This property was incredible. Owners were very responsive to check in request and gave detailed instructions. The unit itself was clean,spacious, have a lot of modern touches, and such a convenient location to all the great things Athens has to offer. I walked to Plaka, Acropolis, national park, and many more.

Everything was perfect! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and helpful, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Location and the place is very comfortable and clean!

Apartamento perfecto. Todo está nuevo y muy limpio. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, incluyendo cocina totalmente equipada y máquina Nespresso para preparar café. La última planta cuenta con una terraza muy agradable para comer y disfrutar del aire libre. Cuando baja el sol es especialmente agradable, ya que durante el día el calor de Atenas hace difícil utilizarla. El apartamento tiene una pequeña terraza para poder tender ropa. Hay ascensor y secador de pelo. La ubicación es práctica: Hay una parada de autobús cerca, con más de seis líneas, y una de ellas indica que llega hasta Syntagma. Sin embargo, durante nuestra estancia nunca vimos pasar los autobuses, así que finalmente no llegamos a utilizarlo. En general, hemos estado muy a gusto. Es un alojamiento cómodo, moderno y muy bien equipado.

Como aspecto a tener en cuenta, Atenas tiene muchas cuestas y para llegar hay que subir alguna bastante pronunciada, es algo que conviene tener en cuenta si se viaja con personas con movilidad reducida o con mucho equipaje. Egyszerű bejutás, a kódokat időben megkaptuk. Az apartman nagyon szép, modern és kényelmes volt.

Talán hogy egy 10 perc sétára volt a belvárostól. De amikor csak tudtunk, buszoztunk a meleg miatt. A megálló pár méterre volt az ajtótól.

Bardzo ładny wystrój wnętrza. Na żywo wszystko wygląd ajeszcze lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Fajny rozkład - trzy oddzielne sypialnie ze swoimi własnymi łazienkami. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament, w świetnej lokalizaci blisko Akropolu. Super taras na dachu gdzie zjedliśmy pozegnalną kolację. Bardzo fajna siłownia, z której nikt poza mną nie korzystał podczas naszego pobytu. Ładny zapach unoszący się na klatce schodowej. Na prawdę świetne miejsce na kilka noclegów w Atenach zwłaszcze jeżeli kluczowym punktem zwiedzania jest Akropol. Świetny stosunek ceny do jakości. Wspaniały i bardzo szybki kontakt z gospodarzem. Polecam!!!

Apartamentul impecabil, aproape de Gradina Națională și în apropierea principalelor obiective turistice. În plus, se poate găsi ușor loc de parcare.

Kényelmes jó elosztású, tiszta jól felszerelt apartman. Közel a belváros.

The apartment itself was very nice, well furnished, and comfortable. Everything you might need was provided, almost like staying in a hotel. It was also very clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent and very easy—they were always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed anything.

The neighborhood is close to the city center, but unfortunately, I didn’t find it particularly walkable, especially if you are traveling with children. This has nothing to do with the host, who was very hospitable, but I think it is worth mentioning for future guests.

Very comfortable and generous en-suite bedrooms. Very modern and clean. Very attentive staff, addressed an issue straight away and resolved it quickly. Toiletries supplied. Code access so no need to worry about keys.

The outside space is upstairs on the roof. The kitchen work space is small. The living room space is small. A more corporate than family feel.

God beliggenhed, kan gå rundt til rigtig meget. God størrelse lejlighed med 2 soveværelser og 2 badeværelser. Lækkert med tagterrasse med udsigt. Lækkert med vaskemaskine. Meget venligt personale. Gode indkøbsmuligheder meget tæt på. Simpelt og fungerende køkken.

Πεντακάθαροι και άνετοι χώροι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι, με μπαλκόνι. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Αθήνας και την Ακρόπολη (με τα πόδια) αλλά ταυτόχρονα σε ήσυχη γειτονιά που μπορείς να βρεις και εξωτερικό parking. Όλο το κτίριο έχει ενοικιαζόμενα διαμερίσματα και διαθέτει κωδικούς ασφαλείας εισόδου. Θα το ξαναεπέλεγα σε επόμενη διαμονή μου στην Αθήνα.

