We loved our stay here for 10 nights ! Rooms were clean and comfortable! If come to Canggu again we would definitely stay here again ! :)

The location of this property is perfect, right in the heart of canggu

I had such a wonderful 3-week stay. The team genuinely felt like family. They were incredibly kind, always greeting me with a smile and asking how I was whenever I passed the front desk. The location was perfect for walking everywhere, and the scooter rental organised through the hotel was a game changer. The kitchenette was also fantastic, especially with a supermarket right next door. I loved having the convenience of being close to everything while still having a peaceful space to come home to.

The walls are quite thin, so you can occasionally hear some noise. That said, the quiet hours from 10pm to 6am were very well respected, and everyone was considerate.

Renee the duty manager is very accommodating and made us all feel very welcomed. Great location, shops, restaurants, beaches are all in a short walking distance. Great value for breakfast.

Renee was so lovely, very accommodating, very happy. The room was great, big fridge, huge water dispenser, kettle, and aircon was strong. We couldn’t fault the place. Set back from the street it was quiet and 10 mins walk to the beach. Would def come back.

Great location, excellent facilities

The location is great. The property is clean and within an industrial vibe. Fabulous art and artefacts in the rooms and around the property. Obvious the owner is sharing her personal art collection with the guests. There is filtered water in the room which is a great touch. The mattress is very comfortable. Beautiful pool. Great for swimming laps.

I could hear the tv in the room next door as clear as a bell. Perhaps the walls are too thin. The pillows leave a lot to be desired.

I had an amazing stay at Sammy’s. The location is perfect - close to everything but still peaceful and comfortable. The staff were honestly the nicest people ever. The admins were super helpful, always available on WhatsApp, and handled every request quickly and smoothly. Everything we asked for was done right away. The place was very well maintained, and felt safe and welcoming from day one. You can really tell they care about the guests and the experience. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The pool and staff were fantastic. Coming back to a well air-conditioned room after a walk to near by food outlets on a hot afternoon was great. The locals are friendly and helpful. The beach down the road is good for beginners and intermediate surfers, and a surfboard hire will cost about $10 aus for two hours. The food options within one km is exstensive, from $2:50 lunch from a street cart, to an 8 course meal at a Japanese restaurant for about $60 aus, usually lunch or dinner costs $ 7 - $ 15 aus / person. Expect to see a bit of rubbish about, and there is a lot of construction work going on. The owner and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ll be back

On top of that, we found ants under the mattress, a worm on the bed, and other insects in both beds. Staff admitted the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t move us, suggesting we find another hotel with reimbursement promised. We had to book a much more expensive place at the last minute, and since then the owner and reception have ignored all messages and calls and did not reimburse us anything. Horrible hygiene, zero accountability, and unbearable noise. Avoid this place!

Beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. Good location for Canggu, lot of good food and massage places nearby.

Location was good

We lived here for 14 days. - The WiFi was SO bad and when we complained we were told we would get a refund, but in the end the owner would not give it to us. - The power was off often - The water was off - There was a lot of noice from construction early morning - very noisy in general - you could here EVERYTHING the people next door did. - The owner wasn’t pleasant to be around.

The hotel is very well-designed and stylish. It is in a great location, within a few minutes of the surf beach, great restaurants, bars and shopping. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The staff are excellent. The common area and our rooms were kept spotless.

Good location, nice pool and friendly staff

The included breakfast wasn’t good, very plain and not as shown in the photos. On the first night I had a rat in my room. I actually woke up with it on my arm. I was able to change rooms and asked for a refund for that night since that is unacceptable for any accomodation but that was denied. I saw the rat exit the room between the gap of the door and the floor. I mentioned this to the manager that the gap needs to be rectified. I later overheard a conversation between the owner and the manager, with the owner saying that the incident was a one off and she isn’t going to address the gap, so there is the potential for this to happen again to someone else. I feel like this is really poor management, I’m sure she wouldn’t like a rat on herself. In the new room the bed sheets were dirty initially and needed to be changed. There were also little bugs/ants in the room constantly. It is clear they have a rodent issue as there was always rat poo on the stairs that lead to our room. Very disappointed and do not recommend.

