Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Die Kontaktaufnahme war absolut problemlos und auf unseren Wunsch, nach einer Kaffeemaschine, wurde sofort eingegangen.
Das Kücheninventar war ein bisschen knapp bemessen. Es haben z.b Schneidebretter, Eierbeche und eine, Kaffeemaschine gefehlt.

- Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert; wenn man nachts das Fenster aufgemacht hat, war es ziemlich laut (normaler Lärm, nicht wegen lauten Nachbarn o.ä.) - TV hat nicht funktioniert - Keine Klobürste - geschmacklose Einrichtung

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Ho passato assieme alla mia famiglia due splendide settimane in questa struttura è più precisamente nell’appartamento Oslo. La struttura è molto pulita, ben attrezzata e lo staff sempre disponibile. Ho apprezzato il cambio settimanale delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani congiuntamente al lavaggio dei pavimenti. Il parcheggio è molto comodo e lo staff ci ha mostrato come raggiungere il posto assegnato.
Nulla. Un piccolo suggerimento è di ampliare il numero di foto per ogni appartamento.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026No toiletries, as listed on their amenities. No hand soap at any of the sinks, only a dispenser for body wash in the showers, one of which was empty. There were smears of dog feces on the bathroom floor, so the floor had not been mopped prior to our arrival.

Man muss unter der Woche in der Nacht die Fenster geschlossen halten ansonsten ist der Lärm aus dem Innenhof der durch Anlieferungen zur benachbarten Hotelerie und Gastronomie in der Früh entsteht schlaffraubend.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The property was spacious and clean with great amenities. Laundry facility in the unit was excellent. The apartment had a small AC unit which was much appreciated but with the heat during our visit we could have used two of them. Overall this is a great place to stay in Liege. We will definitely return but plan on coming during a cooler time of year.
Central air would have made the stay perfect.

I told you in the previous question what I did not like and here I can repeat this but why would I do this if you can read it here above. It is also quite nonsense to have to write so much.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026位置非常好，走出列日車站後左轉過對面馬路。從ibis hotel進去check in就可以。客廳餐廳非常大，設施很完善，有洗衣機烘衣機，碗盤鍋子也都齊全。樓下有carrefour超市可以採買。晚上熱水突然沒有，但服務人員迅速就來幫我處理好了。整體位置跟設施服務無可挑剔。
公寓裡沒有冷氣，夏天只好把窗戶打開，但因為在二樓，只要一樓貨車進貨或者有人講話都聽得一清二楚。棉被以夏天來講實在太厚了，沒有冷氣熱個半死。

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026The apartment was fabulous and absolutely massive! There was a separate shower room and separate toilet as well as the main bathroom. Laundry facilities were available and it was very easy to check in through the ibis. We had everything we needed for our overnight stay in the area.
The key card didn't work in the car park so we had to keep buzzing the reception desk at the ibis. Not an issue, but I'm sure it started to get a bit irritating for them.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt zentral am Bahnhof von Lüttich. Einchecken war bestens über das Hotel nebenan geregelt. Tiefgaragenplatz konnte man problemlos für 15 pro Nacht mitbuchen. Aufzug direkt bis in die entsprechende Etage. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Kalte Getränke standen im Kühlschrank.
Die Kaffeemaschine hat leider nicht funktioniert. Wlan funktioniert, wenn man weiß wo der Code ist. Leider liefen die Abflüsse sowohl in den Duschen als auch in den Waschbecken nicht gut ab.

Wir als deutsche Gäste hatten nur einen Sender und zwar SAT.1. Des Weiteren waren die Duschköpfe verkalkt. Im großen Bad mit der Badewanne war kein Seifenspender vorhanden sowie die Seife bei der Dusche war leer. Des Weiteren die Decken und Kissen aus Kunstfell sollten regelmäßig gereinigt werden, da sie unangenehm Rochen. Das Zimmer nahm den Raumduft von den Decken und Kissen an. Morgens war es teilweise sehr laut bei geöffneten Fenster.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026L’accueil pour l’appartement privé se faisait à l’Ibis voisin, où le personnel a été très sympathique, aussi bien à l’arrivée qu’au moment du départ. L’appartement était incroyable : spacieux, très bien équipé, avec une température parfaite, une propreté irréprochable et une literie très confortable. Le parking privé attribué à l’appartement est également un vrai plus. Tout était parfait.
À notre arrivée dans la rue de l’appartement, nous avons été abordés par une personne démunie qui a frappé à la vitre de notre voiture pour demander de l’argent, ce qui ne nous a pas mis très à l’aise.

À l'étage au-dessus de l'appartement, il semble qu'une entreprise soit en activité, où l'on déplace régulièrement des charges lourdes. Cela se passe dès le petit matin et parfois jusque tard dans la nuit. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, pensez à vous munir de bouchons d'oreille.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025As acomodações eram muito boas, tudo muito limpo, bonito e espaçoso. A cama era excelente. A cozinha era muito bem equipada. A decoração do apart era muito moderna e bonita.
Tive dificuldade de saber onde deveria receber as chaves. Tive que pegar no Hotel Ibis ao lado. Isso não estava claro. As acomodações estavam muito frias. Levei um bom tempo para descobrir como fazer para acionar o aquecimento.

Czekała na nas bardzo miła niespodzianka- zimne piwko i zimna woda:) a po długiej podróży to prawdziwy rarytas:) Parking przy sąsiednim hotelu, łatwe zameldowanie. Czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo i z pewnością wrócimy:)

No AC even thought it was advertised as having air conditioning. There was only one small portable and it blew out very hot air when AC mode was turned on. Very warm in the flat. With windows open, there was just too much outside noise.

Check-in was done at the Ibis desk located in the same building complex. The area surrounding the apartment has been re-developed and has several restaurants and a small grocery store on the same block. We attended a conference at the Palais de Congress, which was an easy walk down to the river and over the pedestrian bridge . The apartment was clean, well-equipped and spacious...perfect for an extended business trip.

Reviewed Oct 16, 202410 minutes walking distance from Liege-Guillemins station. Check-in at IBIS hotel next door. At the reception, Rose, was extremely helpful. A very comfortable and spacious apartment. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer.
