Location, friendly stuff

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. We contacted the hotel several times regarding a visa problem affecting one of the guests. The hotel instructed us to submit a free cancellation request through Booking.com and told us that they would approve it. We followed their instructions immediately, but the cancellation request was not processed. We contacted the hotel again and were then offered a voucher instead. We accepted this solution, but the only written confirmation we received stated: “You have voucher for 1 year, for stay in my hotel,” without specifying a voucher number, value, terms, or any other details. When we asked for clarification and tried to resolve the matter, the communication became increasingly unpleasant. After we informed the hotel that we intended to share our experience publicly, we received an email from the hotel owner stating that he would “take all necessary legal measures”... Our experience with the hotel was therefore extremely disappointing, particularly regarding communication, clarity and how our attempts to resolve the issue were handled. I would strongly recommend being cautious when booking this property and getting any agreement or promise from the hotel clearly confirmed in writing.

The balcony door wouldn’t close correctly, the room was crooked, and you had to insert the key for the AC to work

Rodos a 1 saat erken indiğimiz için otele erken gidip check in yapabilir miyiz diye sormak istedik ancak bizi normal check in saatinde içeri alcaklarını söylediler tamam diyip gezmeye çıktım saat 3 te geldiğimizde ise bize odalarda klimanın bozuk olduğunu söyleyip bizi yaklaşık 1.5 kilometre uzaktaki bir otele gönderdiler o an başka şansımız olmadığını için kabul ettik ancak bu oteli konumu yüzünden tercih etmiştik diğer otelde olduğumuz için çok yorucu oldu ve asla zevkli değildi fazladan her gün 15 dakika yürümek zorunda kaldık ve klimaların bozuk olduğunu söylemelerine rağmen aynı gün için internetten rezervasyon yapabiliyorduk.

Genel olarak iyiydi, her kültüre hitap eden bir menüsü vardı.

check in check out saatlerini sevmedim. yinede personel yardımcı oldu. adaya erken gelirsen valizlerle gezmesi zor oluyor. çıkıştata erken çıkılıyor. ama yinede personeller yardımcı oldu.

Location

The showers has no cover, so every time someone’s showers it’s a flood over the whole bathroom. A lot of stains, including fridge. Aswell as the cleaning service not always coming, even though you have the correct symbol hanged at the door.

The location is top! Cleaning daily. Generally our being there was fine.

Rooms need renovation, painting, lamps under the bed

The main good thing for this hotel, was its location. Outside city walls and close to coffee shops and other stores. It had most of what is in the description.

For the price I paid (115 euro/night), the pictures I saw and the description I had for the room, I can't say I was pleased with my stay. The room was outdated and crammy. A bunk bed was crammed into the room along with a double which not the description, making it very congested. TV missing off the wall, no phone for reception, one bed connecting the double was higher than the other as it was on some makeshift legs. Refrigerator leaked water on the floor. Balcony lock was broken and notified staff 3 times and was told it will be fixed each time but it was ignored and never fixed. No safety deposit box as mentioned. Power went out and I was told to tap the fuse box. City view was actually a dirty alleyway. Shower small, overfilled and water flooded bathroom. Toilet seat stained yellow, revolting, could of been changed before summer at minimal cost. Of course there was no room to change to so had to stick it out. Seeing Hotel Twelfth around the corner at a similar price, I will try to book that next time. Definitely not value for money.

niets ze hadden geen kamer voor ons, ze hadden onze kamer aan iemand anders gegeven wij kregen een zogenaamde upgrade naar een hotel 550 meter verderop we moesten daar maar heen lopen na lang wachten en een hoop gesteggel eindelijk €10 gekregen om zelf een taxi te gaan regelen de upgrade was een lachertje

Είναι πολύ παλιό το κτίριο απλώς έχουν ανακαινίσει το δωμάτιο. Από τα διπλανά δωμάτια ακούγεται πάρα πολύ έντονα ο θόρυβος. Το χειρότερο όλων, ΔΕΝ ΚΛΕΙΔΏΝΕΙ από μέσα, ούτε με κλειδί, ούτε με σύρτη, τίποτα! Μπλόκαρα την πόρτα με καρέκλα για να κοιμηθώ κάπως «ασφαλής»