Παρείχε περισσότερα από όσα κανείς μπορεί να περιμένει! Τα στρώματα και τα μαξιλάρια φανταστικά! Φανταστική επίσης και η θερμοκρασία που διατηρούσε το κατάστημα! 31-«/7 και 1/8 και δεν χρειαστήκαμε air condition! Η τοποθεσία πάλι, εξίσου φανταστική! Με τα πόδια σε όλο το κέντρο, χωρίς να δυσκολευτούμε καν για παρκάρισμα!

Dobra lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z właścicielem. We wszystkich pokojach klimatyzacja. Pralka, suszarka, żelazko i wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy były na miejscu. Wylot z Aten mieliśmy późno wieczorem, na prośbę właściciel pozwolił zostać nam dłużej. Bardzo polecam.

Heel schoon en leuk ingericht. Fijn dat wij elk onze eigen badkamer en wc hadden.

Enige feedback is aanwijzing waar het afval naartoe moet. Maar na vragen kreeg ik snel antwoord. Echt top appartement.

This was an excellent choice for my stay in Athens.The owners are very helpful and professionals. The apartment has a great taste of style alongside with comfort and of course the area is fabulous.It is very safe and well protected. I will definitely choose this again when I visit Athens. I loved the details of the apartment that made this stay extra unique.

Todo perfecto, tiene todo los necesario para la estancia, lavadora/secadora, plancha, cafetera,.utensilios de cocina suficientes, aire acondicionado estancias, dos baños muy bien equipadas y espaciosas y la terraza compartida con vistas al partenon. Está muy cerca del centro

A fost foarte curat si aproape de Acropole, într-un cartier liniștit cu taverne tradiționale foarte bune. De-asemenea, are o vedere spectaculoasă către Acropole de pe acoperiș. Daca sunteți cu mașina si căutați putin, cu siguranță găsiți loc de parcare pe străzile din jur. Noi am avut parcare plătită lângă dar e foarte scumpă, 40 euro pentru 36 ore.

Aglomerația din Atena, dar asta este altceva...

Apartamento muito bom e limpo. Fiquei no wonderland, com minha esposa e minhas 2 filhas e foi tudo ótimo!

Kifogástalanul tiszta, jól felszerelt, tágas és kényelmes szállás. Nagyon jó helyen van, minden fontos látnivaló 10-15 perc sétára van. A személyzet pedig nagyon kedves volt, még a telt ház ellenére is meg tudták oldalni, hogy pár órával korábban elfoglaljuk a szállást. A tető teraszról pedig valóban tökéletes kilátás van az Akropoliszra. Érdemes naplementekor és sötétedés után is felnézni.

Egyetlen negatív dolog volt csak, hogy a kanapé ágy nagyon kényelmetlen volt.

The apartment was clean and bed was comfortable. The kitchen had all the facilities you needed. It is central in Athens to Pangrati and Acropolis area. There is a washing machine but note it is not in the apartment but downstairs to share. The rooftop.area was very nice to sit and relax with a nice view.. The gym area was simple but nice to have.

It was noisy near the main roads and it is not near to shops and cafes. It is in the middle of Acropolis area and Pangrati. The elevator broke and sometimes the door was not easy to open with the codes. I prefer a key. I would have liked to option for some beach towels. Also the laundry is separate they provided detergent but there was only a small amount and it was not replaced. The balcony was not very big to sit out as the sir conditioning unit took up most of the space on the balcony.

Our host Fotini was a pure delight saved us with this beautiful accommodation after our first booking was a disaster. The Arc Residence is a beautiful apartment would definitely recommend 👌

* The hotel looks very nice, newly renovated and with a nice design. * All bedrooms had own bathrooms which was a big plus, and the living + kitchenette area were nice and pretty well equipped. * Very comfortable beds and pillows, A/C in every room, drinkable tap water. * There is an elevator, a well equipped gym, vending machine and laundry room and a lovely rooftop terrace for all guests. * The location is good (albeit on a small hill so may be difficult for big luggage), 10-15 minutes walk from the center and subway station, close to Acropole and plenty of restaurants and bars.

