Reviewed Aug 3, 2026thank you so much for such a wonderful and pleasant stay. 🤍 my family and i truly enjoyed every moment here, and this place definitely deserves all the stars. from the moment we checked in until we left, everything was such a lovely experience. the customer service was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. everyone was so kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. we had a small issue with the tv, and the staff came over almost immediately to help us and managed to fix everything. thank you so much for being so patient and accommodating. it really meant a lot to us. ❤️ the room was spotless, everything felt clean, well-maintained, and looked so new. the view was absolutely beautiful too. we were lucky enough to catch the sunset from our room, and it made the whole stay feel even more special. 🥹🌅 i also really appreciate how muslim-friendly this place is. they provided a prayer mat and even had the qibla direction clearly marked, which made it so convenient for us. being able to pray comfortably and then relax while enjoying the sunset view was such a peaceful feeling. 🥹🤍 thank you once again for the amazing hospitality. we truly felt welcomed throughout our stay, and we'll definitely be coming back again in the future. highly, highly recommended! ❤️✨

1. Facilities provided differs fr info stated by booking.com during booking. Only 2 large beds available, instead of 2 futon beds, 2 large beds. 2. High deposit (RM200). 3. Check in time too late (3pm) and check out time too early (11am). Request for early check in was declined. 4. Overall too expensive for what we got.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Value for money if with family vacations. Nice seaview and sunset because you pay more you get more views. Room and bathroom clean. Aircond cooled. Hot water functioning. Have Tv box entertainment. Room decoration and furniture are new and updated. The Host team is friendly and cooperative.
Leaking at car parking level 4 makes some watermarks on my car. The watermarks difficult to clean it, maybe acid water leaks from toilet or swimming pools at level 5. Buildings maintenance need to do something.

The building needs an upgrade. Parking at the entrance is the easiest and recommended.

Very old building, old units, bad toilet flush. First unit toilet flush was broken, unable to flush. Due to its 9pm, the host said not able to find someone to fix, so we had to change to another unit at 10pm.

No room service provided for our 4 nite stay compared to staying in a hotel room. Additional services others then provided, comes with additional chargers.

KK mart, mr diy, zus, mcd, marry brown just walking distance 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Maybe i’m not aware about this, please prepare extra money for security deposit. Need to transfer before checkin details given (Refundable after checkout) Maybe can simplified checkin method. I need to read few times to understand.
