I liked the hotel interior and rooms & bathroom were clean & comfortable. Have kitchen & microwave. The maintenance service was outstanding. The location is strategic & have shops around. Walk by to TF value, Dobby, Mcd & Marry Brown.

We parked car at level LG4. The was a wall leaking and the water was poured on my car. The water smells bad like urine. The parking area and the lift should be more cleaner. The lift Lobby at ground floor don't have light. It was dark. One of the lift floor has broken. The breakfast Per pack Rm 32 was too pricy for the varieties of food offered.

It’s very near with the beach. It’s easy to get some food from outside because the restaurants and market were very near with the hotel.

The room was not clean enough especially toilet.

Dekat dgn laut,banyak kedai makan berdekatan dgn hotel.banyak kedai di sekitar penginapan..senang nak beli barang keperluan...di hotel ada kolam renang..anak2 sy suka..dalam bilik hotel ada bnyak kemudahan air cond,peti ais,microwave,sterika,semua berfungsi dgn baik.bagi sy sesuai utk yg sudah berkeluarga...mgkin kalau ke pd sy akan repeat lagi utk bermalam di hotel ini...

What I didn't like about the hotel was the view. My room was facing the shops instead of the sea. Even from the bed, all I could see were the shops, not the ocean. But overall, everything else was okay.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned and was very dusty upon arrival. The air conditioner remote had no batteries, and even after getting it to work, the air conditioner was not cooling properly. The breakfast experience was even worse. The dining area was flooded with crows that constantly flew around and even tried to attack guests while they were eating. It was extremely unhygienic, uncomfortable, and disturbing. The swimming pool was also unpleasant. Some guests were not following the pool attire rules, and it appeared the hotel staff did not enforce them. As a result, the pool had a very unpleasant smell, making it an uncomfortable experience. Overall, the poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, poor hygiene, and inadequate management made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed.

-Piscine immense et propre -salle de sport bien équipé et entretenue -personnel très gentil et ultra réactif quand vous avez besoin de quelque chose dans votre chambre via what ap -petit déjeuner délicieux -chambre super confortable et spacieuse -plus de 6 ascenseur dispersé dans le bâtiment pour monter rapidement a sa chambre -super bien placé sur port dickson -une plage privé bien sympa (quand il n'y a pas de crocodile dans l'eau Bref je recommande , très bon établissement

The room spacious, the cleanliness, the cool airconditioning,the view by the corridor

1. Dont have mini shop at the lobby 2. Put the mirror just in the bathroom and behind the door of the wardrobe. Should put the bigger mirror at the living room/at the wall in the room. 3. Only put 2 sachets of each coffee and tea. Should put 3 or 4. Becoz I book 4 adults.

I think this is my first and last time checking in here. The hotel was really terrible. There are 3 lifts, but only 1 was working. Imagine going up and down five floors carrying big bags, holding a baby, and pushing a stroller at the same time. The swimming pool was dirty and clearly not maintained. If there was a -0 rating, I would definitely give it -0.

Room view is nice

Only 1 lift is function, very inconvenient to go up and down. Parking lot was the houses of crow. Everywhere is crow's shit. Car park also part of the hotel store, not well maintain, very dirty.

My second time repeated stay here. Im love it. Staff so friendly and the view is amazing. I love the sea view, make sure booking for sea view. Lovee it. One more thing hotel near to restaurant and so many store

Long queue during check in (in view of only one staff was doing all the work. Unfortunately, to go from one side of the buidling to another (by walking and had to use 2 different lifts) was a disservice to the guests. No bell boy service and only one lift is working at the hotel building. It was a really bad experience for my family

The room was convenient, and the staff were so, so nice to us.

The water heater was not working properly and the water pressure from the shower was very poor. The TV was just a basic TV, even though the hotel listed a screen/TV as part of the facilities — we couldn’t use YouTube as expected. They also mentioned free Wi-Fi, but we were unable to access it during our stay. The lift was in very bad condition as well. Overall, we feel the stay was not worth the money. Not recommend 😭

The location is good.

The hotel facilities is too bad. For the hotel in front of the beach, they only have 1 working elevator for each block! The elevator is also small so imagine the waiting time just to go down or up.
