Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer waren sauber und Lage sogar trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zur Bui Vien Street sehr ruhig. Wir durften uns Gepäck sogar eine weitere Nacht dort lagern und nochmal kostenlos duschen! Wasserspender gibt es auch. Gerne wieder! 😊

Отличное расположение отеля, все главные достопримечательности поблизости, комнаткая маленькая, но вполне себе неплохая, для переночевать самое то, есть практически все необходимые принадлежности. Хозяйка вообще замечательная женщина, разрешила заселиться сильно пораньше

Самый главный недостаток ВСЕХ отелей - отсутствие ПРОКЛАДОК, а это извините, как и туалетная бумага, вещь первой необходимости. Если у хозяйки будет возможность хотя бы по штучке добавлять в косметические принадлежности, хотя бы самые дешевые, что бы в них тупо до магазина можно было добежать, этому отелю вообще не будет цены, кроме 1000000🌟 Еще один прям уж сильный минус, очень плохие жалюзи, солнце светит ужас, спать невозможно

Muy escondido mal vecindario

El tamaño de la habitación estaba bien, la ducha era buena y era bastante silenciosa. La cama era cómoda.

La propietaria no era muy simpática.

La habitación era pequeña y se escuchaba bastante ruido procedente de la zona de fiesta. La propietaria no era muy amable.

Barato y cumple con los requisitos muy muy básicos para dormir. No lo recomendaría para más de una noche

No se parece a las fotos publicadas… Nos hicieron pagar en efectivo. No hay ascensor. El baño estaba viejo, sin plato de ducha, con agujero en el marco de la puerta de donde salieron varias cucarachas por las noches. Necesita reforma. Las toallas y las sábanas “limpias” tenían un montón de manchas. Otras reviews dicen que no escuchaban ruido pero al estar al lado de la calle de fiesta nosotros pudimos escuchar las 3 noches ruido hasta las 3am. El olor era muy malo, y sobre todo… el camino para llegar al hotel atraviesa un callejón bastante sucio, con gente viviendo en pésimas condiciones (un poco un resumen de la ciudad como tal también, pero la zona del ayuntamiento no era así).

Struttura a due passi dalla Bui Vien, walking street di Ho Chi Minh city, all’interno dei classici vicoli della città.

Camera e bagno particolarmente piccoli, il bagno è molto ridotto. Va bene per un paio di giorni.

The cleanliness

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer ist klein aber für kurze Aufenthalte perfekt. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitengasse der Partystrasse, es ist gut beschildert und einfach zu finden. Die Unterkunft ist eher neuer und die Einrichtung wunderbar.

Motten im Zimmer. Das Treppenhaus darf nur mit Socken betreten werden, die Treppe ist eine schmale, polierte und somit rutschige Granit Treppe. Kleinere Flecken auf der Bettwäsche.

I truly enjoyed it, it was accessible but far away from the nocturnal noise, the lady and staff very friendly and helpful they recommended me a small size all day tour and it was excellent !!! I would stay there again !

Η περιοχή ήταν στο κέντρο κοντά στον κύριο πεζόδρομο της πόλης όπου από το απόγευμα γίνονταν σώου με τέρμα μουσική. Εμείς είμασταν πολύ κουρασμένοι όταν επιστρεφαμε στο δωμάτιο και δεν ενοχληθηκαμε ιδιαίτερα. Τρεις όροφοι χωρίς ασανσέρ τεράστιο πρόβλημα

Εξαιρετικά μικρό το δωμάτιο, χωρίς ντουλάπα ή κάποιον άλλο τρόπο να τακτοποιήσεις ρούχα. Χωρίς καρέκλα το μικρό ψυγείο όμως ήταν πολύ χρήσιμο.

Very cheap and good location. The owners/staff were very helpful.

The entry lane is a bit sus. And there is no elevator.

Staff were extremely helpful and arranged a taxi for me to go to airport which made me feel extremely safe

I liked everything about it, the only thing I was challenged with was that I was on the 4th floor, its literally 70 steps straight up, but my thighs look ripped now so win win haha

There was a small hole in the wall behind the locker which ants came in (due to us having food) but we got spray and that was not a problem after night one.

The receptionist can understand English and are very nice. Room is decent with TV that can connect to the wifi so you can use Youtube. Bathrooms are small but it was enough for me. There are lots of place to eat around the neighbourhood that is why i will stay here again. Sachet of shampoo and barsoaps are provided. Toothbrush and toothpaste also are provided. Drinking water is free and there is a despenser downstairs where you can refill your water bottles.

