Location is great
The unit itself is very pleasing to the eye and would make you feel relaxed and chill. The view of the lake is perfect, the top reason why I love it there. Contact person - Ms. Lycet, is very accommodating. She's very nice and assisted us with everything we need to know about the place. We'd definitely go back.
AC is okay, we just need it colder.
Thank you so much for a wonderful 2 days staycation. What you see is what you get. The room was so nice, classy, clean, well-maintained, Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, from essentials to little extras that made the experience even better. The Owner as well the caretaker Miss Lycet was so kind and no hustle communicating. We will truly come back, highly recommended.
Nice view
Got brownout
Location was great. Very comportable bed and with the breath taking view of the taal from the balcony.
The sliding door to the balcony can easily be opened. The lock was not very secured as we have a toddler with us. He keep opening it, very dangerous for toddlers. Other than that everything was great.
Love the lake view! The place was overall clean, the interior looked nice and the caretaker of the unit was friendly. The location was also good, near the city proper and lots of food establishments near.
Parking fee was separate from the booking payment. Paid 500 pesos each night, children below 1 year old are still considered in the number of people allowed so we had to pay for the penalty fee for having 4 adults and an infant. The shower drain was also clogged when we used it but thankfully the caretaker fixed it for us.
The room was very nice, very clean and homy.
Location, cozy,
The smell of the room, sticky floor
Good
Put Shower enclosure
The view of the Taal Volcano.
I recommend them to place a shower curtain to keep the toilet floor dry. The toilet floor is high risk of getting fall. No soap and shampoo available. There’s a dispenser and they added water that’s looks like shampoo. The shower curtain has been previously complained as stated by previous customers.
It was good and relaxing however the stuffs for kitchen such as utensils were not clean.
Asking for deposits. Paid already. It was stated that the parking was free. But when we arrived, there was a charge of P500. Please let the customer know everything so we are fully informed and aware of the rules.
Central.
Apartment was dirty. Insects, cockroaches in the cabinets.
Clean hotel and very comfortable. Ideal location in Tagaytay. The space is quite small but not an issue for a short stay. During our stay though the caretaker requested to come inside the property to get some bedsheets. Very strange. We only stayed for 2 nights so unsure why they couldn’t have waited til our check out. There’s also no complimentary water bottles or coffee/tea which is a bit annoying even though they have a sign to ‘enjoy the complimentary items’ that didn’t exist.
great balcony view overlooking taal lake & volcano beds super comfy large enough for family of 5 and even an extra mattress if needed.
little details which could have made stay much better - no hand towels in the bathroom and the smell of disinfectant was overpowering; no towels to dry the utensils; no tea bags for tea-lovers like me; reception staff not friendly.
What you see is what you get! The unit is so nice, you get the best of Tagaytay with a homey and hotel vibe. Would add this property as my go-to staycation. Ms. Lycet, the one who assisted us was so charming and friendly! Good vibes!
Nothing! But a heads up if you are sensitive to or you get bothered by noise, you could hear the traffic all the way up the unit. The elevator is another problem but it’s a popular staycation building, so that’s expected.
The interior! The bed and the view
We had a wonderful stay. The view was amazing and we loved every minute of it. The host and caretaker were very pleasant to deal with.
Facilities are complete with a nice beautiful view of Taal volcano. Entertainment tools are available, such as fast Internet, board games, Video games, you can also use their videoke ril 10pm. There are restaurants nearby area. The caretaker was accommodating and alw ays available in case there are queries.
Late checkin, though its just 30 minutes. However when we called the caretaker around, past 3, they're still fixing the room which they could've done earlier since checkout time is 12pm. Apart from this, everything is okay.
The bed sheet is not clean
The unit is truly a wow from the bed, dining and kitchen to the view of Taal. The chinaware provided is also nice and the TV is so huge with Netflix and nice interior, complete with varied storages. It is like a hotel settings and the lighting, wall display added to the whole beauty of the unit.
