Don’t order bbq! Breakfast choices are good, big portions and available all day! Hit the bbq is very small and not tasteful

We will stay here everytime when we are in Lombok. What an incredible little spot. Lovely staff, clean cabins, great cabin features. It’s a must stay.

Food isn’t WOW but the matcha, coffees and teas are.

Krásný areál na krásném místě. Měli jsme cabinu č.5 s přímým výhledem na Rinjani, což nám zajistilo dobré vstávání s exkluzivním výhledem. Cabina byla hezky čistá, uklizená, útulná a pohodlná. Moc se nám pobyt líbil, je to 10/10! Místo je odlehlejší, tedy není ani slyšet zvuk mešit, což zajišťuje komfortní spánek bez buzení, to pro nás bylo velké plus. Personál moc milý, ochotný a výborné jídlo.

Amazing location with amazing views, staff very helpful and the fire with the marshmallows was very cool.

This is a truly unique container‑style glamping property located right at the gateway to Mount Linjani, extremely convenient for an early‑morning volcano hike. The cabins are compact but thoughtfully designed with outstanding surrounding mountain views. Full smart‑home features are a big highlight: you can control mood RGB lighting, smart tintable glass, door locks and room settings all via the in‑room tablet. My kid absolutely loved playing with all the tech inside the cabin. Set on a rolling hillside surrounded by lush forest, every unit comes with a private outdoor patio for relaxing. On‑site facilities are complete, including a café for quick meals and drinks. Staying here removes all the hassle of long pre‑dawn transfers to ILinjani crater. There is nothing bad about this place, it’s just a pity we only got to stay for one night. Highly recommended for travellers planning the Mountain trekking.

Sehr sehr sauber, schöne Anlage. Direkter Blick auf den Vulkan, man muss natürlich Glück mit dem Wetter haben. Der Personal war super nett hat geholfen und Ratschläge gegeben was man in der Umgebung unternehmen könnte.

Das Zimmer war aufgrund des Klimas am Morgen extrem feucht, die Scheibe musste man am Morgen erstmal komplett abwischen und trocknen was kaum möglich war, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob die Entfeuchtungs-Funktion des Klimagerätes funktioniert.

住处有特色，能看到火山景观。我们是从圣吉吉去东龙目半途歇一下脚，觉得住一晚换换口味还是不错，度假那是不行的。公区的设计不错，很休闲。The cabin has some interesting festures and good view of Rinjani. It is a good break if you travel from the west gilis to the east gilis but don't expect it as a holiday location. Love the public area, and the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

房间确实很小，两个人有点挤。热水水量不多，需要快速冲澡。这片区域苍蝇很多，一开门就容易飞进苍蝇。 The room is very small, actually crowded for 2 persons. Hot water is not enough that you. jave to take quick shower and wait for a long time before the other could take. Flies always look for chances to visit the cabin... It's a nuisance.

The view of Rinjani especially in the morning. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Food was also nice. Technology used in the cabin (lighting, main window pane, door lock system).

Lack of privacy especially for cabin 4 as it is bear the entrance and visitors tend to 'invade' privacy just to take selfies or wefies of Rinjani.

A beautiful place at the foot of Mount Rinjani. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The lawn was mowed every day, and the noise was a bit disturbing for a place like this.

View was brilliant and also the app where you could also order food is quite good

Check-in was relatively straight forward if you download the app in advance. Staff was helpful to help us as it was pouring when we checked in. Room is small but there is space under the bed to store luggage and bags. Very clean and comfortable bed. We were able to take a quick shower for two people.

Leider war diese Unterkunft keine gute Wahl. Ich bin eigentlich ein sehr flexibler Mensch und beschwere mich selten – aber hier hat einfach nichts gepasst. Es fängt schon beim Check-in an: Man wird aufgefordert, eine App der Unterkunft herunterzuladen, um per QR-Code überhaupt in sein Cabin zu kommen. Ich komme nach Indonesien, um genau vom Handy abzuschalten und die Natur zu genießen – so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Handy darf man auf keinen Fall im Cabin vergessen, sonst muss man den weiten Weg zur abgelegenen Rezeption zurück, um Hilfe zu holen. Die Cabins selbst wirken wie aus Pappe – alles billig aus Plastik, null Qualität und mit wenig Liebe gemacht. Das Essen ist im Verhältnis zum Preis wirklich schlecht. Niemand kommt von sich aus an den Tisch, niemand fragt, ob man etwas trinken möchte, es dauert ewig – und am Ende kommt ein Essen, das ich kaum runterbekommen habe. Ich esse wirklich alles, aber das war eine Ausnahme. Dazu spricht kaum jemand Englisch, nicht einmal an der Rezeption. Ich wollte mich beim Besitzer beschweren, aber der sitzt 150 km entfernt in Mataram – kein Wunder, dass vor Ort so vieles schiefläuft. Wir wollten am Ende nur noch schnell raus.