初めて訪れる際には、ちょっと場所が分かり辛いですが、ブイビエン通りに極めて近く、慣れてしまえば素晴らしいロケーションです。ブイビエン通りの喧騒がうるさいと書いている方もいますが、よほど神経質でなければほとんど問題ありません。 部屋は結構狭いですが、とても清潔感があるので、料金を考慮すると非常にコストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。

家族経営の宿ですが、女性店主と娘さんたちはあまり愛想はよくありません。ただ基本的には親切なので、こちらからの質問等に関しては適切に対応してもらえます。 あと、階段が非常に狭いので、大きなスーツケースを持っている方は注意が必要です。

L’emplacement, le confort et le calme même en plein centre de HCMV. L’accueil était bien et en bonus vous avez accès à de l’eau gratuite à l’entrée ce qui fait la différence au Vietnam

The hotel owner is a very cruel and deceitful person. I booked two beds for three people online. When we arrived, she insisted we stay on the first floor, saying my room was on the fourth floor, but there was no elevator. I said that was okay. Then she said the room was too small to stay in. She showed me a picture. It took her a long time to find the picture. After finding it, I said it was fine. But then she said, "It seems the air conditioner is broken, I'll go check if it's fixed." And she spent 10 seconds going up and down to check the air conditioner on the fourth floor. When she came back down, she said the air conditioner wasn't fixed yet. I asked if there was a fan. She said no. She said that because she thought I would accept staying on the first floor for 600,000 dong instead of 400,000 dong on the fourth floor. I said I wouldn't rent it anymore. And then she turned around and cursed at me and my husband. She said I was marrying a foreigner but didn't even have 200,000 dong. I don't remember exactly what she said, but she dragged my husband into it. Then she yelled at me for booking a room for two people but now there are three. I told her I clearly booked for three. She went to the neighbor's house and continued yelling at me so they could hear. I said who I marry is my business. She said, "Stop talking so much." Then she brought up my luggage. I had so much stuff. Meanwhile, her hotel address was deep in an alley. The road was very narrow. My husband and I had a hard time pushing the baby and dragging the luggage to her house. Then we had to drag it back and listen to her constant yelling. . She insulted us after failing to get any information from us. I wanted to report her to the police, but I didn't have much time.

L'hôtel ne correspond pas du tout à la photo nous sommes dans la partie la plus bruyante le Saigon

We had everything we wanted for a comfortable short stay. The host was kind to allow us to check-in early in the morning as we arrived around 7am to HCMC. The bed was comfortable, the room is well-equipped with the basics.

We could hear a bit of noise from the party street overnight, as the hostel is in a small alley near the main party area of HCMC. But with earplugs we were just fine.

After reading the review which are a missing and hits, I came with open minded that it could miss my expectations or disgust me, so I read the owner's disclaimers on what they provided or dun and yes, the owner was true to their advertisers information, all were correct No lift and only a narrow staircase like all Fremch style old Vietnamese buildings Room walking space was a tab small and mattress abit old but room is kept clean, have plenty of single use tooth brush, shower foam and shampoos, air-con was working well All the basic for the low price it charge me, VND$405,000

Labels in Vietnamese which are the body foam and shower foams as only body foam is label in English and it smell bad, took the Mint flavour as body foam when I am unsure if it's only a shampoo instead, Lol, 😅🤣 Saw that door will lock at 12am, though they will open if U rang the bell but dun wana to disturb the owneror light sleepes, so rush back

Leider nur dass das Zimmer modern war

Leider viel. Lage in einer Sackgasse im Viertel mit engen Gassen. Die erste Unterkunft wo man die Schuhe am Haustor ausziehen muss. Kein Lift und die Treppen so eng, das man kaum den Koffer rauf bekommt. Das Zimmer so klein, das man keinen Platz für den Koffer hat. Am meisten hat mich gestört, dass es keine Vorhänge bei den Fenster gab. Also wirst du bei Sonnenaufgang wach, wenn die Putzfrau dich nicht schon vorher am Gang durch die Geräusche aufgeweckt hat. Das Bad sehr klein und kaum Wasserdruck

Alojamiento cómodo y con personal muy amable. La cama es súper cómoda y el aire acondicionado funcionó perfectamente. Al encontrarse en un callejón, era bastante silencioso.

Osoblje je zaista divno. Jako je cist hostel I uredan. Nalazi se na super lokaciji. Odnos cena/kvalitet je jako zadovoljavajuc. Cisto informativno nalazi se pored ulice gde je mnogo diskoteka, ko zeli provod, ali muzika se cuje minimalno za onog ko zeli ranije da zaspi. Nema lift, Ali Moja baka zeli da naglasi da to ne predstavlja nikakav problem. Generalno jako smo zadovoljni. Topla preporuka

Chambre un peu petite mais très fonctionnel. Très propre et très bien situé.

Private room with tho seperate big beds and a nice bathroom and fridge. It was near the famous walking street, but it was still not noisy in our room. You only heard it a little bit. It was a good value for the money.

There is no elevator, but we knew this already. So it was not really a problem for us. The room was quite small and not many space to put our stuff but manageable!

La struttura purtroppo corrisponde poco a ciò che viene mostrato nelle immagini: gli spazi risultano molto più piccoli di quanto sembri dalle foto, soprattutto il bagno, che è davvero ridotto. Inoltre, appena si apre la doccia l’acqua tende ad allagare rapidamente tutto il pavimento, rendendo l’utilizzo poco pratico. Nel complesso, l’impressione è che le immagini della struttura risultino più favorevoli rispetto alla realtà. Detto questo, il prezzo è molto contenuto e per una permanenza di una o due notti può comunque essere una soluzione fattibile. Per raggiungere la struttura si passa attraverso viuzze molto “caratteristiche”, ma in fondo il Vietnam è anche questo!
