúncio. O café da manhã é de chorar, foi o pior de todos os 5 hotéis que eu fiquei. Não peguem o café da manhã.

Just returned from my trip and I do NOT recommend this place. This place is unsafe and they do not care. There is no peephole at your door and there were groups there, with one group terrorizing the hotel guests knocking on doors trying to get you to open the door. The staff did NOTHING as these people ran up and down the halls, almost knocked people over and were trying to enter rooms. The hotel is old and feels like a prison cell with small rooms and there's a stench in the hallways where the old, tattered raggedy unclean carpet is. The carpet was filthy, and you can tell they've never shampooed it. Breakfast is the exact same food every day so be prepared to go out. Staff in restaurant are super rude and make you feel like you are bothering them. Don't walk to far in the wrong direction in the area it gets kind of sketchy quick

Loved the view of the Eiffel Tower. We could walk or take transit to get down there. Staff were very friendly.

This trip was arranged via easyjet holidays. The hotel was perfect, we up graded to room with air con. and a terrace with fantastic views over Paris. All the hotel staff were very professional and should be congratulated . Hotel was very clean and well presented. Paris metro very close by to access Paris attractions. We would reccomend this fantastic hotel.

They doubled booked our family room even we booked almost one year in advance and pre check 2 days before. Their computer system sacked, didn’t know which rooms were occupied and which not… they sent us to two rooms with people sleeping inside….next day, instead of providing us 2 separate rooms as promised, they sent us to a dormitory ( see photo below)….although they compensated us with free breakfast and fully refunded, they ruined my vacation and went to different hotel next day.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the congress center, but has zero service. The staff are seemingly friendly but do not attend to the requests. In our group, the rooms were missing pillows, pillow cases etc. and it took several days to get them. The top floor restaurant had the same problem, peculiar rules about when they served drinks and how to order them; they could have just as well helped the customers in the time they spent educating them. The rooms are tiny but neat, but the bathrooms smell of mould. No new towels in four days.

I think maybe fine for backpackers who don’t want for much but if you were hoping for a pillow case, soap in your bathroom, aircon that works, hot water to wash in or anywhere to unpack your clothes, this isn’t the place for you! On the plus side it was clean, staff were friendly enough and the food in the restaurant was good.

We stayed for 4 nights and the room was just too hot… room 540. It never went down lower than 24 degrees. We followed all instructions then asked for maintenance. They did go but nothing happened. Maybe it’s just that room? Then they should fix it because it will result to reviews like this. No dust around the room bus very very dusty under sofa and bed. We are still giving 4 stars because all the staff were still very helpful especially front desk lady named ROKIN. She understood our ac problems that on our last day when I went down to the reception again regarding the AC, she just allowed us to sleep in another room. Comfortable enough before we checked out the following day. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel.

The room we had booked was a wheelchair accessible one what was given to us was a box room when we asked about it they said we don't have to stay there they made me feel totally uncomfortable and when we dined there we sat outside away from them staring and ridiculing everything we did and one guest kept slamming the door to reception and restaurant. Also the manager really didn't like what I said about the room the air conditioning was an electric fan the room stank of urine also it was fairly awkward for me as I needed a walk in shower what we had was a really high step in to a shower I had to become inventive and wash myself in the sink and that was not ideal but had to it's an awful setup. The amount they charged us for a tiny box room needless to say we will never return to that hotel.

The hotel stay was ok at best. I had to ask them 4 separate times to fix the air conditioning and they could not lower it past 24 C. Please keep in mind it was 90 degrees outside for the three hottest days in June. They gave me and 5 other guests a few bottle of water.

We arrived very late to our hotel. It’s not close enough to walk to from the eiffel tower. However you can see the tower from our room. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast staff was very nice too. The room was unique. It had a very nice balcony. You must have your own shampoo and conditioner. It was confortable for 1 night. PROS: price for location and balcony view CONS: not super clean, nor super dirty.

