The apartment is well set up and has all the basics covered. The location is convenient for the airport but not really for anything else. The building is nice, a security guard checked us in. The room itself is well appointed but a few tweaks would improve it. The aircon worked well and the TV was a nice touch. We didn’t use the pool or go to the beach but it was nice to have the option. Overall, good value for money.

The location isn’t great for sightseeing/exploring. You can see Mactan is developing and getting busier but at the moment it’s still pretty quiet. It’s about an hour into Cebu in a Grab as there’s not really anything to see in Mactan. The lift is quite shabby and smells but the sign says it’s being refurbished. The balcony door doesn’t lock which seemed odd. The bathroom could do with a deep clean, especially the shower enclosure. The towels were awful - literally absorbed no water.

Intersting location, nice unit, quiet and comfortable and functioning well - unlike other places stayed recently it was new construction and there was zero need for maintenance. Also, the Owner has supplied the unit with everything you might need, from the kitchen to the bed... we liked it a lot!

More blankets for the bed... balcony not really useable (aircon occupies the space).

Amazing stay I honestly wish this had been our accommodation for the entire trip. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and felt extremely safe from the moment we arrived. Having great restaurants right outside the front door was so convenient, and the beach plus pool access made it even better. Everything you could want in one place. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Great location with plenty of nearby facilities. After 2wks travelling around the Philippines and eating out every meal, it was also nice to just get a takeaway and eat it in the room whilst watching TV - and the room was perfect for that. It was very comfortable!

Lovely decor and time taken to make the room pleasant. Air conditioning was great. Good to have access to the gym- although the machines and equipment are a little dated - not the fault of the owner. Wide range of options to eat and drink nearby. Close to the airport and ferry terminal- less than 30 mins

The area isn’t great- fine if staying for one night or if using as a base for trips but not a lot happening and a disappointing beach area. We accessed the beach club, had to pay 1000 pesos for access for 2 adults with towels. The beach is very small and there weren’t any sunbeds left. The price of food and drink is overpriced and not of good quality. We had booked 5 nights but two is enough. We left Cebu and went on the ferry to Bohol for two nights.

The property is well furnished and modern, in a great location close to the airport for a one night layover and everything you need close by. The beach access is also a bonus! The kitchen had everything you need and we made a lovely pasta using the utensils.

The apartment was ready when we arrived early but they were going to charge us 600 pesos to check in (even though the room was empty and ready) - I don’t really understand that but oh well. Our friends also had a long wait after check in until their flight and were not allowed to store their bags after checkout, even though we were able to the day before as we waited for check in - again another thing which was slightly annoying.

We have only spent a night (a longer overnight layover we had in Cebu) but it turned out to be a good decision. The place is clean, a residential building in the safe new developing area of the city, being close to many restaurants and shops.

Being situated in a developing area, there was a construction site on the left side, but the noise was not bothering us when the windows were closed.

The communication with the host was great. Great value for money. The host was very accommodating as we had a last minute flight delay and organised a late checkout with minimal notice. We really appreciated it.

I stayed at One Manchester Place with my partner and my mother. Everything was just as described and the pictures show exactly how the room is. The building is located in a new neighbourhood which is very safe with many restaurants and coffee shops around, you’ll have everything you need. Beautiful pool too!

The room is exceptional. It's spotless and has a cozy design. What I like most is the city view at night and Seaview in the day.

Improving the air conditioning in the lobby/hallway/elevator would be better.

No soundproofing. The neighbors were having a karaoke party. We asked them to stop, which they did, but you could still hear them speaking and laughing through the walls... no sleep for us 😑. Some wear and tear.

Very friendly and excellent, timely communication. -within walking distance of grocery stores, cafes, resorts, water sports, shrine and restaurants -well-maintained apartment and building -lovely pool area -safe, upcoming area, but not too far from the hustle and bustle

The apartment is on the small side and storage is limited. More suited to one person, especially if you plan to unpack during your stay. No laundry facilities inside the building. Likewise you need to request for the cleaners to come, but this gets arranged immediately so isn’t actually an issue.

Location, cost, cleanliness and shops nearby. We were just wanting something nearby to airport for one night and was perfect for a family of 4 with two small children.

There was an event on going nearby that was very noisy at our kids' bedtime but it wasn't on late... Otherwise it was great!!!

The apartment was very well located near the airport. The pool was large and well maintained. The location provides some restaurants near by in other hotels.

The chlorine of the small pool bleached my shorts - this was a surprise when I got out of the pool.

I love how the property host communicated all necessary details regarding our stay. When we arrived, the unit was cleaned. The ambience of the apartment is cozy and relaxing. We love our overall stay!

Location is great , Host very receptive to all your needs .. Concierge-Roger Inot was amazing he went above and beyond to assist and made our stay even more comfortable..
