rien du point de vue de l'appartement seulement le fait de devoir mettre une caution de 250€ qui n'est pas mentionnée dans l'annonce avant la réservation (ou paiement unique de 25€) et que c'est bien la première fois qu'il y a une caution à donner sur booking! l'ampoule de la cuisine qui n'allait plus et aucune indication pour la remplacer mais cela arrive et ce n'est pas grave en soi, il serait bien d'en prévoir au cas où on devrait la remplacer.

Dans l'ensemble, tout était parfait. Nous avons aimé la décoration et l'emplacement de l'appartement.

Il est très difficile de trouver une place de parking et il manquait de la lumière dans la cuisine. Nous avons eu beaucoup de peine à cuisiner dans le noir.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen mit dem Rad auf dem Jakobsweg unterwegs. Die Unterkunft war in jeder Hinsicht ideal für uns! Problemloses Ein- und Auschecken, saubere Wohnung, super Einrichtung!

El piso es excelente, pero lamentablemente nuestra estancia coincidió con una ola de calor , y el piso no disponía de ventiladores (como es normal , fue una circustancia rara para esa zona y los pisos están preparados para el frio) . Y también señalar que aparque donde me dijo el anfitrión incluso le confirme con una foto y me dejaron una nota en el coche que si volvía a aparcarlo ahí tomarían medidas. como fue una sola noche pues no hubo mas problema .

Svært at finde noget, men mangler måske en elkedel.

E jättefin lägenhet , fanns det man behövde. Välstadad. Vi kom med tåg och det var bara 5 minuters promenad till lägenheten så för oss var läget perfekt.

Fanns ingen AC i lägenheten så den var väldigt varm, vi var där mitt i sommarvärmen !

Moderne und schön eingerichtete Wohnung, zentrale Lage nahe am Bahnhof, sehr komfortable und große Betten. Bettwäsche, Hand- sowie Badetücher im Preis mit inbegriffen, sehr angenehm. Große, gemütliche Couch mit einem großen Fernseher. Badezimmer ebenfalls in einer angenehmen Größe. Praktischer Self Check-Inn mittels Keybox am Eingang, privater Parkplatz in einem Innenhof ganz in der Nähe auch mittels Code-Eingabe zu erreichen. Sehr einfacher Kontakt zum Vermieter, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet.

Die Wohnung war eigentlich super und wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln. Leider war während unserer Übernachtung nachts gegen 2h auf einmal ein riesen Radau aus einer anderen Wohnung. Geschreie, herumfliegende Objekte haben uns aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Hierfür können die Vermieter jedoch nichts.

Logement spacieux, très confortable.

Logement impeccable décoré avec goût, très bien équipé et très bien situé. Les lits sont confortables les chambres sont grandes nous reviendrons.

Le seul petit bémol des personnes sont venues à minuit sonner a l'appartement. Il sont repartis immédiatement mais ça surprend, nous avons eu le droit aussi à des portes qui claquent une grande partie de la nuit.

The location is very convenient to the train station only a 5 min walk. There are 2 supermarkets within 3 to 5 min walks. There is a fabulous cafe at the end of the street. It was well set up with a comfortable lounge and had the best shower and towels we've used during our travels.

The apartment was still getting cleaned when we arrived but was sorted reasonably quickly. There was a broken glass light shade which was pretty dangerous and should've been removed. The pillows need replacing.

Deze accommodatie is gunstig gelegen; dicht bij het station en de tramlijn en dicht bij het park.

De muziek van de onderburen was goed hoorbaar. In de binnenkomsthal rook het niet fris.

Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut, sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während des Besuchs. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit dem Boiler, welches aber schnell gelöst wurde. Danke dafür. Die Lage ist sehr gut, 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof, und mit der Straßenbahn in die Stadt sind es auch nur 10 Minuten. Ein privater Parkplatz war 50 Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß und gut eingerichtet, sauber.

Alles war gut. Wenn es noch eine Waschmaschine gäbe, wäre es perfekt.

Большая хорошая квартира. Второй этаж. Есть маленький лифт. Хороший интерьер. В квартиру легко и просто попасть. На кухнн есть все необходимое.

Location is perfect for train travellers. The apartment is spacious, clean and convenient.

You can hear absolutely everything from the neighbors. Luckily there wasn't too much noise during our stay.

The apartment is in the nice location: close to the train station, park, the river and about 30 minutes to the center of Liege. It is nice and comfortable inside, the kitchen is well equipped. It's sufficient for 4 people (we travel: 2 adults and 2 kids). Private parking is a plus. The contact person always answered the phone and was helpfull.

The one thing I would recommend to provide is either vacuum cleaner or at least sweeping brush.

Beschreibung der Lage von Wohnung und Parkplatz war schwierig. Appartment befindet sich nicht in der Straße, wie die Unterkunft heißt, sondern in Parallelstraße. Parkplatz schlecht ausgeschildert (Schild mit "118", war so nicht beschrieben, muss man selber drauf kommen, dass dies der Parkplatz für die Hausnummer ist). Hat uns beim Check-In beides recht viel Zeit gekostet.

Très belle décoration, literie confortable, proche de la gare des Guillemins et pas trop de bruit malgré cette proximité. Parfait d avoir parking sécurisé.

Handige sleuteloverdracht met kastje! Mooi ingericht appartement! 2 slaapkamers met grote bedden, wat wij als vriendinnen erg fijn vonden. Een eigen slaapkamer!

Wat handig is om te weten dat iig op vrijdag de weg vrij druk was de hele nacht. Ik heb ook het raam moeten sluiten vanwege de wietlucht. Toilet had vieze schimmelplek. Alleen een diffuser geen fohn. Het was nog een aardig stuk lopen naar het centrum

Por poner algo negativo (porque no tengo nada) poca luz articial en cocina por la noche pero vamos que con la luz de la campana uno se apaña bien

Location was excellent and close to food and sites. 5 minute walk to Liege station. Apartment was very comfortable, modern and well equipped and perfect for up to 4 people.

We noticed that the area around the couch had not been cleaned in a long time. The host was very responsive to this and was going to talk to the cleaning company. We were lucky to have a car park a few doors down from us that the host told us about (after we enquired on parking situation), however the last day was very stressful and upsetting as we were confronted by a nearby resident and it turns out we had taken her spot. I contacted the host advising of this situation for future residents - clear instructions need to be left as to where people should be parking.

The apartment is ideally located – close to the train station and bus stops and not far from the center and the Meuse River. The host had made sure that we had coffee and tea. In addition, the apartment, which is tastefully furnished, was perfectly cleaned and refreshed. We had 4 nights there and felt like home. I recommend it to everyone who will ever visit Liege.

Clean, spacious, modern, comfortable

The flat was across the road from the main station in Liege. It appeared recently renovated and was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well appointed also. There were plenty of shops locally which was ideal. No issues to report.

This isn't a complaint. The flat is in a busy neighbourhood near the main train station. It can get busy at times as there is plenty of traffic and many bars and cafe's.

Close to the station, lovely interieur, totally equipped, balcony.