The hotel was impeccable, the service of the guys on the terrace was good very nice but could be faster, the facilities very beautiful the view of Paris magnificent, were very nice on my birthday, the service at the reception was not nice when I arrived were not nice but I must rescue the only A young lady who served me super well is from Portugal and speaks several languages including Spanish congratulations to her!! I am a hotel manager and I know how important it is in the team to have friendly and cordial staff, just be careful when the hotel debits the deposit that usually is 57€ in my case I was debited double, it was very unpleasant because no one knew what happened, leave this deposit in cash is easier and avoid waiting weeks for that money! The last thing was not nice but I thank all the team that made an effort to give a good service! Thank you

Beware! I booked thinking it was a private room for my family with young children and a baby, but it turned out to be a shared dormitory with strangers. Even after explaining the risk for minors, neither Expedia nor the hotel offered a refund. This is absolutely unsafe and unethical for families. No privacy, no protection for babies – a shocking and unacceptable situation. Avoid this place at all costs. I will proceed to report them with (DGCCRF) Direction Générale de la Concurrence, de la Consommation et de la Répression des Fraudes

J'ai mis un 2 étoiles pour le confort car j'aurai voulu qu'on nous informe qu'il y avait une panne de chauffage depuis plusieurs jours lors de notre arrivée! Ma chambre était un congélateur! Il a fallu que je réclame à la réception de nuit en rentrant d'un événement! Le jeune homme de ma réception du soir est venu dans ma chambre pour couper la soufflerie de clim et m'a dit qu'on aurait dû nous informer en notre arrivée. Je lui ai demandé une double couette et il me l'a ramené merci à lui sinon j'aurai fini gelé. C'est le seul bémol sinon tous les restes au top.

El hotel es bonito, luce recién construido o remodelado y varias personas del staff son muy amable, pero no te informan que la limpieza de realiza cada 4 días y cuando era el turno de mi habitación no la hicieron a pesar de que la solicité en recepción, me informaron mal el horario del desayuno por lo que pagué y a los 15 minutos empezaron a levantar todo, y una noche que subí al roof a tomar una cerveza en la terraza que en la noche se vuelve restaurante público pero ya había pocas mesas un hombre llegó prácticamente a correrme, le argumenté que era huésped y de forma agresiva me gritó y no se movió de ahí hasta que yo me saliera del lugar, una cosa es que los europeos sean más fríos que los latinos, otra muy distinta es que sean agresivos, mal educados y tengo cero sentido de hospitalidad.

property is average.Staff wise only 2 people in that property that treated us with respect and received a friendly greeting the rest is hard to say. I hope its only us felt that way or the mood of the staff is not good during our stay 😊

My friends and I booked a 6 bed private suite. And we’ve never experienced anything like this in all our travels. Despite being explicitly told that there would be no room cleaning during our 3-night stay, we returned to find our room had been cleaned, without any prior notice. One of our friend’s bags was found turned upside down, and upon checking, we discovered that €50 in cash had been stolen from a wallet that was inside the bag. We immediately reported this to the front desk, but the reception staff were completely unhelpful. They repeatedly said they’d look into it and get back to us “in 15 minutes,” yet we waited for two days with no explanation or accountability. We followed up multiple times, but both day and night staff seemed indifferent and casually dismissed our concerns. They assured us we'd receive an update via email after checkout, which, of course, never happened. This incident ruined our entire trip. Not only did we feel unsafe, but the complete lack of professionalism and responsibility from the staff was shocking. I strongly recommend that any travellers heading to Paris avoid this place at all costs. It is unsafe, unreliable, and run by staff who simply do not care.

