Rautani Sembalun

Wir konnten einen Roller ausleihen (100k pro Tag), kleines aber nett eingerichtetes Bungalow mit allem, was man braucht, gepflegte und saubere Anlage und Zimmer, Personal bei Ankunft sehr nett und aufmerksam (er wollte direkt einen Transfer für nach der Wanderung organisieren, hat uns angeboten unser Gepäck aufzubewahren und uns einen Roller für die Tour zu den Wasserfällen angeboten)

Wir wurden mitten in der Nacht 1h lang von lautem Moschee Gebetsrufen geweckt, das Frühstück wurde um 7 Uhr ans Zimmer serviert, obwohl es erst auf 8 Uhr bestellt war, am Tag der Abreise war kein Englisch sprechendes Personal da, wir waren für die Vulkanwanderung dort und konnten unser Gepäck nicht dort lassen, weil wir nicht kommunizieren konnten

Propreté passable. Isolation sonore inexistante, l'appel à la prière ayant duré une bonne partie de la nuit. Les photos laissaient espérer un plus grand confort.

La vue sur la montagne.

L’une des chambres sentait mauvais. Dans l’une des salles de bain, pas de pression et donc peu d’eau pour se doucher correctement. Le personnel n’est pas désagréable mais ne parle pas anglais.

Sitio tranquilo para descansar y disfrutar de un ambiente de relax. El personal nos ayudó con recomendaciones de restaurantez, masajes, alquiler de scooters,... con gran amabilidad. El desayuno sencillo pero rico y lo pueden servir en la habitación o una zona chill con vistas al Rinjani

Está muy bien ubicado cerca de las oficinas del parque nacional pero las indicaciones para acceder no están muy claras (ni siquiera para googlemaps).

vu imprenable , pas loin de la route qui mene aux restos .. tele avec youtube et netflix pr se detendre apres une belle journée de sortie.

-les serviettes meritent d'etre changées -la salle de bain vetuste merite un coup de jeune ( elle paraitrai plus propre) -reveil pour moi tt les jours à 6h à cause de la lumiere des fenêtres superieurs 😫

La proximité avec le centre, les propriétaires sont gentils.

Les photos sont loin d’être la réalité, tout est très sale, le petit déjeuner en photo ne correspond pas, les interrupteurs, porte, lavabo, plein de coulures.. énormément de fourmi dans la chambre et SURTOUT un rongeur dans les murs toute la nuit

Great stay. The hotel is two minutes from the entrance to Mount Rinjani. Nearby, there are several Warungs (local eateries), a sports clothing store, and a supermarket. The views and the hotel's exterior are wonderful. The hotel is fine, although the bathroom is a bit older, but everything was clean. The breakfast was very good.

I had such a wonderful stay here and only wish I could have stayed longer. The location is absolutely perfect if you’re doing the Mt Rinjani hike – super convenient and stress-free. What truly made this place exceptional, though, was the staff. Their hospitality was beyond anything I expected. They were incredibly kind, genuine, and always ready to help with absolutely everything. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. You can really feel that they care about their guests, and that made all the difference. The breakfast was delicious, and the little houses were so cute, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing stay before or after the hike. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sembalun, especially if you’re hiking Mt Rinjani.

Sehr nettes Personal, wir durften nach der Rinjani Tour nochmals duschen, obwohl wir schon ausgecheckt hatten. Betten super bequem. Die Aussicht auf die Landschaft super schön, ruhig gelegen.

Das Zimmer war voller Ameisen und das WC war undicht. Das Abwasser floss in die Dusche bzw im kompletten Badezimmer, barfuß wollten man ungern das Zimmer betreten.

L'établissement est très simpa, authentique, avec vue imprenable sur le Rinjani. Le personnel est très gentil, nous a très bien accueilli, le petit déjeuner était très bon. L'établissement se trouve à -5min du bureau d'enregistrement pour l'ascension du Rinjani et proche du centre de Sembalum

Staff were very nice and breakfast was delicious. They need finer bug nets on windows and general cleaning up of bugs and bathroom did smell a bit as other reviews have said.

