A 15 minutos andando de la entrada Este del parque Zhangjiajie, personal muy amable, puedes lavar la ropa gratis

Zeer goede locatie, service en lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Ook was de kamer fijn en schoon.

Enige min punt van de kamer was dat de douche vol liep met water. Waarschijnlijk een verstopping. Ook heb je weinig beenruimte op de wc dus moet je iets anders zitten.

Ubicación cerca de la estacion de autobuses, a unos 10 minutos de la calle comercial y a unos 15 de la puerta este. Desayuno correcto con opciones chinas y occidentales. El personal no habla ingles, pero se apaña muy bien con un traductor. Nos ayudaron a reservar las entradas para el parque natural. Tienen servicio de lavandería sin coste y también puedes servirte sin costes bebidas y helados de una nevera de la recepción.

Las camas un pelin duras. Nos hubiera gustado que el horario del servicio de desayuno fuera un poco mas amplio (a las 8:30 terminaba)

Расположение супер для посещения гор Аватар.Всего 15мин пешком до восточных ворот.Номер очень чистый,бельё и полотенца белоснежные.Завтрак скромный,но сытный.Рядом много мест для перекуса.И всё это за невысокую цену.Даже была прачечная бесплатная и место для сушки белья имелось.

Solo tener en cuenta que el desayuno es de 6:30 a 8:30, y si quieres entrar en el parque a primera hora (6:30), no te daría tiempo a desayunar antes.

Personale gentile, attento e molto disponibile, quando siamo andati via ci sono stati dati degli snack per il viaggio, un gesto davvero carino. A disposizione degli ospiti bottiglie d acqua fresca tutto il giorno.La posizione è ottima per raggiungere a 10min di cammino l'ingresso Est del parco Nazionale e riuscendo ad arrivarci prestissimo senza trovare confusione. Nelle vicinanze tanti negozi, ristoranti e centri massaggi.

La mancanza di un piccolo frigo in camera per mettere qualcosa in fresco, la mancanza di una mensola nel bagno per poggiare i prodotti. Strana l idea delle pareti del bagno di vetro, anche se smerigliato in parte.

Los dueños del hotel encantadores, estuvieron volcados para ayudarnos, incluso nos acompañaron hasta la puerta del teatro y nos ayudaron a conseguir un taxi para salir de la zona.

Nuestra habitación tenía el colchón directamente en el suelo. Aunque era un colchón grueso resultaba algo duro.

Su ubicación, a 10 minutos a pie de la entrada al parque. La dueña que intenta ayudarte en todo y los helados y refrescos gratis siempre que quieras, todo un detalle para el calor que hace.

El baño es súper incómodo. Cater súper estrecho con una pared en frente que casi no caben las piernas y en el mismo sitio que la ducha y sin separación, por lo que cuando te duchas se moja todo.

Great location, close to Old Town and 15-min walk to the national park. Good breakfast, with eggs and noodle soup freshly made on request. The rooms are amazing, looks like they were renovated recently. Very comfy, lots of storage space. You can use the laundry machine, although there is no dryer ! You can air-dry though. Water bottles available at reception for free, a nice touch.

The common areas aren’t as nice as the pictures, and smell a little bit of wet dog (which makes sense as there is an adorable labrador living here). Would love some actual coffee at breakfast, not just packets of instant coffee !

Хозяйка отеля и сотрудники очень приветливы и гостеприимны. Нам помогли с трансфером в отель и из отеля. Хозяйка так же проводила нас до магазина, чтобы мы смогли купить новый чемодан, когда наш сломался. Завтрак был очень вкусным. Нас угощали домашней сливой и в отеле всегда были комплименты от отеля в виде напитков и снеков, что очень мило. Отель находится в 15 минутах пешком от восточных ворот в парк с глрами из фильма аватар, но мы ездили на такси всего за несколько минут и очень дешево, чтобы сберечь силы на сам парк. Все было замечательно!

La amabilidad del personal, saltando las barreras del idioma (tecnología mediante) nos ayudaron para todo lo que podíamos necesitar. Además está a pocos minutos, a pie, de la entrada Este del Parque Nacional Zhangjiajie y de una zona muy pintoresca de la localidad. Tiene varios lavarropas y lugar de secado natural (bajo techo) a disposición de los huéspedes. También hay una heladera con agua y gaseosas y un freezer con snacks para servirse a discreción.

The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was exceptionally high quality. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, personally escorting us to show us places rather than just giving directions. Great value for money. Being near to the bus station the location was good. Breakfast was very good.

Booking.com needs to update the indicated location on their map. The written address is correct but it's in the wrong place on the map.

La signora che gestisce l'hotel è sjmpaticissima, gentilissima e disponibilissima, attraverso un dittofono parla tutte le lingue, italiano compreso. Ci ha dato molti suggerimenti e ci ha concesso la colazione presto, visto che avevamo l'entrata al parco alle 6.30. Hotel pulito, ottima colazione e posizione perfetta per visitare tutto!

Das Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend sowie hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer und das Frühstück sind in Ordnung.

Die Feuchtigkeit im Bad ist sehr hoch und die Lüftung hat kaum funktioniert, sodass die Handtücher nie trocken waren.

Absolutely amazing experience. Owner helped us to get discount for many tickets to several major attractions. We were met at airport and driven to hotel. Breakfast was simple and nice. Rooms are warm and comfortable. Showers are hot the way we like them. We got so much help with itineraries and tickets it is simply outstanding. Owner has translation device that translate in real time to whatever language you want. We were family of 5 from 11yo to 68yo and we had two rooms and I would stay in this place again.