A nossa experiência foi tenebrosa! Não recomendo esse hotel para ninguém! Bom mesmo só a vista do rooftop para a torre. No primeiro dia de café ficamos sem pratos e sem comida aguardando por reposição não havia funcionários suficientes para fazê-lo. Depois descobrimos que a porta de nosso quarto não estava trancando por fora, ou seja, haviamos saído o dia todo para passear e o nosso quarto tinha ficado aberto com todos os nossos pertences. Fui reclamar dessa situação e o funcionário da noite disse que não podia fazer nada, que eu aguardasse o outro dia para chamarem um técnico para ver. Expliquei que já tinha comprado um passeio para o dia seguinte cedo e que não tinha como sair com o meu quarto aberto e o rapaz da recepção de nome Lucas explicou que, embora a recepção funcionasse por 24 horas não podia fazer nada, que todos os problemas só poderiam ser resolvidos no dia seguinte. Ficamos com o quarto sem qualquer limpeza ou troca de toalhas por 3 dias!! Tínhamos que ir a recepção pedir toalhas novas todos os dias. Diante de tantas reclamações disseram que iriam fazer um abatimento em nossas diárias, mas não fizeram nada! Descaso total!!!

Hotel meio longe , fora de Paris. Metro ha 10min. Ponto positivo e unico a vista pra torre np cafe da manha. Linpeza a cada tres dias. Nao entram no quaro se queiser paga por limpeza. Nao limparam nosso quarto no terceiro dia. Brugamos e no quarto dia foi linpo e bem mais ou menos. Atendentes sao educados e prestativos. Cafe da amanha europeu. ( croissant, croissant code de chocolate e quijo. Sem frutas. Iogurte com granola. Paes e presunto. Suco de caixa bem ruim . Em toda europa e assim. A noite no fds o roof top vira boate. Limpeza tenebrosa. Dao toalhas todos os dia se vc descer e pedir. Nao da pra secar a toalha no quarto agora na primavera cheiro de pano molhado no ar. Cama desconfortável 1 travesseiro mole por pessoa. E cama muiiiiiito macia. Se for pesado agmfunda na cama. Decepcao. Nao vale a doatancia nao vale obpreco. Quarto fica quente no beliche pela disposicao do ar . Sao todos memso estulo. O ar nao suporta o quarto deciso aos beliches , crinaacs de noite invadiram acama com calor. Tres dias nonquato sem limpeza. Banheiro pequeno e sujo . Nao vale. Nao vao.

We loved our stay here. The reception went all out to make sure out stay was comfortable. I'm in a wheelchair and the room we had booked was not accessible so they prepared a better one for us. We enjoyed the food at the rooftop restaurant and the views. We only had breakfast once because the coffee and tea were not good and felt it was overpriced for what was offered. It is in easy reach of transport links and the area felt safe to return to at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Quartos limpos e em boas condições. O quarto triplo é incrível. Restaurante com linda vista para a cidade e para a torre. Pessoalmente, me incomodou o fato de a limpeza dos quartos ocorrer apenas a cada três dias. Concordo com a substituição eventual de toalhas, mas a falta de arrumação diária do quarto atinge mais o conforto do hóspede do que a sustentabilidade do planeta, e torna a opção por concorrentes mais atraente.

Cher pour l'ensemble. Bien situé quand on doit aller porte de versailles. Un store cassé, une télé qui ne fonctionne pas, un petit dej moyen. Ensemble convenable mais on s'attend a mieux pour le prix.

Overall we had a good stay however this hotel wasn't the most family friendly and the service was hit or miss. The night we checked in there was a young individual behind the counter. He was very energetic and did what he could to make our checkin and stay enjoyable. The shared microwave and fridge in the lobby was not working and he helped us find alternatives. Other nights there were other individuals who looked like they could barely keep their eyes open and were completely apathetic to our situation. Honestly if you're going to stay here its probably because you have a conference near by. The room had a cool set up with bunk beds for our kids and the service staff in the breakfast and lounge are were really amazing. Outside of that overall mediocre stay.

Waitress at the restaurant does not know the difference between a region and a grape when I was asking for a Pinot Noir - which is ok for this type of hotel. What is not ok is that she was extremly rude. Location is suboptimal. Hairdryer was missing in room, sink was broken. It was not a nice experience. The bed was comfortable and clean sheets, the bathroom was not so clean.