Everything was amazing. The place, the location, the facilities…the staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good. We had a great holiday there!:)

Bit of construction noise across the laneway. I feel the stair landings should be one piece not two to make it a bit easier but minor detail. Did need to leave the aircon on full to cool the loft down which made the bottom level quite cold.

Heerlijk hotel met een top locatie! Hele lieve, behulpzame mensen. Kamer is groot, goed bed en een fijne badkamer. Er werd in de omgeving wel veel geklust dus dat wilde nog wel eens wat overlast geven maar verder echt een aanrader!

It was clean and tidy, close to all amenities. Very good value for money.

Very strange bed base. You sort of need to climb this large base first to get on the bed. I get the minimalist/industrial design, but overall it isn't comfortable. It was loud because of ongoing construction, but also you can hear other guests due to thin walls or doors/windows without soundproofing.

Pool was so nice and great location.

Unfortunately there hot water service broke down so we had 2-3 days with cold water. There swimming pool was also very cold.

Room was clean and nice enough, but doesn’t look quite as nice as the pictures. That said, lots of space.

Takes a while for room to cool down, even then, if you like a cold room, this might not be the one for you. It’s down an alley behind some trees, so it was hard to find and the room was a little dark.

第一晚入住洗澡沒熱水，入住前並沒有先告知，隔天修好後，熱水一樣不夠熱，水壓很小，反應過後也沒有特別處理，住兩晚卻不能好好沐浴真的感受很不好！

Leider war nebenan eine sehr laute Baustelle.

-The walls were so thin even conversations and tv were heard from one room to another. - The check in was hard if your flight is late, because reception staff was only until 11pm. The lobby was so dark when we arrived. The owner did not respond to my messages in booking.com regarding our late arrival prior to the trip. We were not informed that keys were left in the counter, it was like an easter egg hunt to find the key and the room. -The place does not have generator, there was a quick power outage during our stay, the owner only responded when the power was back. -the bed was not very comfortable, the foam was very hard

Too noisy. I can hear every conversation from upstairs. It means door and windows can't block noise and humidity. I feel so confortable with environments.

L’incivilité des voisins de chambres qui font du bruit comme s’ils étaient seuls dans le complexe, ils discutent et regardent la télévision à un volume excessif jusqu’à 3h du matin, le personnel n’en peut rien et nous leur avons signalé

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Dans une ruelle, emplacement parfait avec les meilleurs brunch de Canggu, juste à côté de la plage. Aucun problème pour trouver un Gojek ou loué un scooter. Hôtel très sympathique avec une jolie piscine, une belle et grande chambre et gros point fort, une bonbonne d’eau de 5L fraîche à volonté dans la chambre. Personnel super et souriant et en plus de ça vous aurez la compagnie de Dog le chien de l’hôtel qui surveil les lieux.

Hélas très bruyant mais c’est comme partout à Bali l’isolation est mauvaise et je suspecte Dog d’être l’auteur des aboiements à 6h du matin aha. La douche pourrait être améliorer ainsi que les produits pour se laver.

Obiekt zlokalizowany w fajnej okolicy, 7 min piesze od plaży, blisko do restauracji. Czysto, Cicho i spokojnie. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Jedyne, co może przeszkadzać to głośno chodząca klimatyzacja, jednak nam to nie przeszkadzało ☺️

Obiekt nie znajduje się przy głównej drodze, stąd jest cisza i spokój.

Tutto perfetto, la struttura si trova in una stradina silenziosa e fuori dal traffico, ma centralissima e vicina al mare, percui perfetta per scoprire le meraviglie di Canggu..la stanza molto ben arredate e bellissimo bagno, inoltre un comodo angolo cottura e un terrazzino. La piscina è veramente bella e tenuta bene...un ottimo bagno rinfrescante dopo una giornata in giro per negozi o di ritorno dalla spiaggia dopo il tramonto. Ottimi il wifi, il distributore dell'acqua. La proprietaria e lo staff tutti molto gentili e disponibili.

Location and assistance. We arrived very late due to flight delay and no staff was there. We called the provided number from reception and the owner came in and gave us our room within a few mins.

The water for showers was never hot our whole stay. We tried different times of day, always luke warm showers so maybe it's set like that. The pillows are also way too thick, was quite uncomfortable to use

Pool and room were clean, the hotel was near the road and restaurant!
