N E P center Hotel Rodos

Wir hatten eine 1 wöchigen Urlaub geplant und sind mehr als enttäuscht. Die Bewertung, 1 Stern ist schon zuviel. Ausreichend ist nicht zutreffend, eher sehr enttäuschtend. Personal, an der Bar , sagt kaum Guten Morgen oder Guten Abend.. Wir waren in sehr vielen kleineren Hotels, aber sowas, ist für griechische Verhältnisse beschämend. Das Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.. veraltete Klodeckel , der Zugang zum Balkon ist so schmal, das fast der Fernseher auf dem Schrank runterfällt, wenn man an den Schrank stößt. Die Klimaanlage dient zur Zierde, die Steckdosen haben keine Funktionalität. Frühstück, hmm.. mc Donald's ist um die Ecke, eher empfehlenswerter als im sogenannten hotel .. Fazit Kurz trip oder nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten sind definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

Hiçbir şeyini beğenmedik. Pis, leş gibi. Allah kurtarsınlık bi yer. Duş alıp daha kirli hisseder mi insan? Hissedermiş. Biz ne yaşadık! Kaldığımız için bize para vermeleri lazımdı.

It is all about expectations, I came with low and was very pleasantly surprised: clean comfy room, amazing location, decent breakfast, very lovely staff.

Le petit dejeuner de 7h30 a 9h3o. Si vs arrivé a 9h00 il n,'y as plus de tasses ni de verres ni de couteaux et parfois plus de pain ni du fromage etc..j'y loge 2 fois par an depuis plusieures années. Avant c"etait mieux.

Centralt men fortfarande ganska avskilt från vimlet på gatan. Trevlig smågata som var ok att hitta parkeringsplats på. Tillmötesgående personal som försäkrade sig om att det gick bra med vår medresenär som har vissa smärre rörelsehinder.

Dålig kylning av det kallskurna på frukosten. Varmhållningen av äggen

Η τοποθεσία ηταν στο κεντρο της πολης, κοντα στην αγορα και στην παλια πόλη της Ρόδου.

Το δωματιο ηταν μικρο, δεν ηταν ανετο, δεν ηταν ευρυχωρο, δεν ειχε χωρο για τις βαλιτσες, δεν ειχε την στοιχειωδη επιπλωση. Αλλα ειχε μπαλκονι με θεια την αγορα της πολης και ικανοποιητικο πρωινο.

Vriendelijk onthaal. Goeie bedden en Redelijk rustig, wat het belangrijkste is voor de nachtrust.

Niet al te proper, zeer kleine badkamer zonder legplankje of kastje. Ook de slaapkamer heeft geen kasten maar enkel een rekje. Matig ontbijt. Het is voldoende voor 1 of 2 nachten, maar niet echt geschikt om langer te logeren.

The staff were incredibly accommodating. Any request I had (microwave for takeaway food, warmer water, beach towel) they made it all happen with a smile. The room was also comfortable with great a/c.

Had someone knocking on the door at 7am one night which was a bit scary but other than that, nothing!

Το μόνο καλό με το ξενοδοχείο ειναι οτι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Ρόδου.

Πολυ ακριβό σε σχέση με την ποιότητα του. Βρώμικο, το μπανιο μυριζε μούχλα και ειχε σπασμένη πόρτα. Το κλιματιστικό μύριζε άσχημα. Στην ρεσεψιόν δεν υπήρχε σχεδόν ποτε άνθρωπος. Απλα αφήναμε τα κλειδια του δωματίου εκει και τα παίρναμε στην επιστροφή. Άθλιο ξενοδοχείο πραγματικά.

Only one thing is acceptable here, Location. The hotel is located in the city centre of Rodos town, very close to the restaurants, bars, sweet shops, supermarkets etc.

The hotel needs a renovation. This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in, hair and lint on the floor every few centimeters. When I asked on the first day for the room to be completely cleaned, I was told that I would only be able to do it tomorrow, then I expected to clean the floor, but they didn't .The bathroom was also very dirty, you don't want to walk barefoot in it. The shower was almost broken, it was difficult to take a shower in such conditions. The breakfast was very basic, not to mention poor. All in all, a very bad experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Skod bad og dårlig over 100 årig interiør, prøv det selv. Aircondition blev slukket, ingen stikkontakter eller tænd sluk for lys, er der i rummet. Først når nøglekortet blev taget ud, blev der mørkt, og uden stikkontakt til natbord eller andet.