I ordered the room in October because I needed to make sure we got the best room with space and view and a nice “box” in the window to sit in to watch the view. Like the pictures on their OWN website is showing. The room was a Christmas gift for the children and they got the picture of the room in the presents at Christmas. My son is autistic and also need to be prepared- I wrote a email to them about this. I actually also wrote an ekstra email to make sure I ordered the right room. I did! In the family we just had been through some awful time with cancer in the family and we needed something to look forward to. I also really put a side for this hotel and view. It was important for me! When we got to the hotel - they first say that the room doesn’t exit and then they admit that they have given it to some other guests. I can have the room for one day when they other people leave (for free he says) for free???? I paid for that room! I still got charged for the most expensive room they have - but got a room that’s not what I paid for! It’s cold room with a small window we can stand up and look out. It’s not what I paid for! This room is even cheaper on the website! They say there’s nothing they can do. Don’t come here.. I would give the zero stars if I could! Let’s agree on it’s not the room on the picture.

I enjoyed my stay at EKLO Paris Porte de Versailles. It was clean and convenient to Paris Expo. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a minor issue of access to potable water in the room

The EKLO advertises a grocery at the hotel: I asked to buy bottled water at the reception two days in a row. Was told they were out both times. I should go to the bar. The bar said they didn’t sell water to take away, I should go to the reception. I told the reception that the bar doesn’t sell water to take away. Reception said that’s good to know and I could drink water from the faucet in my bathroom. However, no cup is in the room. The reception pointed to the empty refrigerator behind him and said „look,it’s empty.“ An empty refrigerator for two days was apparently no call to action for him or anyone else to go to a market and buy some bottled water, fill the refrigerator, and sell the water at a profit. Having to go to a local market outside the hotel for some basic extras is unacceptable. The French Kiss advertises it is open until 22:30. I went at 21:45 to get a beer for my room. They told me it wasn’t possible to get a beer because they were closed. I found the reply rude and unhelpful. I found this strange because no hotel bar closes at 21:45. I went back to my room to check the posted opening time on my phone and confirmed the closing time is 22:30. I went back to the bar and had a lively discussion about the opening times with a female bartender and she said there was absolutely nothing she could do, the bar was closed. Luckily a manager came over and agreed to sell me a beer to go. Problem solved and apparently it was indeed possible. Conclusion: the hotel is itself okay but I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff all contributed to a horrible experience. Train them better and if that doesn’t work fire them. They have no talent for customer service. If you are a business traveler like me avoid.

This hotel is an ecohotel. Perfectly ok. Sober room but clean and good bed with nice bathroom (shower-toilet). At the reception everybody was very helpful and there was also an online follow-up. One thing to be improved is the breakfast service. I was there for 4 nights. Parts of the breakfast buffet were moving around to other places, not the same set-up everyday so you have to look around again. On my last day I needed an early breakfast because of early mornibg departure flight. Breakfast is available at Eklo on weekdays from 6 am. However when I arrived not much was ready yet. No bread, no coffee. no cheese, ham, ... Took 15 or 20 minutes to get the breakfast buffet completed. So not really on time which limited also my choices for breakfast.

I purchased a Polène bag from Paris, and the packaging was in my room. However, the housekeeping staff simply threw away the packaging. I asked about my bag at the reception desk and even wrote an email, but I still haven’t received any response.

It’s good hotel if you require just sleep and check out. The staff are good and cooperative. It’s very close to the Port de Versailles expo halls. I did not see cleaning of the room for first 3 days. There are no complimentary water or electric kettle and the coffee or tea making ingredients. Only a hand wash available not all toiletries. The price I pad was bit high for this small standard room.

My all cash was stolen while I have breakfast from 6:30 to 7:00. I think door is not locked and just colsed without enough pulling it. I wonder how thief knew that my room is empty at that time. One of my colleague suffered damage also.

The wifi is very bad.

It was a one night stay for the Olympics. Great location, clean rooms and good breakfast was the pros of the hotel for a family.