What a shame, because this place has so much potential. Our stay was disappointing. When we arrived, the room had clearly been sprayed with insecticide before our check-in but had not been properly cleaned afterwards, leaving large numbers of dead ants in the room. We understand that being in nature means seeing insects but this went far beyond that, with ants in the bed, above us and throughout the room. The accommodation also seems poorly built, with large gaps around the doors allowing insects and other animals to enter easily. Cleanliness was disappointing as well. The towels did not seem properly clean and were left to dry outside directly on the ground, which is not very hygienic. When we reported the issue, the owner came to inspect the room and simply swept some of the dead insects aside. Although he was very kind, he did not seem to fully understand why we were unhappy. We also requested to change rooms but the alternative room had a mattress with a very strong unpleasant smell. The staff on site were kind, smiling and did their best to help us despite some communication difficulties. The property itself has incredible potential, with a stunning view of Mount Rinjani, beautiful sunsets and strawberry farm right in front of the rooms where guests can pick strawberries during the season. The breakfast is quite simple, but good. The main issue is that the price is not at all aligned with the standard of accommodation and services being offered. There is a clear lack of maintenance and attention to detail. Hospitality is practically nonexistent. There is no real welcome on arrival, no introduction to the property and no informations provided to guests. As a short stop before or after a trek to Mount Rinjani, this accommodation may be suitable. However, after spending two nights here, the various issues became difficult to overlook. With better maintenance and management this could be a truly wonderful place.

L’hôtel est magnifiquement bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur le volcan. Les chambres sont d’une très bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner également convenable.

Il n’y a pas vraiment de réception, nous avons pas eu vraiment de contacts avec les gestionnaires.

Around the area someone burned some stuff. The door didn’t close probably so the bad air could go into the room – That’s the reason it was really sticky

Prijs-kwaliteit was heel goed, lieve mensen, dichtbij hikes in de buurt (bijv. Perghanasin Hill), heel lekker ontbijt, mooi uitzicht op de bergen, personeel ook heel behulpzaam.

Great place near the main street. Helpfull and nice people. We got to rent a scooter akd borrow head lamp for trekking. Clean room, good bed.

We stayed here for 1 night to base ourselves within walking distance of Pergasingan Hill, it was perfect for that. The staff were lovely and accommodating of our late check in and were very kind to organise our breakfast for after we returned and got ourselves showered.

Unfortunately the white bed sheets were stained and the room was filled with hundreds of ants in the bathroom, bedroom and sink. Many of these were already dead so it’s a shame the owners hadn’t done a check before we arrived. As we stayed during the wetter month of February, it was much cooler than usual months, however this also meant the room/property was very damp inside, the pillows, bed and towels were very damp smelling and by the morning so were our bags and clothes inside them. It may be different during higher/warmer seasons but also be aware there is no fan or air con in the property

Was a bit too small for us and our large suitcases. Car park was muddy and unsealed, and not ideal for wheeled suitcases Bathroom was slightly smelly. Sometimes the toilet didnt flush or took a while for the water to refill before you could flush.

Super accueil, hôte adorable ! La vue sur le volcan Rinjani était magnifique. Très pratique pour passer la nuit avant l’ascension, et on a pu louer un scooter facilement sur place.

Great place with its own strawberry field and an amazing view to the Rinjani. When we woke up, it was sunny and we could enjoy the view to the volcano from our beds. We spent only one night there, but would definitely recommend it. Cozy rooms and tasty breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed my 2 nights at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and organised scooter rental. The room is very comfortable. Hot water, duvet, kettle with tea & coffee, water, TV. There is a strawberry patch directly in front of the rooms. The included breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel is walking distance to Indomaret, ATMs and many local restaurants. I would happily return

Tempat bermalam di Sembalun yang cukup recommended. Kamar bersih dan wangi banget. Sempat skeptis karna lihat beberapa ulasan yang mengomentari tentang kamar mandinya yang kurang bersih/wangi tapi so far bersih dan wangi, thank you Rautani Sembalun. Btw nasi gorengnya enak👍🏻👍🏻 Penjaganya juga ramah sekali. Dan bisa petik strawberry sepuasnya (kalau lagi musim).

Tranquilo, limpio y personal amable y colaborador Nos facilitaron el traslado en coche a Kuta ( en esa zona y ese día imposible conseguir Grab o GOJEK pero nos buscaron un chofer que nos recogió y llevó a Kuta)