7 kişi arkadaş grubu olarak geldik. 1 arkadaşımız tek kaldı ve onun odası resmen kapıcı dairesi gibiydi. Kahvaltı zayıf ve kahvaltı salonunda çalışanlarlar çok kaba davranıyor ve birşey isteyince insanları azarlıyorlar .Odalar kötü, duş dar ve kokuyor. Duşun perdesi de kötüydü. Yatak ve yastık rahat, çarşaflar temizdi. Oda nın yerleri temiz değildi. Sadece konumu çok iyi bir daha gelsem burada kalmam.

Çalışanlar çok kaba ve suratsız. Kahvaltı da ekmek, peynir vs bitince ya da fincan istediğinizde kabaca cevap veriyorlar ya da azalıyorlar. Kahvaltı bitiş saati 9:30 olmasına rağmen 9:15 toplamaya başladılar, uyarıncada laf ediyorlar. Resepsiyonda çalışan kadında öğretmen gibi çok sertti. Sadece konumu iyiydi. Duş küçük ve klozete çok yakındı, ayrıca duş perdesi de kötüydü. Oda da temizlil yapmalarına rağmen yerler temiz değildi. Bir daha gelsem burayı tercih etmem.

Dolaplar bomboş gece susadık su almayı unuttuk bir yudum su bulamadık. Duş fıskiyesi takacak yer duş tuvaletten perdeyle örtmüş saç kurutma makinesi yok Ütü yok hiçbir şey yok hayatımızda gittiğimiz en berbat en kötü otelde kesinlikle bu parayı hak etmiyor. 1000 TL’ye kalınan yerlerden hiçbir farkı yoktu. Odalarda hamam böceği vardı çarşaflar kirliydi ve odalar kesinlikle temizleniyordu. Odabaşı olmasına rağmen bizi saat 3:00’e kadar almadılar içeriye tuvalet için bile başka bir yer aradık resmen hayal kırıklığıydı paramız haram zıkkım olsun.

Prima hotel voor 1 nacht!

Er is niet veel 'schoon', veel stof en dode beestje op de muur, deur naar de badkamer was gemaakt met tape en de douchstang kon niet goed opgehangen worden. Voor 1 nacht was het prima.

Photos on booking.com nothing like what we got, terrible room, bathroom tiny and very dated, as was the stand alone wardrobe , (the “hotel” in general was dated and had terrible presentation). Floors were not very clean, walls marks all over them. Balcony overlooked building construction site, as well as other balcony’s from neighbouring properties, no privacy at all. Curtain had to be kept drawn day and night as there was no sheer curtain. Balcony itself was full of rust. There was a lot of noise from adjacent rooms (constant slamming of doors throughout the night) the rooms were only serviced every second day! worst of all was the “breakfast” it was served in a heated room with very dated and mismatched furniture *cheap and nasty) the cereals were stale, one of the milk cartons the milk was off and the other 2 were on their way, everything was served in a very hot room with no allowances for keeping things cold. Everything was served out in the open hot room. As a result you wouldn’t dare touch the cold meats or cheese, as risk of getting sick. Coffee and tea facilities were nonexistent. There was a “machine” that served black coffee, couldn’t add milk as it was off! No napkins in sight, they had the napkin holders on the tables with no napkins! Worst experience ever! Way overpriced hotel, you definitely do not get your monies worth, it’s a bit of a rip off and if we knew what was in store for us, we would not have booked this place at all. We would not stay here again and needless to say would not recommend it! Shame on booking.com for misleading and misrepresenting this hotel to its customers.

We had a very pleasant stay at NEP Hotel. We arrived late in the evening, but the hotel provided clear instructions for collecting our keys, so getting into our room was completely hassle-free. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, even late at night, and we always felt safe walking around the area. It’s also within walking distance of the beach and very close to the bus station, making it easy to catch the bus directly to the airport. A special thank you to Anastasia at reception. She was kind, caring, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Her excellent English made communication very easy, which we really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was adequate but fairly basic, with limited choices. The dining room could do with a little more attention, and it’s a shame that the café-style area near the reception wasn’t in use, as it has the potential to be a lovely space. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend NEP Hotel for its fantastic location, cleanliness, and especially the outstanding hospitality from Anastasia.