The owner was so kind and attentive going above and beyond to make it a great stay. When my travel plans changed last minute and I needed to extend my stay she was able to give me the same room and a later check out time to accommodate this which I was so grateful for. The room was clean, spacious and amazing value for what you pay. The location of the hotel is perfect with a 15/20 minute walk to the east entrance and a short Didi ride to the Grand Canyon. The owner organised park tickets and provided a map and explanation of the route which was super helpful for a first time visit. I would absolutely recommend staying here for a visit to Zhangjiajie.

L’hotel est bien situé, 15 min à pied de l’entrée EST du parc, nous avons booké directement les billets avec l’hôtel. Ça ne parle pas anglais, mais nous avons toujours réussi à nous faire comprendre et les personnes qui étaient là étaient vraiment gentilles. Nous avons eu droit à un petit sac de snacks à notre départ et j’ai trouvé cette attention très mignonne ! Les petits déjeuners sont simples mais bons ! Pas mal de restau aux alentours de l’hôtel très bon et pas chers ainsi que le night market !

Clean Room, good location and decent breakfast. The Lady owner at the reception made all efforts to guide us sincerely making good use of her translator device.

No views of the mountains in the vicinity from the room we were in...

It rained on the days we were in town, and the innkeeper Li (a retired teacher) was most friendly and helpful in tweaking our daily plans and giving us recommendations on things to do based on the weather for the day. 10/10 for her resourcefulness too - the water heater main burst on one of the nights and flooded the lobby, and she managed to get someone to fix the pipe fixed within an hour. And there's free ice cream in the lobby - the green bean bar was so good!

The shower did not have its own cubicle, so the bathroom floor was wet most of the time. Room heating could have been a little warmer on the coldest nights, though the blankets were more than sufficient.

Мы приехали утром и нас без проблем заселили (хотя заселение с 14.00 часов) нам предложили завтрак сразу, это было очень кстати. Номера чистые, просторные, подушки тоже удобные. Всё было прекрасно!

La señora que nos atendió en recepción. Fue increíblemente amable, nos ayudó a gestionar las entradas del parque y el traslado a la estación. Resolvió todas nuestras preguntas, no habla inglés pero con traductor nos entendimos perfectamente. Le estamos muy agradecidas por su atención durante nuestra estancia.

La habitación es muy básica, si llevas maleta grande resulta incómoda porque no hay espacio para poder ubicarla. El baño es muy pequeño y resulta un poco desatendido en cuanto a acabados y limpieza.

La amabilidad y atención del personal hace que te sientas cómodo en el ambiente. Aparte que brindan muchas comodidades sin costo como desayuno, almacenamiento de maletas y lavandería. Cómo dato extra al llegar a Wulingyuan nos perdimos y vinieron a recogernos sin costo adicional.

Hotel a pochi minuti a piedi dall’ingresso principale del parco nazionale. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e, pur non parlando una parola di inglese, è stato davvero facile comunicare con lei anche prima del nostro arrivo, rispondeva immediatamente ad ogni nostra domanda. Colazione disponibile dalle ore 6.30, comodo per chi programma l’ingresso al parco nella prima fascia oraria. Noi non ne abbiamo usufruito ma abbiamo visto che c’era anche la possibilità di usare la lavanderia gratuitamente. Assolutamente consigliato!

La padrona è meravigliosa, ci ha aiutato per qualunque dubbio o problema si è presentato. È possibile acquistare i tour direttamente da loro con la massima velocità. Consigliato.

Weak water pressure in the shower

What a location. You’re right beside the scenic area and just a 15 minute walk to the gates of Zhangjiajie! The first time you leave the hotel and come to see the views - it takes your breath away. The host is wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay - booking tickets, helping me to plan the next part of my china travel, and even walking me around the town to help me get my bearings on the first day. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have great aircon!

Servizio lavanderia perennemente occupato e poco fruibile, odore dai ristoranti proveniente dalla strada, 24/24h. Probabile consiglio di sostituire i letti, molto usati.

Hotel familiar cómodo y limpio. La Sra. de la recepción fue muy amable y nos facilitó la compra de las entradas para el parque nacional y también las del gran cañón a un precio inferior. Además nos indicó rutas para aprovechar al máximo el día y poder visitar las áreas del parque evitando colas. El desayuno era bueno. En la recepción había una nevera con helados para coger los que quisiéramos gratuitamente. Pudimos hacer la colada en una lavadora y tender en un área habilitada para ello. También nos dieron un detalle de despedida

Sería conveniente que hubiera más aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes. También convendría algo más de espacio para poder poner las maletas.

Hemos pasado un par de días en el alojamiento mientras visitábamos el parque de Zhangjiajie. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la estación de autobuses y de la entrada al parque. El trato ha sido excepcional con servicio de lavandería gratis, congelador con helados para coger cuando quieras, nos guardaron el equipaje y nos dejaron ducharnos por la tarde cuando ya habíamos hecho el check out sin ningún coste adicional, incluso nos dieron una bolsa con galletitas cuando nos fuimos! Sin duda una buena elección para visitar el parque!

La estancia fue maravillosa gracias, sobre todo, a la señora encargada, que es el alma del hotel. Siempre pendiente de los huéspedes, ayuda con todo, desde conseguir entradas para el parque hasta, en nuestro caso, acompañarnos personalmente a comprar una tarjeta SIM. Un gesto de gran generosidad que demuestra el cariño con el que trata a cada cliente. Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas, hay lavadora disponible (con detergente de regalo en el check-in) y se puede secar la ropa al aire libre en la azotea, algo muy práctico durante el viaje. El desayuno occidental incluido es variado, y como detalle encantador, ofrecen helados gratis para los clientes. Al despedirnos, incluso nos regalaron una bolsita con snacks para el camino. Sin duda, lo más valioso de este hotel es el calor humano que transmite. Más que un alojamiento, se siente como estar en casa.
