It’s quite new and model, nice interior design.

Need some time to locate the house since not familiar with the block sequence design along the street even you know the address, a little help by photo hunting among similar houses all over the area

This was the only reasonable property available on the Easter weekend. Little choice. However, the property was clean and tidy inside with basic furnishing.

The location was very basic. There were no views of the landscape of any kind. Just rows of upcoming cabin type housing units totally exposed to each other without any trees, shrubs or barriers. The windows didn't have any sheers. So either we shut the blinds completely. Or if we open them, the inside of the property was exposed to passerby and the neighbours.

The room is very new and clean, and the check-in experience is quite convenient.

There are still some stains that haven't been wiped clean on the cabinets, but fortunately, the overall condition is acceptable.

The place was neat, huge shower, spaceous bedroom with comfort bed. Great location and stunning view of the mountains

It was a good accommodation for a couple. All required facilities were available and it was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Although it was early autumn, we got significants amount of snow. The entrance was at the back and permanently in the shade. Therefore, when the temperature went up a bit, the snow was melting everywhere except on the wooden ramp to the door. No snow shovel was available to clean it up. The washer is good but a washer/dryer would have been better.

Clean and comfy stay, it has almost everything that you could ask for. Very near to lake tekapo and perfect for star gazing at night.

The house is new, clean, and conveniently located near the city. Basic facilities are provided, but don't expect anything extravagant. It uses a door code for easy access, so there's no hassle with keys. Ideal for a short stay.

This is a smaller unit attached to a larger main house. Parking can be troublesome if the other tenant doesn't park in their garage, as we share the same access.

Well equipped, nice, and neat stay in Tekapo for two people. Most of the room I searched in Tekapo had two more rooms that are suitable for 4+ people. Easy check-in, good communication with the host. Located in a small, clean, and quiet village.

Location was excellent as some construction work was going on nearby that was obstructing views but lovely view of snow capped mountains

The bathroom was fabulous, excellent lighting, excellent shower, the place was super clean and everything was so new and fresh. The bedroom decor was great. It was also lovely and quiet. We were delighted with the place and would happily return.

The heater in the bathroom was very convenient, especially during cold nights. There's a lot of stuff in the kitchen that could be used for cooking and prepping food as well. Overall, the property was great to stay at!

The room is very clean, bed is very comfortble. Shower is very clean and tidy. Place is quiet and perfect for stay at Tekapo.

Just found 1 broken drinking glass but not an issue.
