Reviewed Apr 7, 2026The location, the air-conditioning the fridge and the washing machine! The best location.
No bath mat (floor gets wet and floor becomes very wet. No tea towel (everything to cook and eat with but nothing to wash up with or dry the dishes with. No Sheet!!! Travelled half way around world to fine you should bring your own sheets. We contacted host who said ‘I will get sheet ‘ we never heard from host again.!!! Ask where we should leave the key nothing.

Basically I got scammed. The host refused to answer my messages. The accommodation she provided was not even close what I booked, and until today I didn’t get any answer, neither refund, as I didn’t stay there.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025The location was perfect for us. Right in the middle of Mactan/Newtown. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the massage chair. What a bonus!
There were a lot of really tiny cockroaches. I must've killed about 200 in about two weeks. Also, I thought access to the gym was included. There was a gym, but we weren't allowed to use it.
