La localisation de l'hôtel, sa situation géographique est un accès par un petit passage entre 2 bâtiments est difficilement visible de par la rue malheureusement il a été difficile d'apercevoir l'hôtel mise à part la petite enseigne à l'extérieur.

Ottima posizione, buon rapporto qualità prezzo e colazione. Inoltre la struttura ci ha offerto parecchi servizi utili a turisti appena arrivati nel paese come una SIM e la possibilità di prenotare visite guidate direttamente da loro (ad es. Delta del Mekong...). La stanza disponeva di una grande finestra e aria condizionata. Abbiamo potuto lasciare anche le valigie custodite nella reception al nostro arrivo prima dell'orario di check-in e alla partenza dopo l'orario di check out.

Struttura un po' datata e senza ascensore. Fortunatamente avevamo solo zaini e non trolley, perché noi eravamo al terzo e ultimo piano.

Estaba en un sitio muy céntrico,pero a la vez muy tranquilo,el personal muy atento y muy amable.

Had to carry my luggage up 5 flights of stairs. I am a 60 year old grandfather and I have to say that was hard work carrying a 20 kg suitcase up a tights stairwell for 5 floors. No lift. Chair in room only had 3 working legs. A bar was right above my room and staff where moving furniture around at 2am. That went on for about 30 minutes. It was not possible to sleep as they were dragging furniture across the floor. Shower didn't work properly. Was booked in for 11 days. Left after 1 night. Staff were understanding about me wanting to leave.

The hotel is small but clean. And the staff are very nice and helpful

Petit-déjeuner trop simple et peu copieux à prendre dans leur 2ème établissement situé à une vingtaine de mètres dans la ruelle.

Parcourir à pied et avec les bagages une centaine de mètres avant d'arriver à l'hôtel situé dans une ruelle. Chambre située à l'étage sans ascenseur (on le savait): un seul personnel féminin pour porter les bagages. (on ne le savait pas). En conclusion, nous avons porté nos bagages.

Le prix et les photos correspondent à la réalité. Le personnel tres accueillant et literie confortable.

Emplacement tres bruyant proche des boites de nuit mais cela est mentionnédans l'annonce, , pas de ménage fait dans la chambre peut etre pas prévus dans les prestations, petit déjeuner industriel personnellement jai pris une seul fois le petit déjeuner apres c'était dehors. Attention ⚠️ les fenêtres donne sur un mur pas de réel balcon.

Really liked the stay overall. The location is unbeatable if you want to explore District 1. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. There was a bit of noise from the street at night, but that’s expected in this area. Staff were polite and helpful throughout. Good choice for the price.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz der lebhaften Umgebung konnte man sich gut erholen. Ein solides und empfehlenswertes Hotel in Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt.

La ubicación.

No tiene ascensor. Las operaciones diarias las llevan genial. No obstante el servicio en necesidades extras fallan mucho. Me explico: dejamos una power bank en recepción, con la aprobación previa del staff de la tarde. Por la noche, al llegar de nuevo al hotel, la solicitamos y nos dijeron que no habíamos dejado nada. Pedimos por favor que buscase bien al personal de la noche. No hizo ni amago de buscar, ni tan siquiera nos quiso ayudar. Nos dijo que el chico que estaba de tarde, ya estaba durmiendo. Cuando nos enfadamos, llamó a su compañero (estaba despierto y en el hotel que tienen a unos pasos) y voila, estaba en el cajón que se negó que buscásemos. Otro pero, sin muchos problemas, es que te obliguen a descalzarse. No tienen zapatillas de todas las tallas y es incómodo caminar descalzo obligado.

Отель расположен в самом центре города, везде можно дойти пешком. Сотрудники очень вежливые, отзывчивые и дружелюбные! В номере было чисто, кондиционер работал! Душ работал, горячая вода была. Читайте внимательно! Номера без окон!!!

Завтраки не сытные: одно яйцо, багет, немного овощей и напиток.

There was nothing to like about the Cozy Hotel.

We arrived at the Cozy and were told no booking had ever been made, that we had been victim of a scam. We aquired other accommodation.