1) The shower room has a limitation. No glass door so whenever you take a shower, the water accumulates on the floor beside the toilet bowl and bathroom sink. I hope they'll put a basic floor swiper to keep the floor dry as an interim if installing a glass door is not feasible due to tight space. Or maybe, they can add a narrow glass door that you can slide all the way through the wall beside the toilet bowl( just relocate the tissue holder to the other side to accommodate the glass door). 2) The landlord has a policy stated in the booking details of Php1000 deposit once you check in, which is fine with me ( I paid with Gcash). However, the landlord did not honor their own policy when they stated that the moment you checked out you will get refunded for this deposit as long as that you did not break, caused any damage to the property/unit. My concern was that after the caretaker inspected and gave us a go signal that the room has been inspected and we're okay to check out ( we took utmost care of the unit to make sure it is intact when we check out), I was told that the deposit will be credited back to my Gcash account , and I will be notified once it's done. Unfortunately, the timing of crediting my refund was delayed (4 hours) and I had to escalate it to Booking.com to get the attention of the property owner after the caretaker said she did a follow up to the landlord but no response yet. It is odd for me crediting of the deposit got delayed and not real-time. I hope this gets straightened out soon and the landlord to revisit the refund process as it left a bad impression on me when we're talking about money here that landlord owed me after my stay and transaction.
NONE
ALL.
The whole place and the room itself.
Great view from the balcony room was really well decorated. The caretaker was great. She did a good job of helping us find her way around things.
Just small things, for example would be great to have some water available to drink. Plus, maybe take out one of the beds so there’s some more room but making it sofa couch pull out so that if you needed two beds it would be available. By the way many great amenities but you have to pay and there’s not a fitness center as far as weights, etc.
Good view, nice bed Kitchen with everything you need. Good fridge. Balcony with chairs.
Noisy neighbours No shower curtain/door
The room was very well maintained, and the decor is superb.
Nothing
The room itself is something I adore. It feels as though you're lodging in a hotel room. Additionally, you will be treated to a breathtaking view of Taal Lake.
Its nice and clean. Balcony has a view of taal.
The property is so beautiful and so relaxing. all is good
The bath room, the shower doesn’t have curtain.
Place was comfortable and clean. Had a good view and hot water for the shower
The residence took my passport for "security" purposes and I could only get it back after check out. This was the first time I had to give up my passport for "security" purposes. It was a Australian passport. I don't live in Philippines so I don't have any other form of ID I could give. Most of all, I don't recall seeing details regarding this on the booking. Additionally, there was a PHP 1000 (refundable) deposit required. Again, not on the booking details.
I like how it is so aesthetically pleasing. Cozy and warm feeling once you get in. It has the view facing the taal.
No parking space included - there is an additional ₱500 charge for the parking Security deposit of ₱1,000 was not advised, maybe they forgot.
None
They cancelled my booking 1hr before the actual checkin time due to their negligence and overbooking. The only compromise the host and booking.com can give is to suggest other options. Imagine this happening to your family with senior citizens and pregnant woman.
Nice and elegant looking room. The location is great because you can walk to almost anywhere. It's 2 min away from a shopping mall and 10 min away walking from Balay Dako which is an amazing spot to eat!
The toilet is always leaking and leaves a puddle on the floor and there's no shower curtain or door so whenever you take a shower, the floor gets wet all the time.
Good location. Phenomenal view. Comfortable beds. Responsive owner and caretaker. Clean. Netflix is provided. Internet/wifi is good enough and reliable for remote work. They also have board games and card games. They have complete equipment such as water heater, cooking tools, microwave, and ref.
I love the room itself. It’s like you’re staying in a hotel room. You will also have an awesome view of Taal lake. The room is clean, smells good, they provide you with free water, coffee and chips. They also have toiletries, bath robe and clean towels. The room is cold and they have big tv with netflix. They have complete kitchen utensils and appliances like refrigerator ,air fryer, rice cooker, microwave, pots and pans. CR is also clean with hand soap, blow dryer and heater. The bed is big, comfy and can fit 5 adults or 4 adults 2 child. They have extra bed that you can put on the floor too. I can’t say anything bad with the room itself.
Condo amenities: I just don’t like that the elevator during our stay did not work most of the time. It did work twice but the line was long. We need to use the stairs from 20th to basement twice. If you also need to go to thwart clubhouse, playground and pool you need to ride a free shuttle but you need to wait for too long as well.