Une chambre minuscule et très chère. Il y a beacoup mieux pour moins chers sur Paris. Le menage est meme en option sous pretexe d'écologie.

Good vibe and modern clean rooms

The staff were lovely and rooms were clean and quiet. The restaurant was closed for a private event which I didn't know until I tried to eat there which was a shame as I wanted to eat quickly and go to bed. If I was told at check-in I could have grabbed something before I came back to the hotel. But otherwise was lovely.

Leider war auf Expedia nicht ersichtlich (meiner Meinung nach), dass dies ein HOSTEL und kein Hotel ist. Dementsprechend hoffte ich nach der Buchung ohne Stornomöglichkeit das beste. Das Zimmer war gut. Das Frühstück war wirklich eine Katastrophe. Dreckige Tische. Am Sonntag hatte ich trockenes Brioche. Es war nur Stress. Eine Sache wurde dann aufgefüllt, die dann direkt wieder leer war (Schlangen bildeten sich). An beiden Tagen waren keine Teller vorrätig. Auf jede Kleinigkeit muss man warten. Dann positionieren sie auch noch einen Tischkicker neben das Buffet. 😄 Einen Föhn gab es übrigens. Wir hatten zuvor eine Mail bekommen, dass „wegen der Umwelt“ keine Föhns da wären. Sauberkeit auch i.O. Wenn man mit einem Hostel rechnet echt ok.

A typical no-frills business hotel suitable for business travelers. The rooms are basic and quite small, the breakfast is somewhat minimalistic, the lobby is small, and the four small elevators can leave you waiting for a while when it's busy. On the plus side, the staff is courteous and efficient, the prices are reasonable for the area during trade fairs, and it's convenient for accessing the Expo. If you're going for a business trip with realistic expectations, you shouldn't be disappointed.

The service at front desk is awful and the service desk employees didn’t want to speak English at first and very slow in there resolving problems and sorting out customers there was huge line and only one person available when asked if he could call extra staff to handle the rush he answered that they all on breaks when ur check in starts at 15:00 why would you allow staff to take breaks and the hotels doesn’t change Lenin daily nor refills any of the toiletries which is absurd after paying very handsome money to stay in they would not replenish until you ask them And breakfast is a huge let down hot food is only omelette and fried potatoes what is wrong with this hotel there are other hotels next door please if you can avoid this hotel than do it The person who served me at the front desk is Pierre rovan —- Absolute mental guy no respect to others at all

I attended Network X in hall 7. Which is directly behind the hotel and can be walked to in 5 minutes.

3 months and still no €50 refund. It seems this is a trend so please be careful if staying at this hotel. My bank assures me that no funds have been sent from them and that they may be using a common tactic, of hoping customers will forget about the refund so they gain more of your money.

신축 호텔이라 전체적으로 깨끗하고 시설이 좋습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 가성비가 좋은 숙소입니다. 다만 객실 내부 시설에 문제가 있어서 숙박비를 할인해주기로 했는데 체크아웃한지 이주가 넘도록 조치가 없어 확인을 요청드립니다.

They say that are eco hotel . After 2 days they even not take bins out. They put 3 box for sort but they not even think that after 2days can be to much and all this is going to mix . About this that they not cleaning rooms maybe i was miss to read . They Have verry good rating for clean but i not think so . Just after 3 days when people going out they come for clean ! Other is that they have a terrasa on the top , and from there you can listen all sound. I cant even sleep .they not write about discoteka they write its restaurant . i order one room they give me other. One more about water , we useing shower and finish hot water .

Chambre très agréable et très propre. Excellente vue sur la tour Eiffel. Aucun bruit. Petit déjeuner copieux mais café pas terrible. Salle pdj en Roof top. Vue magnifique.

No hicieron limpieza más que 2 veces en las 2 semanas que estuve ahí.

Pratique pour les exposants, quartier agréable, nombreuses possibilités de transport, cafés à proximité.