* It was very noisy due to car traffic on a nearby road, sound isolation is very poor but I think this is common in Athens. The area itself was not noisy but you could hear all cars and sounds outside or from inside the building. * Some of the bathrooms need small repairs, we had some broken/missing shower sliding doors, shower head holders or toilet paper stands. Could do with a few more details that make a difference, such as a small mirror in the room, or tower hangers/hooks outside the shower. * Some showers created puddles and could not find a mop anywhere in the apartments. * Some of the appliances had UK electrical plug types and could not be used. * Could not find a bottle opener in any of the apartments.

Comfortable and spacious. Very nice. View from the roof of Acropolis was spectacular, especially in the evening. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the bus we rode around Athens. 

Ark offered transport fromPiraeus Port to the hotel and we received "Confirmed" message from Ark, but no further follow-up. However, transport didn't arrive. Called the number Ark provided. Dispatcher said they had no record of our reservation (later explained their system deleted reservations).  Eventually we were able to flag down a taxi.  Informed Ark that transport didn't arrive. Ark apologized and promised to arrange transfer to airport. Never heard back from Ark, except a message asking if we'd check out early so their staff could clean the room. Not helpful.  Day before departure, we sent another message about promised transport.  Many hours later Ark finally responded but by then we had arranged our own transport since friends experienced problems finding transportation due to heavy demand.   Ark is fine place to stay if you don't need to communicate with the staff. 

Mart ayından beri tatilimiz için yer bakıyordum. Sürekli önüme çıkıyprdu ancak daha önce Atina'ya gitmediğim için yürüne mesafesinden emin olamadım. Ancak tesise geldik 2,3 dk yürüme mesafesinde bulunan ücretsiz otoparka aracımızı çektik ve bir daha 3 gün sonra Atinadan ayrılırken arabaya ihtiyacımız oldu. Her odada bir banyo olnası çok konforluyfu. Ev çok temizdi. Etrafta marketlerin olması işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı. Bir daha gelirsek kesinlikle yine aynı tesiste kalırız.

Fontini and the staff were super helpful and accommodating. I arrived around 7am and was able to check in very early, which I appreciated! The check in and check out process was easy and seamless. I used the laundry machines (it’s located near the gym) the gym is very small but loved how it’s available to guests. I also used the business center for a bit since I had to work for a few hrs after checking out. Overall, highly recommend.

Не работеше кода за отключване на вратата на апартамента. Телефонният ноер за контакт, който беше оставен, беше изключен. След като писахме съобщение се наложи да чакаме около един час пред вратата преди някой да се свърже с нас.

Apartament molt bonic i molt cómode. Cada habitació amb bany propi i TV. Zona de cuina i descans molt agradable. Equipament complet per cuinar. Zona molt tranquila i propera al centre de la ciutat. L´edifici disposa d´un gimnàs on s´hi pot exercitar. Facilitat de comunicació amb el propietari. La decoració i el disseny és molt actual. Molt recomanable.

This was an amazing stop. I'm so glad we were able to spend three nights here. Wish we could have extended. We were able to do laundry for free. Use the gym (we didn't )It was close to the center and quiet Beautiful rooftop, great shower and bed! We didn't cook but they had everything available if needed! I highly recommend. My only concern would be making sure the air conditioner is working when the weather starts to warm up

Our AC only worked as a fan but it wasn't bad because we had great weather

Location was very convenient to walk 15/20 minutes to Plaka. The property was easy to access and felt safe, the little balcony was a bonus.

The bedroom & bathroom lights flickered but thats it. Great apartment otherwise for a few night stay!

perfect location to visit Athen. Very close to the center and the next tram station. View to Akropolis, very nice roof terase. Near by a supermarket, small Jazz Club, breakfast coffee, typical tavern with excellent food.

Really nice and clean apartman, close to the Acropolis. The building even has a gym, and a nice rooftop ☺️ The bed was really comfortable! We had a great time, we could only recommend it!:)

There was no bad thing, only one suggestion I would take: because in the apartman the floor is made from stone tile, it's cold for the feet even in socks- some slippers would be nice to have in the accomodation. :)

Located fifteen minutes walk to Acropolis museum lots of eateries 5 minutes Walk also supermarket.