Changement de chambre à l'arrivée car au 5ème étage, sans avoir rien demandé .. Malheureusement la nouvelle chambre, RdC en face de l'hôtel, derrière le salon de massage, était très bruyante. Donnait sur une ruelle, sentait un peu le moisi et impossible de faire le noir, car porte d'entrée un peu vitrée. Dommage, ça partait d' une bonne intention, pour nous éviter sans doute trop de marches à monter mais la chambre n'était pas agréable. Pas de ménage fait durant le séjour, sauf 1 fois car nous avons demandé. Petit déjeuner correct mais peu varié, convient parfaitement pour un court séjour.

Peu de bruit. Personnel serviable. Plein centre ville.

Manque d'ascenseur pour monter les valises aux étages supérieures.

W łazience standard czystości na pewno nie europejski, ale w porządku bez tragedii i problemów.

Erinomainen sijainti, siisti tilava huone, maittava aamiainen, ei meteliä vaikka oltiin ihan keskustassa. Mukava, auttavainen henkilökunta.

Ilmastointi oli hieman alitehoinen.

Great location in the middle of district 1 - amongst the bars and restaurants but not noisy at night. Room was spacious enough but booked a deluxe double and it had a set of bunk beds in the room which weren’t necessary.

Breakfast wasn’t great and limited options. There is no elevator so the hike up the floors was hard work. It’s down an alley which can’t be reached by car, it’s only a 2 minute walk but could be an issue for some people.

Det var ett annorlunda hotell på en liten smal gata, det kändes äventyrligt. Frukosten var ok och personalen hjälpsam och trevlig.

Det var en sjuk brant trappa nästan stege till rummet och sängen var stenhård så sömnen blev inte den bästa

The location was the good part. Being close to a lot of places at a walkable distance & eateries open almost entire night, although it’s located in a dingy narrow lane, which might be a turn off for some of us!

The room selected & paid for by us was never given. We were told all categories of rooms are same & your choice of room as shown in the pictures/ description is not available. Instead of getting a deluxe room with a view/ balcony, we were given a box room without even a window. The mugs were not clean, lights in the bathroom were fused, the drainage was not clear, the basin pipe was leaking below.

I had a deluxe room, which had a balcony, with a view of the neighbors' apartments. We were asked to take off our shoes at the entrance to the hotel, so a strong point of the hotel is cleanliness

The hotel is located on a street perpendicular to Buen Viet street, so until 5 am we heard music from the bars on this street. The dining room is located in the lobby of the reception.

Super réceptionnistes et équipe de ménage et de la cuisine, bonne ambiance, l' hôtel est situé à 100 mètres de la rue festive mais au calme. On a adoré notre séjour dans cette ville et le bon rapport qualité-prix de ce lieu. Merci!!! Et bon petit déjeuner

Отель расположен на самой увеселительной улице Хошимина(как Сойковбой в Бангкоке, кто понимает про что я). Рядом есть магазины и дешевые закусочные. Лифта нет. Розетки наши европейские.Кондиционер работает не шумно. Завтраки на выбор по заказу. Есть муравьи, но они не мешают и только если вы набросали крошек.Холодильник, фен, чайник.

Нужно больше одноразовых пакетиков с кофе и чаем на выбор.

Nous avons aime la proximité de toutes les attractions. Beaucoup de choix de restaurants aux alentours. Le personnel est très gentil. Nous avons demandé de faire laver nos vêtements, c’est un service très apprécié. Nous avons eu plusieurs options pour le petit-déjeuner, c’était très bien!

Nothing for the price

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was ideal and everything was super clean. Breakfast was pretty cool as well.

Hard to get hot water. And a very loud bar/restaurant under the windows with super loud music until 10pm I believe. Hard to stand when you had a long day.

The location of as very good. The 2 young men at reception we very welcoming and accomodating. Nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile. Good simple breakfasts. It is very close to the party street but had no issue with noise.

Заранее взяли подтверждение с отеля что заезд ранним утром, забронировали номер на сутки раньше. По приезду отель попросту был закрыт! Поэтому насколько он хорош/плох мы не знаем!

The rain

Received a lovely friendly welcome each time you arrived. Felt very safe and the location was excellent. Close to the backpackers area so you get cheap restaurants and bars but you're not bothered by the noise at all because you're tucked away down a lane. Good air conditioning, loads of hot water and comfortable beds.