Бронювали на 1 ніч. Чудове розташування: близько до моря та Родоського замку, десь 10хв пішки. Готель трішки старіше ніж на фото, але все охайне та чисте. Постіль білосніжна, ліжко зручне. Сніданок класичний, всі продукти смачні та доброї якості. Рекомендую тим, хто планує не сидіти в номері, а досліджувати місто.

Feeling unsafe due to untight door and a gap to the hallway. Unclean room: dirty floor in the room and bathroom, dirty WC Brush... very unhygenic, not beeing properly cleand for months. Wornout and outdated furniture would not be a problem, if it at least would be clean...

La vétusté de l’hotel. Chambre, Salle de bain, salle petit déjeuner. Le bruit insupportable que ce soit dans le batiment comme dans la rue.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Kilka minut do Portu Mandraki, niedaleko plaża miejska oraz plaże prywatne. Wygodne łózka, klimatyzacja. Pokój miał balkon z krzesełkami i stolikiem. Brak szafy, ale był stojak z wieszakami, który dla jednej osoby był w sam raz.

Bardzo mały pokoik ( dla 1 osoby spoko, ale pokój był 2-osobowy, więc nie wiem, jak by wyglądał pobyt w nim właśnie dwóch osób). Widok z balkonu na wewnętrzne bardzo zaniedbane podwórko. Cały czas w pokoju unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach z łazienki. Brak suszarki, czajnika, zlew w pokoju.

The location was great - very handy for both the old and new towns, and for a couple of beaches. The air-conditioning in the rooms was very welcome, and having the little balcony (albeit was always in shade) was a pleasant addition.

The housekeeping was advertised as every second day, and I only got it once during a 5 night stay. I also had to ask for toilet paper. The breakfast was 07:30-09:00, which seemed quite an early finish for a holiday location, so I didn't make it there one morning!!

Δεν ξέρω για ποιο λόγο αλλά υπήρχε πολύ φασαρία με μουσική έντονη δεν ξέρω από πού ερχόταν. Η πίεση του νερού στο ντουζ ήταν πολύ χαμηλή όπως και σε όλη την Ρόδο,ένα πιεστικό θα βελτίωνε αρκετά την πίεση.

De badkamer was niet zo proper , hebben ook last gehad van een aantal kakkerlakken.. Personeel normaliseerde dit opdat we Ik Griekenland waren , wouden wel meteen mee naar een oplossing zoeken.

I hope the management will improve the staff's professionalism and the quality of the guest experience.

La posizione vicino la città vecchia di Rodi

Esperienza completamente negativa Ci é stata assegnata una camera completamente diversa da quella prenotata, con letti singoli al posto di un letto matrimoniale francese (come da richiesta), molto sporca, con una doccia piccolissima al punto tale da non potersi muovere perché altrimenti si urtava il rubinetto. Impianto elettrico non curato e molto pericoloso: abbiamo dormito con una presa aperta dietro il letto, vicino la testa (allego foto). Appena entrati l’aria era irrespirabile e ci siamo accorti di macchie di umidità molto intensificate vicino alle pareti (allego foto). Tralasciando che, il letto e le asciugamani veniva cambiate un giorno si e un giorno no, ci é stato lasciato il letto con un lenzuolo con macchie di sangue. Abbiamo provveduto a segnalarlo alla receptionist, la quale non ha saputo fare altro che scusarsi e non provvedere a cambiare le lenzuola (allego foto) Dal rientro dal mare, abbiamo trovato delle chiavi della signora delle pulizie vicino alla porta e la porta era aperta. Chiunque sarebbe potuto entrare, violando la nostra privacy o rubando qualcosa. Anche questo episodio é stato segnalato alla receptionist, la quale ha provveduto solamente a fare delle foto alle foto che le abbiamo mostrato. (allego foto) Pessima esperienza anche con Booking che, in qualità di intermediario, non tiene conto della gestione, assicurandosi della veridicità delle informazioni che gli albergatori forniscono sulla piattaforma e della qualità del servizio offerto.