ASLA TERCİH ETMEYİN Aylar öncesinde booking üzerinden yaptığım rezervasyonu check in saatine 5 saat kala elektrik sorunu sebebiyle iptal ettiklerine dair mesaj attılar.Üstelik sistemden iptal etmemişler, bookinge ulaşmasam ödememi geri alamayacaktım.Bu otel yüzünden çok daha kötü bir otelde çok daha pahalı bir şekilde konaklamak zorunda kaldım.Hiçbir özür dilemediler, resepsiyondaki kadın orada durup otel ararken bile gitmem için gözüme baktı.Nasıl bir arıza ise oteldeki odalar doluydu, bir sürü müşteri girip çıkıyordu.

Ich wurde am Morgen noch informiert dass ich in ein anderes Hotel muss Ibiscus. Es war einiges weiter vom Schiffshafen wo ich am Montag hin musste. Der Transfer wurde nicht gemacht. Musste das Taxi nehmen und 27 € bezahlen. Zum Hafen kostete das Taxi 10€. Bin enttäuscht.

La posizione eccezionale, centrale, strada piena di negozi e minimarket. In 10 minuti si arriva alle spiagge e alla città vecchia. Camera pulita, ma avrebbe bisogno uno svecchiamento. Certo il prezzo è ottimo quindi può andare bene. Deposito bagagli dopo il checkout che ci ha permesso di goderci un'altra giornata senza pesi e soprattutto gratuito. Ottimo anche il balconcino per momenti di relax.

La prima sera abbiamo avuto problemi perché non arrivava l'acqua calda, la mattina l'abbiamo detto alla reception, perché di notte non c'è nessuno, ed effettivamente al rientro il pomeriggio era sistemata. Peccato che la sera non arrivava di nuovo perché probabilmente quando chiudeva la reception staccavano anche l'acqua calda? D'estate è fattibile, in altri periodi dell'anno spero non sia così. Il bagno molto piccolo e con poca aerazione. Il servizio di pulizia non è stato garantito tutti i giorni. E purtroppo nonostante avevamo prenotato una matrimoniale i letti erano singoli e messi accanto, quindi abbastanza scomodi.

How can you let a room where the toilet seat is broken and the toilet does not flush and when you report it the receptionist say I know!!!

Very central location, good price. Comfy bed and pillow. Small bathroom but all recently renovated and good shower. Good sheets and towels. Noise not a problem given its central location. Very good value and only 3 mins from bus stop.

The hotel is directly in the city centre. The staff is very kind and friendly. The room was modern furnished with all what is needed. There is breakfast in the morning. The hotel is nice. I can totally recommend to stay there.

The shower has no shower curtain or door, so that the water is all over the bathroom after taking a shower. I was just one night there and in this time in the evening the flush from the toilet was broke. The water ran all the time and unfortunately it could not be fixed before I left. The was also no other room available to change as the hotel was fully booked. It was not a big problem.

Our stay at G92 City Hotel was unacceptable from start to finish. At check-in, the receptionist (red-haired woman) was rude, dismissive, and showed zero professionalism. We were given an unsuitable room with bunk beds despite traveling with a 6-month-old baby, and the room was in terrible condition , no proper lighting there was not even bulbs in lamps no wall light just a little bulb with bed was working,, leaking fridge, water all over the floor, and a balcony door that didn’t lock, which is a serious safety risk. When we complained, we were repeatedly told no other rooms were available, yet the moment we asked for a refund, another room suddenly “appeared,” proving we were misled. Due to this poor treatment and unsafe conditions, we had to cut our stay short and leave early, losing both time and money. This hotel completely failed in service, honesty, and basic guest care.

Όλα μου άρεσαν αλλά κυρίως τά παιδιά της ρεσεψιόν που ήταν όλα Ευγενικά Χαμογελαστα και εξυπηρετικά.

Δεν υπήρξε κάτι τό αρνητικό κατά την διαμονή μου.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε καλή τοποθεσία.

Δεν είχε ζεστό νερό όταν μείναμε εμείς.