A perfect place to stay if you want to be close to nature and wake up to a beautiful view of Mount Rinjani. It’s also strategically located in Sembalun, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

The cabin was very small with very limited hot water. A small fridge would have been handy. The bed was big but the climb over to get to the bathroom wasn’t preferable.

We got breakfast to the room, but during our stay the staff didn’t come to clean it up once. We left it outside, but it attracted a lot of bugs. Even the second morning when we got new breakfast, they didn’t take the old one away. That was a bummer

The vibes are so calm and relaxing. At night I really enjoyed the fire pit. Unforgettable experience. Love it. 10/10. Staff are so helpful, polite and kind.

Ubytování se naprosto snadné. Velice ochotný personál. Nádherný výhled z naší kabiny. Půjčovali jsme si scooter a nebyl s tím žádný problém. Snídaně vydatné. Ubytovaní jsme si moc užili.

Waking up surrounded by towering peaks and fresh mountain air was the highlight of my trip. The cabin itself is modern, cozy, and spotlessly clean. I especially loved the smart glass and adjustable lighting—it created such a unique and relaxing atmosphere. Despite being right in the middle of nature, the facilities felt complete and private. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Nights at the cabin were quiet and serene, with the silhouette of the mountains creating an unforgettable backdrop. Overall, this was the perfect mix of nature, comfort, and innovation. If you want to experience the beauty of Rinjani while staying in total comfort, Bobocabin Gunung Rinjani is a 10/10 stay. Can’t wait to return!

La proximité de la route, certains équipements fonctionnaient mal (porte de douche), les cabines pour 4 sont très exiguës et ne permettent pas d'ouvrir les valises de chacun. Il n'y a pas de restaurant sur place, tout doit être commandé à des restaurants à proximité.

Het uitzicht was fantastisch! We keken op de Rinjani die we een dag later hebben beklommen, leuk vooruitzicht was dat. Het inchecken ging snel en ondanks dat het allemaal digitaal kon was er een vriendelijke dame die erg behulpzaam was. Tuin werd goed onderhouden, we konden een vuurkorf aan laten steken en dat hebben we ook gedaan, super gezellig. Eten op het menu zagen we dat het door Doreen geleverd, we zijn naar het restaurant gelopen en erg goed eten.

Het enige en dat wist ik van tevoren maar toch heel jammer, geen zwembad dus weinig verkoeling. Verder zou ik waren bomen planten zodat er wat meer schaduw is. Verder geen opmerkingen.

Kleines Wasserproblem in Cabin 1, sollte aber in Kürze behoben werden, wurde uns versichert. Essen kann jederzeit bestellt werden, aber auf Dauer aus Schachteln zu essen, macht dann auch keinen Spaß.

When we have just arrived we found bathroom towels in toilet bowl, literally in it!!!! Terrible smell from toilet. Very hard mattres to sleep. In overall that place is overpriced. Not worth it.

Sehr moderne Unterkunft. Schlüssel zum Zimmer gibt es per QR Code. Die Kabine ist gut ausgestattet.

Zu Beginn hat es etwas Muffig in der Kabine gerochen. Außerdem wurde es Nachts schon Recht kühl und es gab keine heizmöglichkeit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Awesome view on the volcano in the mornings. Cabin was clean and nice little fire place on the porch. Not easy to get around, but staff helped arrange a rental car.

Over-engenineered app /digital tool, which makes the check-in slower, the communication more difficult (chat function had some bug, so couldn't send messages, so ended up using WhatsApp), doesn't allow keeping the door open (not practical with kids without phones), and there's enough friendly and helpful staff there who can be reached without the app.

The facilities were excellent, but what truly stood out was the absolutely stunning view. We also ordered the firepit to relax and hang out with our friends while enjoying hot tea under the stars—it was the perfect way to end the night. If I get the chance, I’d definitely love to come back again someday!

The good part about the stay is the location with nice views.

Understand that the area is quite chilled but you have to wait for the water heater to heat up before showering. The toilet has no ventilation and it always has a stench of smell. And the food was so bad. I suggest you guys purchase your own food / instant noodles.

Located in Sembalun, you can enjoy a direct view of Mount Rinjani right from your cabin window. One of the Bobocabins with the best views. Comfort, service, and standards are consistent with other Bobocabins. Breakfast could be improved.