Die Lage war sehr zentral.Alles im gehminuten erreichbar. Selbst Altstadt rhodos ist in 12-15 min. erreichbar.

Leider war unsere Zimmer nicht sehr sauber und die Möbel auch nicht das neuste. Die anderen Gäste waren sehr laut so das man schwer schlafen konnte.

Personale super gentile siamo stati benissimo ottima la posizione , consigliatissimo.

La personne a l'l'accueil tres aimable.En plus mon séjour etait sans repas. J'ai reću le déjeuner gratuit pour les 23 jours. Pour le reste ma chambre etait tres bien et proper.

The only thing good about the accomodation is provided air-con, fridge and location. The person I was writing to on Booking answered quickly. You can also leave your stuff in the hotel in a small luggage room area free of any cost, but be careful not to leave anything important there because it cannot be closed and locked.

I do not even know where to start. It was my fault for not checking the google reviews, because according to Booking this hotel is rated with 6.8 out of 10. Unfortunately, I do not understand how and why. We arrived in the hotel on Sunday, we got the check-in information through Booking message - the cards were waiting for us on the reception in an envelope. There is written nowhere that the reception is closed on weekends or even the time when someone is there. It would be great if this info could be added somewhere. I have no problem with self check-in, but just to know how the hotel operates would be great. First when we got into the room, I noticed it's not very clean. There was a lot of black hair on the floor and on the bed. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly. We left the hotel for the sightseeing and got back late at night. We wanted to take a shower, but we noticed there is no hot water. Also, the shower is really moldy. I would recommend that all of the silicone in the shower needs to be replaced - this is not a huge cost for the hotel. The building and the rooms are not new, we knew that because we did not pay a lot, but still we all should be able to come into the clean room and take a hot shower. We met someone in the morning and told them about the lack of hot water - they did fix it, but for us it was already too late because we stayed for only one night. We had the breakfast included, but after everything we saw, we did not want to eat there - we do not recommend it. The whole hotel should be cleaned properly. I just want to add that the receptionist was very unpleasant. She said she does not understand why we complain - we got great rooms. I asked myself how do the bad rooms look like. To sum everything nicely - please avoid this hotel, it is not even great for a 4-hour-stay (that is how long we stayed there).

It has a good location.

It’s very outdated, with a shower with the curtain as a “box”, the air conditioner right in the face of the bed, the window door that can’t stay open during the night (it’s the only “window”), and the view is a construction site. The rusty clothes horse not very useful. It’s just uncomfortable, not the room I was looking for the holiday - luckily was just for a night, we went in a nice place after.

izba aj kupelňa veľmi malá , na balkéne žiaden sušiak nemali sme si kde sušiť plavky a osušky . Raňajky ubohé boli sme len prvý deň a už nikdy viac aj to vybavenie v jedalni strašne , papierové obrusy aj to špinavé , bola tam len jedna pani ktorá doplňala ale aj to nestíhala a vlastne ani nemala čo keďže na výber bol jeden druh syra a jeden druh šunky, volské oka a paročky mini a aj to bolo studené a ani neboli už len zbytky a 2 druhy zeleniny no horšie raňajky sme snaď ešte ani nemali , to radšej nech ani neponúkaju s raňajkami . Na fotkách vyzera všetko super ale realita niekde inde a ešte tam stale pobehovali robotníci čo tam asi niečo prerabali na chodbach stavebný materiál a naradie ale tak to sa da pre pačiť nakoľko keď sa preraba žiaľ to je tak ale myslím že v čase sezony by sa už takéto veci stávať nemali

Restoranda sadece 1 kadın çalışan vardı ve 3 gün boyunca 2 cherry domates,2 dilim tavuk salam,açık şekerlenmiş bal,kurumuş marmelatı dayadı her sabah önüme.niye buraya geldin der gibi bakıyordu. Most things

The location is good. Easy to walk to both the beaches and old town. Many shopping possibilities nearby.

Breakfast was awful. Coffee didn´t taste like coffee and the fried eggs were like they had never even seen the pan. Tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese seemed and tasted like they had been in the warm room for hours. The room had no wardrobe or place to dry clothes. The AC was very loud and dirty. The bathroom was very tiny and the shower curtain was horribly dirty.
